Never had such a negative experience like this one. The staff is really rude and the instructor of the Spanish class made a lot of rude jokes while doing the course. She was mean to a pregnant woman that couldn't understand really well how to do the chest compressions and she started yelling at her to "do it right" in a rude bad way. It was the class in Spanish but my other coworkers have been experiencing the same with the white lady in the front desk. My boss was the one that suggested us to go there but the white lady was even rude to her this time so we're never going back!

It's been a long 3-4 month fighting this issue but she lies to the state to not lose her business blames the people. Does not refund you for the classes you have paid already. My wife was a committed CNA at a well know hospital and she was force to quit. Before getting fired. I would like to save people time money and most important their jobs since we weren't aware of the way she runs the place. Please do be aware we're living a hell but we will make it work but for someone that loves her jobs and helping people to lose her job like that is horrible watching my wife hurting like she is. Please do take this into consideration we would of loved to be warned but again we didn't. We will like to get legal actions toward this issue but required money to proceed so any help with cases like this please do feel free to guide us with this issue. We attempted to get refund but she refuse to since we did pay her cash. We don't understand how the state have here on their main website as a certified provider for the classes.

People can come and receive basic medical care regardless of insurance or ability to pay. They also offer home-visits for those who cannot make it to the office for medical care. But I signed up to support my wife, and I'm really glad I did. This class completely changed how I see birth and my role in it. Instead of feeling like a bystander, I walked away feeling informed, useful, and actually confident in how I can support my wife during labor. The techniques we learned--breathing, relaxation, visualization--aren't just for moms. I found myself using them too, and they've already helped us both stay calmer leading up to the big day. What stood out most was how much emphasis was placed on teamwork. I learned specific, practical ways to advocate for my wife, help her stay relaxed, and create a positive environment no matter how the birth unfolds. It made me feel like an active participant instead of just "the guy in the room." The instructor, Care, was very knowledgeable, approachable, and never made any question feel silly. She made the classes very comfortable and even pretty funny at times. It was truly a full-circle moment when she was the one who emailed my letter of acceptance for the second portion of the program. Since I don't see Ms. Ruth at the front desk anymore, I usually stop by the Admin Office just to say hi and ask how she and her family are doing. Nursing school can be stressful and challenging, but Ms. Ruth has made me feel heard and supported since the very beginning. At the first party the lifeguard (I'm forgetting her name) had to rescue one little girl who got caught underwater. Yesterday at the 8 year old party, Vanessa was EXCELLENT. Prompt, kind, professional and watched over (13) 5-10 year olds for 3 hours. It would have made me crazy but she was amazing. If I could give this school negative stars I would…read more Except! Oh except for two absolutely wonderful people who went above and beyond for me as a student. Anytime I had something good happen for me at this school, or felt like someone cared about my learning or my career prospects it was due to the wonderful staff who worked directly with me as a student. The first was Cassie, one of the professors in the CST program. Cassie truly embodies the idea of lead how you would wish to be led. Every day in class she greeted us with patience, kindness, and an endless enthusiasm for what she was teaching. There was no question I could not ask of her, no issue I could not bring up that she didn't give her full attention to. If I needed help I knew I could rely on her for guidance, honesty and encouragement. She really is a marvel of a teacher and probably the best thing to have happened to our class as a whole. I knew multiple students who were close to abandoning the program altogether until she stepped in to teach us. Is was an honor to have been her student. And the second was Jesse in career services. I swear that man carried the whole of my career on his back when I first graduated. He made himself available to me anytime I had a question and had my back through thick and thin. He was an absolute light in the dark for when I felt lost and overwhelmed with the process of applying to different hospitals and the advice and encouragement he gave me on MULTIPLE occasions made all the difference in the world.
