Freddy is truly an artist, who took exceptional care of my car window. I had some chips in my windshield. Freddy carefully examined the windshield, reviewed everything with me, and explained whether or not they would eventually crack the window or if the repairs might impair my vision. First thing, hats off to Blue Chip Auto Glass. I filed a claim through my insurance company (I have glass coverage). My insurance co. defaults to that large nation wide co. that I really didn't want to use again. So I Yelp'd auto glass replacement and Blue Chip came up with a full five stars. There's a reason for that. For my claim, they used (I requested) OEM glass on my 2010 Dodge Ram PU. The scheduling for the replacement at my home was accomplished straight forward with a specific time agreed to. Not one of those 'we'll be there between noon and 3 appointments'. An actual time; my was 0900. Blue Chip called at 0810 to confirm and said an technician would be there at 0855. SPOT ON! Not sure about the rest of you, but when I'm having a service accomplished, I'm BIG on the service provider being on time. Blue Chip nailed this. As far as the quality of workmanship. Well, when I got home and inspected their work, it was comparable to the day when I bought my truck new from the dealer. It had Mopar OEM glass, and everything was done perfectly. Just the way it should be and Blue Chip accomplished the job with stellar results. Would I use Blue Chip again? Without question. I called Blue Chip due to its yelp reviews. I spoke with Kelly he told me how my insurance works. He was booked all week but still found away to fit me in between appointments at my job. Frankie was the tech and so nice and helpful. He pointed out oil I had all over side of car and my tires. That is going above what is expected and since on passengers side i did not notice . will use them again in future. Fyi be a good customer too if they are coming to your work. Park so they have room I park in a garage and purposely parked where they could work and not Block other cars. Customer service works both ways. I took my car in shop today the day after meeting with Frankie. I do have 2 leaks, car less til Monday but thank you so much Frankie and Kelly you are awesome and have best customer service. read more

We couldn't get here fast enough to leave a glowing review for Blue Chip Auto Glass! Yesterday we got a pretty nasty rock chip in our windshield. We are just visiting in the Phoenix area therefore we don't have a connection to any auto glass providers so off to the internet to checkout reviews and find someone to fix our problem. My husband discoverd numerous rave reviews for Blue Chip so he figured all of those people couldn't be wrong so he called up to bring our Jeep in to see if the windshield could be repaired. Sharon reassured him that they would do everything possible to save our windshield and there would be no charge if they couldn't do the repair. What did he have to lose? When he arrived Kelly greeted him and quickly assessed the damage. He said "I'll do everything I can to repair so you don't have to replace the windshield". He offered that if the repair wasn't done to our satisfaction then we didn't have to pay. Wow, what integrity! Its refreshing to meet people who take pride in what they do and still treat customers like they matter! Remember this chip was bad and already had 2 or 3 "runners" starting to form. I'm happy to report that Kelly was able to save our windshield and repair the chip!! It's not often that you are "glad" you had a misfortune but we can honestly say we are not sorry that rock hit our windshield. The business owner Kelly was very hospitable and offered me coffee(Kuerig) and access to the television while waiting on the repair. I picked Blue Chip because of the amazing reviews. The office staff is super friendly and very responsive. I had my install set for 1/20 from 2-4pm. They called me that morning asking to change the appointment due to an emergency the installer had. Wanted to come the next day. I said great but that I needed to leave for the golf course but could get a ride. I would be home until 2:30pm. They gave me a window of 12p-2p. Said the might not be done before I left.. I said no big deal as long as they are here by 2pm. So at 1:41p on Tuesday the installer called to say he would be here in 5 to 10 minutes. At 2:17p anxious I called the installer who said he was surprised that the office did not call me. There was a change in plans they added another job. I called the office who knew nothing of it. Luckily or not it rained on Tuesday so I did not golf. They eventually showed up and installed my glass. It looks like a good job other than I can see the glass is dirty.
