Made an appointment online…read moreon Wednesday 1/1/25 - New Year's Day for Friday to replace my windshield at my home location from 8:30 - 12:00. Promptly at 8:15 AM Friday the tech called me and ask if he could pick my car and work on it at the shop because it was too cold to work outside. So, I told him I world bring it to his location in Westbury. Arrived after 9:00 AM, they took my car immediately. About 2 hours later all was finished, new windshield, all stickers replaced, and my E-Z Pass and all was recalibrated with safety features and camera. The tech explained what was done and no car wash, rotating tires or mechanical repairs for 3 days. They had all my insurances information which I submitted when I made the appointment. Luckily, I have full glass coverage. I was very impressed that they had my windshield which was shipped overnight since New Year's Day when I made the appointment was a holiday. They made the entire process as easy as possible even contacting my insurance company and processing the claim. Safelite is the way to go for glass repair, they are best at it. The staff were very polite, efficient and professional. They are Great!!!

She informed me that the technician called in sick and they tried to call me but I did not answer the call. (there is NO evidence of a call on my phone). She offered that if I went to the shop they could fix my windshield there. I took the 20 minute drive to the shop and was informed that I was the 4th for 5th car to be repaired and it would be while. At that point I called it quits and drove 20 minutes back home with NO repair!

I spoke to a gentleman named Mike on the telephone who explained everything to me was a pleasure to talk to and I had my claim transferred from Safelite to them and they were able to have the glass and have it installed in under a week where it was taking two months with that other company. I am soooooo pleased with the quality of service they provided and the level of customer service I received if you are even considering going with the other company don't and absolutely go with them! I had a crack that happened and spread Saturday afternoon and by Sunday it was fixed very well by Ian. He told me that due to the climate and moisture it wouldn't be a perfect job and that makes sense as it was snowing with cold temps. He was very responsive via phone and on a Sunday helped to schedule me in and have it taken care of. I had most places that would push me out a couple of days and maybe have me get a new windshield. The crack was bullseye crack a little smaller than a dime and spread about 8 inches. The quoted price was very fair and much less than the big shops. All in all I have a new expert for any auto glass issues. Gotta love Yelp! I got full coverage exterior PPF, some interior PPF and window tints for my Panamera GTS here. The price won't be the cheapest around but its very reasonable and you will get the best job done. Cheaper shops use pre-cut/printed pieces of PPF that dont fit perfectly, you'll see the edge of the PPF on each body panel. These guys lay down massive uncut pieces, and cut them by hand to fit your car. All edges are rolled into or under each panel so you don't see a single edge anywhere. I've had compliments on how well this PPF is done from friends, car detailers, and mechanics. They'll take care of you after sale too. Took about a week to get my PPF done. A few weeks later, I came back for them to check all of the edges to make sure everything was perfect. Over a year later, I noticed one spot on the side skirt that must have taken a big pebble and they fixed it for free.
