I have been following Alex and family on YouTube for a while now. I always wondered how those donuts taste and finally this past weekend my husband and I came to get donuts while on a trip in Vegas. It was a twenty minute drive from the Bellagio hotel. We came around 11 am on a Friday and it was busy. They serve pizza, donuts, beignets, coffee and drinks. We purchased two slices of the pickle pizza and omg that was one of the best pizzas ever. My husband loved it as much as I did. Now the donuts .... first of all I don't eat donuts often maybe once every few years cause it gives me instant heartburn and I don't like the heavy oil aftertaste. We got a few donuts (I don't remember the names) and they all tasted amazing. Fresh, soft, no bad oil aftertaste and honestly so light that it didn't feel like we are eating donuts. I loved the creme brûlée so much that I ended up getting more from the Cafe Lola at the Caesars Palace the next day lol. It didn't give me any heartburn. It is so delicious you must try it. This shop is small and doesn't have a lot of seating so it felt very tight and crowded. So we got the donuts and the pizzas to go. Overall the best donuts I ever had. Updating my review after a few years of this place being open. The staff is not very kind or happy and has no desire to be there. We had a to go order and one additional item that had to be heated up and they gave it to us on a plate, when we asked it be put in a Togo box the woman didn't say a word, just took it and walked away and dropped it into a box and threw it back on the counter. When we opened our box of donuts they were literally batter. Not cooked at all. I brought them back in and they did give us a refund but said the won't offer new ones because they are probably all like that (as they pack others orders) The last few times we have gone the food has been bad bad. You would not believe how uninterested and careless the owners are. But if there is an issue,don't try to call or email they don't answer. What all of their places have in common is horrible reviews. They're usually around 3.5 stars to 4.0. The reviews that say the same thing and owners and management refuse to change. The profit margin for donuts, specifically, not to mention coffee or pizza which all have huge profit margins is more than enough for them to have higher quality execution of their products and the upkeep of their establishments. We went a few days ago and we will never be returning, first off there's always an issue with a line outside so you try to order ahead online and they go through a third-party app that there's always an issue with then you try to go through their drive-through at their blue diamond location, and the speaker doesn't work or they just don't answer so then you pull up to the window and you get to wait another five minutes only to buy a dozen donuts that are gonna cost you anywhere between $65-$75 and then you get something like what I received. A bland doughnut with less than 2 tablespoons of whatever weird scrambled gooey gravy they are trying to pass off as a pastry cream. The owner has no culinary background so let's just get that out there. She's another one of those privileged "I have extra money, this seems like it would be fun,I know social media marketing we're gonna focus on looks but our product is gonna be actual dogsh*t." If you think that their pastry gravy scrambled egg abomination is bad just wait until you pay another $7 an order one of their donuts that has Chantilly cream that was also made improperly that makes your doughnut completely wet and runny with no flavor. I don't know who she has for quality control in the kitchen. I don't know if between café Lola (which they also own those) and her donut shops. She can't handle it, but she needs to stop. Her greed is disgusting. No one cares that you donate donuts to people in need because no one is in need of a doughnut. Your charity work is not the work you need to be focusing on. You need to have your product reflect your pricing and it does not. The economy is unforgiving. Take advantage while you can because myself and many other customers will not be returning and if Yelp has anything to do with new customers I highly recommend you start paying attention the product you're putting out. read more

Had to visit Saint Honoré while in the area... I came on a Thursday around 10:45am. Admittedly, while I don't have a sweet tooth, these donuts are gorgeous and HUGE! I think 4 can easily feed 8 people enjoyable if you're mixing and matching... they are STUFFED. I got just 1! The Dubai chocolate pistachio donut and it was fantastic. It was indeed over $10 but worth trying. I think the other donuts are a lot more friendly price wise, but I can't name another place that does a donut like this. You need to eat your donut there or book it to your next location with a nice car cooler- mine got sooo melty from just the store to my car in this June heat. The donuts are pretty good! Let's say this is a porche of donuts. Our favorite is the ube flavored ones. They spend so much time on the presentation and didn't forget to consider the good quality. It's a good experience when you're in town. The beignets are only good when fresh. The service could be better. Everyone is just not as friendly as expected. The ambiance is clean and inviting. Came during BTS concert weekend + Memorial Day weekend, so the long line and busy atmosphere were definitely understandable. The staff still did a great job moving everyone through quickly and were very friendly despite how packed it was. Aesthetically, the donuts are top notch, they photograph beautifully and the presentation is impressive. Unfortunately, the taste didn't quite live up to how they look and how much hype surrounds them on social media. We tried the BTS donut, vanilla bean, chocolate cacao, and raspberry rose. The BTS donut was probably the best one we had, the banana cream filling was light and not overly sweet. The raspberry rose was way too sweet for my taste, and the vanilla bean honestly just tasted like a regular glazed donut. I couldn't really detect much vanilla flavor at all. The prices feel pretty high for what you get flavor-wise, especially when there are better tasting donuts elsewhere. Hate to say it but you can get the same tasting donuts from your local pink box donut shop at a much cheaper price point. We also wanted to try the beignets, but they were already sold out by the time we got there which was in the early afternoon. Amazing donuts!!!! Even at 7pm on a Saturday night the crème brûlée was delicious and beautiful!!! $6 a donut fyi.... We also got the chocolate ganache and raspberry, the chocolate was delicious but the raspberry although very pretty only had a small amount of actual raspberry jelly . This place is absolutely stunning easily the best looking donut/pizza spot I've ever been to. Every single piece in the store looked like it was handpicked, and the aesthetics is truly next level. The service was also amazing no doubt about it. I came in to try the "Dubai" donut after seeing how delicious it looked, but honestly, taste-wise it didn't live up to the visual. I do appreciate the toppings and the crunch it gave. The chocolate topping as well as the vanilla added to the tase, but it just didn't give me that donut taste/texture. Now, skipping straight to the pizza that's where this place really shines. The pizza is not thin crust so don't expect that. It is thick, hearty, cheesy, and had the crunch just right. The second Saint Honore location I've been to - this one is smaller than the other location I visited but the service is just as great! Very friendly and helpful staff. I always get the Crème Brûlée - the filling is so yummy! I tried their pizza for the first time and it was good. It probably would have tasted better had I not eaten it cold. I was so excited to visit Saint Honoré after seeing so many great TikToks about it. I originally thought we were going to the location featured in those videos, but due to my own mistake, we ended up at this one. Even so, I was just as excited to finally experience it. We arrived right when they opened, so I completely understand that helping early customers can be daunting and that staff may still be getting settled into the day. We were greeted warmly by one young woman when we arrived, which made a great first impression. Unfortunately, the service quickly fell short after that. A red-haired employee who helped us seemed unenthusiastic and wasn't very helpful, which really took away from the experience. I even opted out of getting a latte after her expression worsened once I mentioned wanting one. I had brought a friend visiting from the UK and had talked this place up quite a bit beforehand. Sadly, he walked away unimpressed and even commented on the poor service from the young woman working there. I left feeling very disappointed. Based on this experience, I won't be returning to this location. I do hope that the next time I'm in Vegas, I'll have the chance to visit the other location and have a much better experience. read more

The selection is huge -- it's hard to choose because everything looks amazing! The atmosphere and interior are absolutely beautiful and create a special experience. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, always smiling despite how busy it was. We even ended up buying some of their merch -- a cute cap -- as a little souvenir. The only downside was the long lines. We waited outside for almost 30 minutes under the open sun and then another 15 minutes inside. Our favorite was the pistachio Dubai chocolate donut ($3 up charge). Soft and fluffy with a nice crunch of the kataifi. I could taste the pistachio flavor that was perfectly balanced with the chocolate. I preferred the dark chocolate side vs the white chocolate side. The cannoli was my second favorite because it was soft and fluffy. Not the best cannoli I've ever had, but it was decent for being on a donut. I was disappointed in the crème brûlée. The donut wasn't soft and fluffy like the other two, and seemed kind of stale almost like a day old. But the sugar on top was crunchy and the raspberry was fresh. Finally got to try the donuts here! I went to this location since it was closer to my hairstylist. I got a 4 pack of donuts to try a couple of flavors and I got an iced matcha latte. The matcha latte was good and not too sweet. The donuts were also good (strawberry, salted caramel, pecan maple, and cookie butter) and well frosted on the glazed donut. A bit expensive for $15 for 4 donuts that were classic frosted. I'd come back for another drink for sure. read more

My cousin flew in from Texas just to try this place, and honestly it was a disappointing experience. First, everything felt overpriced for what you get. Second, the cashier was very rude and the staff looked completely unorganized and overwhelmed. One thing that really stood out to me was the hygiene. None of the workers had their hair tied back or covered, and everyone's hair was loose and all over the place. Unfortunately, I ended up finding a hair in my donut, which was honestly disgusting. I didn't realize they were all considered couture donuts. Some of them looked pretty simple, so I assumed it would be more of a mix and match situation. I was a bit surprised when I was charged for a couture box after ordering and paying. Not a huge issue, but definitely something to be aware of before placing your order. Once we got back to our hotel room, we tried the donuts, and they were honestly delicious. They were beautiful, soft, sweet, fluffy, and exactly what you want in a good donut. I have zero complaints about the donuts themselves. I do recommend stopping by Saint Honoré if you're craving donuts and are in the area. I had ran across Saint Honore on instagram. All the donuts and food creation always looked so good. We go to Vegas a couple of times to visit family. We so happened to stay near one of the Saint Honore locations and we stopped to get some donuts prior to starting our drive. We went right when it opened so the location was empty. Just the workers there. Grabbed a few of their donuts. They were good. I am sorry, but to us they were nothing mind blowing. We wanted to love them, but it didn't turn out that way for us. This place does not live up to the hype. After looking forward to visiting on my next trip to Vegas, wow was I disappointed! As soon as we walked in the Blue Diamond location a little after 3 pm (after driving in from SoCal), there was an employee at the register giving everyone who had walked in a speech about how they were sold out of donuts, but had pizza, beignets and coffee. Everyone there was disappointed, and many left. We stayed and had beignets and drinks. I got sick later, probably from too much deep fried oil and powdered sugar. The beignets are huge, but they're nothing special taste wise imo The thing that confuses me the most is how a donut shop in Vegas who knows a lot of their clientele are traveling far distances, and says they are open until 9 pm, can stop making the very thing everyone is going there for hours before their close time? Why not close earlier if you aren't going to be able to provide the product, or better yet, make an afternoon batch or two? The online ordering says the donuts will be available from midnight to 8 pm. They need to change the wording on that, because they're not. They also waste a lot of boxes because even if dining in, they give you your order in a box, and it doesn't take long for the waste can to fill up with the huge boxes. It's wasteful and not environmentally friendly. The pickle pizza was also something I was wanting to try, but when I saw it sitting on the counter it looked like it had been there for hours and wasn't the least bit appetizing. This review is only for the donuts. I live in the Bay Area and these were gifted to me, so from time of purchase to trying the donuts was about 10 hours. Seeing the mixed reviews on social media and on Yelp, I really thought these would be all hype. For me, these lived up to the hype and then some! I hade the Maple Pecan, Peaches and Cream, Cannoli, and the Crème Brulee. Maple has always been a favorite of mine and this was no exception. The peaches and cream reminded me of horchata and didn't have much of a peach flavor but still great and my second favorite. The cannoli had a good amount of filling and mini chocolate chips inside which was a nice surprise. The crème brûlée was good but I think my expectations were too high for this one, or it may have been better fresh, the top still held its thickness as it was supposed to but I think the flavor was lacking overall.. I didn't get much of a crème brûlée flavor. You can taste the quality of ingredients and even after several hours they are so soft. I can only imagine how amazing they'd be when fresh. read more

And don't even get me started on the lattes--they're so yummy and pair perfectly with everything. I usually visit the Flamingo location since it's the closest to me. The only real "downside," if I had to name one, is that I wish there was a location closer--preferably in the Aliante area. The quality of the donuts and pizza was really good! The service on the other hand was not good, which is why only 3 stars. Neither employee seemed like they wanted to be there, the one getting the donuts was clearly annoyed by being asked questions or when customers made comments. We all noticed it and seemed to be thrown off by it. I also picked up two pre-orders for friends, as I was on my way on my way out of town. I should have double checked their orders to the boxes but one of the boxes was missing an item and didn't realize it until she opened the box. When I gave the names for the pick up she just looked at the boxes and pushed three towards me without saying a word. The entire customer service experience was off putting and considering we spent about $80 on the three orders, it's even more upsetting. In town visiting and had to check out the hype and experience for myself. Got a sampling of four donuts the creme brulee, Dubai chocolate, cannoli and peach cobbler. They are some of the most beautifully crafted donuts I have seen. Loved the variety and choices available. Now to the taste. The dough itself is different than other donuts. It is light, fluffy and sweet throughout. The fillings were good and you can tell just good ingredients. I did feel like they could have used more filling but minor in the grand scheme of things. I would say if the price to value was better I would have rated this minimum four stars. It is a must try in my opinion and we went late morning on a Saturday and no line. I stopped into Saint Honoré in the afternoon because I was in the area, in the mood for something sweet, and finally wanted to see what the hype was about. I already knew they are known for the beignets and that I was not there first thing in the morning, so I went in with realistic expectations. I was simply hoping for a good treat. What I got instead was an overpriced, misleading, and deeply disappointing experience. The shop itself is small, intimate, and visually appealing. I can see why there is often a line out the door. The presentation of the doughnuts in the case is beautiful, and even the boxed presentation looks polished. On the surface, it feels like you are about to get something special. That is exactly why this was such a letdown. One of my first issues was that not everything in the case was clearly labeled. Some items required asking the staff, which I did. I specifically asked about the raspberry one and was told it was a rose water topping on a raspberry-filled doughnut. That mattered because I love filled doughnuts, especially jelly-filled ones, so that description is exactly why I chose it. I also asked about the chocolate one and was told it was chocolate with cocoa nibs. Then I added the maple pecan and the salted caramel as part of the four-pack. The receipt only made things worse because it did not accurately reflect what I was actually sold. The pop-up doughnut was the raspberry couture item, the maple pecan was correct, but the so-called chocolate salted caramel was just a salted caramel doughnut, and the item listed as cookie butter was actually the chocolate doughnut with cocoa nibs. For nearly $20, I expect basic accuracy on both the product description and the receipt. Once I got home and opened the box, I was initially impressed. The presentation really is beautiful. Then I started eating them. The maple pecan was good, but it immediately made me notice a pattern. Underneath the topping, it was basically just a glazed doughnut. The salted caramel was the same story: another glazed doughnut with topping. At that point I started wondering if all of these were just glazed doughnuts being dressed up and sold as something more creative than they actually are. Then I got to the raspberry couture doughnut, which is where this whole experience completely fell apart. The first bite tasted good enough, and I did get raspberry flavor, so at first I thought maybe it really was filled. But when I looked closer, it became obvious that it was not filled at all. It was just another regular doughnut with a hole, topped with raspberry frosting and then covered again with a rose water frosting. That is not a raspberry-filled doughnut. That is not a small mistake. That is being told one thing and sold something else entirely. The chocolate doughnut was another disappointment. I was told chocolate with cocoa nibs, and I reasonably expected a more standard chocolate profile. Instead, it was a glazed doughnut with a dark chocolate topping and cocoa nibs. Again, not awful in a vacuum, but when the products are expensive and not clearly or accurately described, that matters. That is really the core issue here: at this price point, presentation alone is not enough. These doughnuts looked far more inventive than they actually were. What I got felt lazy, like standard glazed doughnuts with different toppings piled on to create the illusion of variety. If I wanted that, I could have gone somewhere far cheaper and been just as satisfied, if not more. I even tipped because I was excited to try this place, only to get home and realize I had been misled. Between the vague labeling, the inaccurate verbal description, the incorrect receipt descriptions, and the underwhelming product itself, this was a complete miss for me. Environment was nice with music in the back ground, and staff was friendly. The donut display was very nice with names of every donut. Not a big fan Crème Brûlée at other places but the Latte was good I like that you can taste the coffee. The addition of the donut hole on the straw was a plus. The donuts themselves were good. I really wish I got the plain donut cus I'm more of a plain donut girl. We ordered the: crème brûlée, rocher, candied hazelnut and Nutella, and biscoff. Plus beignets and the vanilla bean matcha latte. I liked the biscoff donut which was the simplest of the 4 we got. All of the donuts did have a really nice donut base, thick but moist. Beignets were nice and hot, not oily, just needed a little more flavor. I would pass on the vanilla bean matcha latte. Got it with the whole milk but it tastes water down and the vanilla bean was rather light. We wanted to try the Dubai chocolate donut but it was $11. The pricing is a bit confusing because we thought we could do 4 for $15 but most of the donuts came out to $6.50/each. It's a bit pricey but if you're sharing with people it's nice to try. My daughter and I saw this donut shop all over social media, so we decided to give it a try. Honestly, the donuts were just okay. They looked beautiful and very appealing, but the flavor didn't live up to the hype. The carrot cake donut was our least favorite. Customer service was also just average. The woman at the register didn't greet us, and when I asked about the flavors (since there were no signs), she rushed through them without much friendliness. Overall, I wouldn't really recommend this place. You're probably better off going to a local donut shop where the taste is more consistent.
