I spoke to a gentleman named Mike on the telephone who explained everything to me was a pleasure to talk to and I had my claim transferred from Safelite to them and they were able to have the glass and have it installed in under a week where it was taking two months with that other company. I had a crack that happened and spread Saturday afternoon and by Sunday it was fixed very well by Ian. He told me that due to the climate and moisture it wouldn't be a perfect job and that makes sense as it was snowing with cold temps. He was very responsive via phone and on a Sunday helped to schedule me in and have it taken care of. I had most places that would push me out a couple of days and maybe have me get a new windshield. The crack was bullseye crack a little smaller than a dime and spread about 8 inches. The quoted price was very fair and much less than the big shops. All in all I have a new expert for any auto glass issues. Gotta love Yelp! They have a comfortable waiting room and Kim is great. She's knowledgeable and personable and fun to talk with. They took my insurance so I had no charge. I got full coverage exterior PPF, some interior PPF and window tints for my Panamera GTS here. The price won't be the cheapest around but its very reasonable and you will get the best job done. Cheaper shops use pre-cut/printed pieces of PPF that dont fit perfectly, you'll see the edge of the PPF on each body panel. These guys lay down massive uncut pieces, and cut them by hand to fit your car. All edges are rolled into or under each panel so you don't see a single edge anywhere. I've had compliments on how well this PPF is done from friends, car detailers, and mechanics. They'll take care of you after sale too. Took about a week to get my PPF done. A few weeks later, I came back for them to check all of the edges to make sure everything was perfect. Over a year later, I noticed one spot on the side skirt that must have taken a big pebble and they fixed it for free.

I expected I'd need a new windshield. At G&R, they easily could have sold me one--but instead, Rosie at the front office said, "No, don't do that. Let's see if we can get it off." They removed it completely. Even better, they cleaned the entire car and didn't charge me for it. Honest, skilled, and genuinely kind people.
