The staff at the counter was knowledgeable and kind, we received our food right to our table within 10 minutes of ordering. I love the plethora of great menu options for everyone in your party. Went here on a Sunday afternoon. Went it and the staff were very nice and helpful. The seating was good, can handle too amount of people. I ordered the teriyaki chicken bowl with fried rice and it about $11, the food came out insanely quick which I assume means it was already prepped. The chicken was cooked well, could do with some sauce on top of it and maybe add some veggies. The rice was rice. The food portion was adequate. This was my second time visiting and it will be my last. I ordered a simple teriyaki chicken and steamed rice and was left very disappointed. The rice is not great rice. Either its the brand or the way it's prepared, both is lackluster in taste and texture, its so bad I believe its old rice from the day before... The chicken... ugh. Dry and hard to swallow, even with the teriyaki sauce. BUT the chicken egg rolls with the chili sauce was very good, I would return only for that... maybe... Definitely recommend this place! It's my all time favorite spot to get sushi, I've been here multiple times, the service is great and the workers are very friendly, and the environment is laid back. I love how this place has a student discount, and good combo deals for the amount of food. read more

The rice was good. The onions were sweet. The shrimp was slightly over cooked and had little seasoning. The vegetables looked like warmed up leftovers. My take out order was sent out with another customer while I waited. He returned it. I would never go back. read more

Menu is small but they do it right. I had the spartan roll and the California roll, and of course the crab cheese wontons. Always speedy service. Kind of small inside so consider getting it as take-out. My one complaint is I wish they had a larger menu. read more

A nice, clean Japanese express restaurant. I tried the sushi and it was mediocre. The taste was good, however the rolls were thick with rice and not as much meat. I would expect it given the value pricing, but not quite this much (see pictures). I would rather spend the extra dollar a roll at other places in town and get more meat. My friend had a hibachi meal and liked it. If I had ordered that I might have gave a higher rating. The atmosphere was nice and clean. I will return again. It's a nice addiction to Saginaw's dining options. read more

i literally downloaded yelp to leave a review. controversial opinion: blossoms is ONE OF the best things to happen to saginaw. there. i said it. the food is so good every. single. visit. (huge shout out to the cooks!) the food is always cooked to order and made with fresh ingredients. the staff is so nice and kind! the restaurant is clean and organized. i wish i would've snapped a photo of my order but i literally crave blossoms and could NOT wait to dig in. the food is decently priced (definitely worth what you're paying) 10/10 highly recommend! go visit blossoms! read more

OMG! Everything is so fresh and tasty! For those with soy allergy, order the food without soy, Blossoms chef is very accommodating. I have tried lots of dishes, everything is cooked so perfectly! Second time here. Had the chicken teriyaki hibachi. It was delicious. My kids got a California roll. Must have been good because I didn't even get a bite! They also have kids meals, which includes rice, meat and veggies for $7. Will be back! read more
