I was in Redmond to see a specialist and when that was over decided to have lunch at Blu Sardinia. I arrived a little before noon and found I had the restaurant to myself! I felt like a VIP of VIPs! I was met by a member of the staff and shown to a table. The staff member took my drink order (a drink named Amoxicillin) and I asked for Pane Rustica, but was told that only the head chef knew how to make the flatbreads and he wouldn't be in for another hour. . Oh well. I then placed my order for my main course. I chose the Parmigiana Di Pollo. Oh my! This had to be the absolute BEST chicken parm I've ever had! The angel hair pasta was great! The pasta sauce was excellent! And the chicken parm was exceptional! I've never had chicken parm that was crunchy AND tender AND moist! So good! When I was all done, or so I thought, the server asked if I was interested in dessert. I said Yes, Please! And looked at the dessert menu. I ended choosing the Tiramisu and was amazed yet again! There were so many flavors! After I finished my most excellent meal, and was relaxing, I finally realized that the background music was so fitting. It was the cliched Italian restaurant music. There were selections including Louis Armstrong, Duke Ellington, Connie Francis, and Angelo Fabiani. The interior was furnished very elegantly, and the staff was very pleasant and eager to help. I am very fortunate that I got the chance to experience Blu Sardinia.

    Bruschetta nice decor; but burnt

The interior is nice. The staff was polite. The Prosciutto And Fig pizza was really tasty. The same goes for RAVIOLI AL QUATTRO FORMAGGI pasta. The plates are nice. I wish the menu had pictures. However, please DO NOT order Bruschetta bread. It was burnt. Now you know why I gave it 3*.

Lamb Shanks was a bit tough, but it was flavorful.

Ambiance - 3.5/5. It's a nice Italian food restaurant with a bar. This restaurant would do well if this was in Kirkland! Service - 4/5. Our server was very nice. Food 3.5/5. The flavor of lamb shank was good, but the meat was a little too tough. Pesto Bucatini was cooked perfectly but the sauce needed a bit more creaminess to wraps around the bucatini. The shrimp was very flavorful though. Chicken parmesan was crisp outside and moist inside. The pasta that comes with it was pretty good too, but it lacks a tiny bit of garlic or cheese. Everything was not hot enough by the time it got to the table. If they can improve on that, we thought this restaurant would do better. Overall the experience was great and we'd definitely come back here again.

Was here for a girls night out with 18 others. We were a big group and occupied two big tables in the dining area. We got there at 5pm, hoping to start off with the happy hour menu but were told happy hour is only in the bar area. Given the group size, they could have been accommodating. Kind of bummed about that. Anyways, on to the good stuff. Interesting cocktails. I got the purple bee. Looked pretty and boy, was it strong! Loved it. Ordered the pane rustica & aglio olio. They kind of forgot the pane rustica and brought it at the end when I reminded them about it. Happens when you are in a big group. Food was excellent. Wood fired flat bread with whole roasted garlic and goat cheese was delicious. And the pasta was very good too. Everyone loved their food and drinks. It's a great place for date nights. Though it's in a strip mall, when you walk in, you are immediately transported to a very chic, upscalish place. So dress up! Or keep it casual and get the best happy hour deal at the bar!

Ordered pork and mushroom bucatini pasta and Pizza, for dessert we had their ice cream ( coconut, pistachios, and chocolate) and tiramisu. The ambiance had some live jazz nusic and even a tap dancer/flamenco? Anyway, it was a great experience. We didn't have a reservation but was seated promptly. The food was soooo good! I mean I love the pizza and the pasta had so much protein. The tiramisu was good and didn'ttaste too much of the coffee which is nice for me since I like more milder coffee taste. The pistachio ice cream though i love ! The staff was super nice and very attentive. Overall experience was awesome and definitely would love to go back and try other things. The staff did recommend to get their sorbet of the day if they have it, we didn't manage to do so. But that day they had mango.

We wanted to find a restaurant that' would allow our puppy on the patio & had good food so we stopped here. As soon as you walk in you see their impressive wood fired oven- just beautiful. It was a Tuesday at 1:00 ish & there was no one on their nice patio which worked great! Kevin greeted us & took great care of us. We started with ice teas & the flat bread with roasted garlic & goat cheese- really delicious- we should have asked for more goat cheese lol. My husband & I each got the Caesar salad- I added prawns & he added chicken- both were really good- not enough dressing for my husband's liking- but again, we should have asked for more. I pretty much never like the croutons on salad but these were really good & the prawns were juicy & flavorful. My mom ordered the Margherita pizza- amazing! Lots of mozzarella & basil & the crust cooked perfectly in their pizza oven.

Wow! What a delightful and delicious local Italian restaurant. I've lived in this area for many years and visited developer take them all many times but cannot believe I've never stopped in. Finally came here last weekend with my family We had a wonderful dinner. The service was prompt and very friendly and the food was also delicious. Eerything we ordered was great. For appy's we had grilled octopus calamari and fried brussel sprouts. Did brussel sprouts had fried pancetta and then goat cheese tossed on top of it, and the grilled octopus came with some really good sauce. We also ordered the Sardinia cracker focaccia bread and olive oil for our bread plate. Remains we got the rack of lamb special, the scallop papperadel special, mushroom risotto with added scallops, and then yoki with Italian sausage. We all really loved our dishes. For dessert we spill it in order of the zeppoli. We will definitely come back as every dish was spot on perfect. As we left we saw some people ordering very ordinary things like a Caesar salad and pepperoni pizza. Do yourself a favor and do not do that. Get their pasta and other dishes... You'll be very happy.

Recommend this place. Recommend seafood penne pasta and it was amazing! I wish the portion were a little bigger. I was very impressed with the kids menu and highly recommend the grilled chicken and veggies. The service was great too. Servers were patient and helpful!

This place uses common sense in the midst of all this pandemic hysteria. Staff was exceptionally friendly today. Try the shrimp pasta. One of the best pasta dishes in my humble opinion. The mushroom pizza lacked mushroom, but again, just my humble opinion.

Wow! What a gem to find while I was in Redmond, WA! I ordered some gnocchi to go and they happily accommodated my vegetarian request. Thank you. I also ordered for pick up tight at opening and they graciously accommodated that as well. This place is lovely and the staff was very friendly. Now let's talk about the food. The ricotta gnocchi were spectacular little pillows of wonder. Both sauces were amazing and sadly we ate them before even getting a pic. They were that good. I did get a pic of dessert though. I cannot wait to return.

Even with a reservation, we did have to wait a bit, but it was Valentine's Day, so totally understandable given how busy Italian spots get. Parking was pretty convenient with spaces both in front and behind the restaurant, and if those are full, it's close to the Totem Lake area so there are other options nearby. The ambiance was definitely unique--lots of mannequins, motorcycles, and a sort of roadshow vibe. It felt fun, a little quirky, and different from your typical Italian restaurant. Service was good overall, especially considering how busy it was. Our server was attentive enough and kept things moving smoothly. We started with bread and butter--nothing particularly special, but still enjoyable. The garlic herb compound butter oddly felt nostalgic and reminded me of childhood. For appetizers, we got the meatballs, which were hearty and flavorful. For my entrée, I had the seafood pasta in a wine cream sauce and really enjoyed it. There was a good amount of seafood--not super crab-heavy, but enough to get a few nice bites--and the sauce itself was light and well-balanced. My husband ordered the chicken parm, which he said was good but leaned a bit on the bland side. Overall, it feels like a solid neighborhood Italian spot. Definitely a place we'd come back to when we're in the area.

Noon Café is a casual family diner offering traditional grilled kababs (aka kebab), appetizers, sandwiches, and pizzas - all Persian/Iranian style. The interior is basic, decorated with photos of Iranian landmarks (I assume). Currently, they have a memorial due to the ongoing war. (Peace to all...) Service is warm and friendly. Be sure to ask questions if the dish names are unfamiliar. The Food: Soltani, $32.99 - 4 Stars Soltani includes one skewer of Koobideh (ground beef) and one skew of Barg (flank steak). Both are well-seasoned with excellent flavor. We ordered the flank steak medium rare, but it was medium with no pink inside. The steak was tolerable, not as tender as it could have be. This dish was served with rice per the menu. After I saw another table has their kabab served with a bread, I asked the server. She said other than rice, there is a choice of Persian bread (flat bread with sesame) and salad. Curious that wasn't in the menu nor did she say it. Not a dealbreaker. Her reply did raise my eyebrow. Zaboon, $16.99 - 3 Stars Menu: Veal tongue, simmered and fried, tomato, pickles, parsley Based on the description, the texture completely threw me off. The meat is mushy to the point of spreadable. The flavor is light with minimum seasoning. I applied hot sauce liberally to the sandwich. Portion size is large. I ate only half. Fries, $6.99 - 3 Stars Menu: Golden and crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside Some pieces aren't crispy enough. Some pieces are too thick such that the inside has the potato gritty texture. The sauce is a house-created flavor. We like the sauce more than we like the fries. The food is closer to 3.5 Stars. I like the family vibe and am rounding up to 4 Stars for the overall rating.

When we arrived, the hostess asked whether we would like to keep the stroller with us or leave it at the front. We explained that we preferred to keep it because the baby is comfortable sitting in it while we eat, and she seated us without any issues. Shortly after, a manager or supervisor (a man with a mustache and slicked-back ponytail) approached our table and informed us that the stroller could not remain there due to fire safety concerns. While we understand the importance of safety policies, there appeared to be plenty of space between the stroller and the table behind us. We asked if we could move to an end table where there was clearly more room. Although the restaurant was not busy, the request seemed to be met with visible frustration. Instead of working with us to find a solution, we were met with eye rolls, sighs, and dismissive behavior. What made the situation even more uncomfortable was witnessing him publicly reprimand the hostess for initially seating us there. He stated that they now had to bus the original table because she had allowed us to sit there and that she should have taken the stroller when we first arrived. Watching an employee be criticized in front of customers was unprofessional and created an awkward atmosphere for everyone involved. At that point, our group no longer felt welcome. We ultimately decided to leave before ordering. We had genuinely hoped this would become a regular spot for our family and friends, but after this experience, we will not be returning. For families with young children, you may want to reconsider if this restaurant is the right fit for you.

What makes this one stand out is that it offers a vegan menu, which is something I really appreciate when dining out. Unfortunately it is hard to locate this online, so I needed someone in a facebook group to post it so that I finally took the steps to drive here and check it out. This place is not even listed on Happycow. This place has a strange seating set up, with seats in the front and the back. Plenty of easy parking out front, off a main road, easy to locate if you know what part of the building to look for. The vegan menu was setting out near the pick up area, but not sure it would have been offered if I didn't ask about it. There was a sign that mentioned vegan options near the front. The vegan menu is large, with so many things to choose from. I opted for the penne puttanesca this visit, but I would certainly eat most of the things on this menu. I had a bit of a hard time choosing. It comes with a side salad which was tasty with Italian dressing. Prices were as expected these days, but its nice to not have to pay a vegan upcharge and have actual vegan menu items to choose from. My partner opted for something off the regular menu, chicken marsala and also found this to be tasty. He only ate half of his meal while there, but did end up finishing the rest up at home that night. I do think we will try to make it back here when we are in the area. I only wish the Everett Romios would offer this vegan menu so I could have something to eat there on a more regular basis.
