I decided to throw in the towel and find a pool maintenance company for this season. After calling a lot of companies, I found the no one wanted my business as much as A Sunny Day Pool did. His prices were reasonable and cheaper than others, so it was an easy choice. I had him open my pool ($175) and return to vacuum it. His rate for cleaning is $50 an hour. It has taken me hours of unsuccessful vacuuming in the past to even remotely get my pool looking good. My pool cover fell in a little over the winter so there was a lot of leaves in the bottom. He brought out his own equipment and got the pool sparkling clean in exactly 1 hour. I am not kidding when I say that is the best $50 I have ever spent. It is two weeks later and my pool is still sparkling clean. I have him scheduled to come again this week and do a clean up before a party. Hiring this company for my pool was a great decision. It is just one man, but he is reliable, professional, and gets the job done perfect and quick. I would 100% recommend him to anyone in the Colonie area looking for pool maintenance. I will continue to use him through the summer and the rest of my years owning a pool.

A quick Yelp search and Request-a-Quote later and I found Precise Vision Pros who quickly responded with what I felt was a reasonable quote for summer services. I really love this company. I've had some issues with other folks that have serviced our property in the past (we rent out our home and do not live close by) but this summer has been a breeze with Precise Vision Pros. They are always prompt to respond to my emails and are so courteous when it comes to processing payments. While they do ask that you pay half up front, I had arranged services well in advance of the summer and they kindly allowed me to pay that deposit in early May rather than February. Beyond the amazing Sara with whom I've been in regular contact about services each week, I must note the quality of services overall. Each time we've visited, I'm happy with the water quality and vacuuming. They are always on top of any incoming weather that might affect the pool and arrange visits accordingly. I also love that they provided complimentary critter life savers (floats that save lives of unsuspecting frogs and small animals that might have fallen into the pool). Sadly, I'm moving after this season, and I'll really miss working with this company. They really were lifesavers for us this summer!

Let's just say mistakes were made and we experienced a lot of confusion and many delays. After about a year with little progress, I was having difficulty finding anyone trustworthy, who was willing to do the necessary revisions to complete the installation. To say I was desperate would be an understatement! Jason from Living Waters came to check things out and asked all the right questions. I could immediately tell he was an honest guy running an honest business. I was comforted by the fact that he was obviously knowledgeable about hot tubs in general. He could see that we were in a bad situation, but was willing (and able) to be creative, get his hands dirty, and do what was needed to set things right for us. Once I hired Living Waters there were no more surprises and no further delays. Jason has an extremely versatile skill set, which enabled him to address various little problems, which I would have assumed were outside of the project scope.
