Really good! I'm loving that we have had some great luck with restaurants in the hotels we have stayed the past couple years. This was no exception. We were going to hit our favorite pancake spot in town, but time got away from us, so we ended up eating here at the hotel we were staying at, the Conrad Hilton, a newer hotel in the Nashville area. They have a great selection of breakfast foods and beverages. Their vanilla latte was bomb, so good I had two! Their chicken sausage was really yummy, and had that nice smoky flavor. So delish! Now to their potatoes...okay, hello. These potatoes are some of the best I've ever had, and my boyfriend agreed. They are par boiled then pan fried, with garlic and other seasonings. Seriously amazing. I also had a blueberry muffin that was tasty with its strudel topping. The avocado toast was not only beautiful looking but also great tasting and fresh. The fruit was super fresh. The orange juice was fresh squeezed. Okay, I can't say enough! They have lots of fresh squeezed juice options and plenty of foods to choose from, even with a picky eater. I am so glad I came here. Lots of healthy options and a nice variety, nice ambiance, and so convenient for us since we were staying in the hotel. Even if you aren't, I'd say to give this place a try. Oh my goodness, y'all! Run to this restaurant. So good. Our server, Natalie was great. Her recommendations were on point. We had the tuna tartare to start and then had the shareable ribeye and lobster pasta. Both were perfectly done and so flavorful. They bring the lobster out to the table prior to putting it in the pasta which was a nice add. For dessert we had the chai tea cheesecake and the carrot cake. Everything was so good! The breakfast menu is a delight. We came here as guests of the hotel. We're quickly seated. This place is on the more classy side. Amazingly friendly staff. We started with some juices coffee and omelettes. Very yummy. The croissant on the side was a winner. Highly recommend their jammies as well. read more

This review is solely for their room service at the Conrad. After waiting 45 minutes for a burger and a glass of white wine, a burger was delivered without the wine. They said they would go get the wine. After taking the lid off the plate, I realized the food was completely cold, as if it had been sitting out for a long time. When the server came back with the wine, he had red wine instead of red. After a long day of travel, it couldn't have been a more disappointing experience. I sent the cold burger back with the wrong wine and ordered from elsewhere. It's a shame such a nice hotel can't even figure out room service. read more

Loved staying at the Conrad, but really disappointed with this restaurant. Went for brunch this morning. Took 10 min for a waiter to even approach us, then 45 min for our food to come - yogurt/granola, BLT, and eggs/bacon/toast. The granola dish was perfectly delicious. But the Porchetta BLT was disgusting (and $25!) I couldn't even eat it; in fact, I'm surprised the server didn't notice it was barely touched and offer to remove it from the bill and/or offer to bring something else. I know porchetta is supposed to be fatty, but it was just like slabs of hard to chew fat. Gross. Every bite just tasted like grease. We'll be back to the Conrad, but will probably avoid Blue Aster next trip. read more

Located in on the Lobby Level of the Conrad Nashville, we visited for brunch and were underwhelmed by the service at Blue Aster. The food was actually pretty good which is disappointing how terrible the hostess was at this restaurant. There were several tables available to seat us, and she randomly chose a 2 top table for our party of 4. When I pointed out to her there were not enough place settings or chairs she stated, "that's all I have" and walked away... which was an obvious lie. She attempted to do this to a 4 person party after us who just as confused as we were. The server who later came over had to bring us more silverware and chairs. Overall our server did the best job he could but it took forever for the food to come out and then we had a couple meals missing when the food came out. read more

Overall this place needs work. After staying in the Conrad for the better part of a week I had the opportunity to try Blue Aster for multiple meals. The vast majority of people who eat here are only doing so due to Hilton food and beverage credits. This is very clear as the breakfast and brunch crowd is the only time the restaurant was close to half full. The service is hit or miss depending o who is working that day. The menus are often wrong on pricing and the managers have acknowledged there problem but they haven't yet printed new ones. This in inexcusable at a five star hotel in which dinner for 2 is 200+. Also expect dinner here to be very very quiet there was only one other table when we dined here. read more

I've only dined for breakfast and have found the food very good the two times I went. The cinnamon roll is very large and easily shared up to a table of four. The biscuits are delish but not your standard biscuit. It's larger than most and somewhat cakey. The service was different both times. Sundays seem busier and the folks were attentive and nice. The second day I did feel they tried to charge more. The cup of coffee was a full pot charge and the biscuit was an addon charge despite ordering almost the same breakfast entree. read more

Decided to try both breakfast and lunch during our stay at the Conrad. The decor and seating inside were quite bright and vibrant. For breakfast, we ordered the standard (eggs, bacon, toast, potatoes), cinnamon roll, blueberry pancakes, french toast, and two juices. The potatoes from the standard were absolutely fantastic; cooked well, flavored heavy with herbs and garlic, it was very well done. The cinnamon roll's caramel on top was overly sweet and was way too much which made the dish heavy, although the portion is very large. The pancakes had a nice blueberry jam but the pancake was a bit disappointing in flavor and fluffiness. The french toast was heavy, but the nuts and jam in between were not too sweet. For lunch, we ordered the poke bowl and the fish and chips. The poke bowl was lackluster as the tuna was not marinated and the portion did not justify the price. The fish and chips' side of chow chow and remoulade sauce was the highlight, unfortunately, the fish's batter was soggy which was disappointing. We stayed at the Conrad for one night and they gave us some credits because we booked through Amex fine hotel. At first we were not that excited since we assumed this was an average hotel restaurant. We were blown away by how good dinner was. We had the rib-eye and the farmers market platter. The steak was amazing. Better than the fancy nyc steakhouses we just ate at. The vegetable platter had picked veggies and fried and grilled. It's all so well executed. The marshmallow cocktail was so good. We came back for breakfast and again were impressed with the execution of their fluffy eggs. The chefs really put a lot of care in their food. Next time we come to Nashville we would eat here even if we're not staying at the hotel. read more

We asked him questions about the wine and food menu and he seemed lost. They kept bringing the wrong dishes to our table. The grilled whole snapper is over priced for the quality. A month ago I made a confirmed reservation for my husband's birthday which is tomorrow. Tonight, at 9pm, I received a call from the restaurant stating that our reservation has been canceled because the restaurant had just recently secured a contract for a wedding party. A wedding party reservation, no matter how recently secured, will take precedent over any reservation that you have made. They offered to move us to a later time in the evening, however, that would completely ruin our plans for the rest of the evening. My husband and I had dinner there on Saturday for our 45th anniversary. Everyone from the maître d' to the serving staff was so gracious and made a fuss about it being our 45th anniversary. We had a perfect table. I had the Caesar salad, petit filet, and sorbet for dessert. The salad and sorbet were large so when we ordered, the server offered the suggestion of splitting them, which we did. They brought us each a glass of champagne, their compliment. The crust on the filet was perfect. Normally it's served with a choice of sauce. I wanted it plain and ordered it medium. It was prepared to medium but I might go with a medium rare next time. It was so delicious. My husband ordered the crab with pasta. It is rich. They had delicious brioche rolls. The ambience was relaxed. Southern friendliness. Not at all stuffy. We gave a larger tip for what would have been the full amount if they hadn't split. It was more work. There is hourly parking in a garage (Broad West). The valet for overnight stays is pricey. Idk about for dinner. Expect to spend $200 or more if you add a bottle of wine and including tip. It's a special occasion restaurant for us. It's inside the new Conrad Hilton. It's a beautiful hotel.
