I'm from a car dealership family, so I ask a LOT of questions & negotiate & research EVERYTHING, so it took longer than it shoud have, but that's my fault. I HAVE to be comfortable with the deal. :) Yvette's team was patient & answered all my questions. I researched the price (while there) and saw that, though they won't negotiate on the price, I was satisfied that it was the best deal in the area on that specific vehicle (2022 Tacoma Off-Road). We drove home that day with our new truck! David in finance was very patient with me. He sent me home that day with brochures/details on the various extended warranties that were available. I did my research on warranty companies & found that the one they offer is the BEST. They did negotiate on the ones that we wanted, a few days later. Thank you, James, David & Yvette, for a great experience! The most expensive trip home from the gym I've ever had, but worth it! ;) OH! I brought the car into another mechanic who had the car up and running in a little over an hour. This mechanic said the mechanic at Amigo Tire and Auto made the car think it was being stolen and so shut everything down which is why Amigo tire was unable connect to the computer. Additionally, he said the ignition problem was common with the Honda Fit and that the ignition parts were easily rebuilt and that Amigo Tire replaced the ignition parts unnecessarily. At best Amigo Tire's mechanic is either completely uninformed about the task he took on or the establishment is completely unscrupulous. I believe its both.

They have been harshly dishonest. Had valve cover replaced. They handed me the keys back and the…read morecar would not lock and unlock due to some electrical issue: in their parking lot within mere seconds of them handing over my keys. Receipt read complimentary inspection. Where are the results? None because they damaged something. The car isn't functioning properly. They immediately said it is completely unrelated to the work they did. The car had the problem when they gave me the keys and before I could even get into the car. I had to climb through the passenger side and drive the 50ft or less from the parking spot to the bay to tell them. They wanted me to pay to diagnose the problem they caused. Continued to say the guy that parked my car and left the driver door locked and unable to unlock and the passenger and rear doors unlocked not able to lock with manual key or fob said there was nothing wrong when he had the car so even though it didn't leave the lot it must be my problem. The dash time and temp keep randomly switching from Fahrenheit to Celsius and back again and the radio randomly switches to Sirius radio. I left them the car because it can't be locked and not safe. They have only repeatedly told me it is unrelated while still not able to tell me what is causing it. They are determined to stick to their story regardless of implausibility and lack of car diagnosis.
