Fortunately I then found "Quality U Expect Appliance Repair". During our telephone call, Skip, the owner walked me through a few diagnostic procedures to determine the ice maker condition at no charge. As a result, his opinion was that ice maker was dead and needed to be replaced. Two days later, he arrived with a new ice maker and had it installed within about 15 minutes. Skip obviously new his way around the workings of a Samsung refrigerator, very knowledgeable, professional, and reliable. He is highly recommended!!
