There always seems to be a new excuse. Today's experience was the final straw. We had booked a bath, brushing, paw pad trim, and sanitary trim. After we arrived, we were told the groomer assigned to us couldn't complete the service because our dog's fur was "compacted" (not matted) and we'd have to reschedule with someone else. What didn't make sense is that the same groomer was apparently able to do the sanitary trim but somehow couldn't trim any other part of his body because of his coat. At this point, it feels like they look for reasons to avoid completing appointments. Every time we bring in our large dog, the staff seem visibly frustrated before the appointment even begins. If your salon isn't equipped or willing to work with large breeds, just be upfront about it instead of repeatedly canceling or making excuses. The staff haven't been welcoming, the salon appears consistently overbooked, and the customer experience has been incredibly disappointing. I can't recommend this location for grooming.

The manager is always so nice to us and gives us great offers and coupons and such. We buy the wash punch card deal to get a better deal on washes. They also have a GREAT selection of foods that a lot of stores in the area do not have for dogs and cats. The staff is nice and kind, and they love pets. They are always willing to help, and are great at helping us find what we need and making sure the baths are ready to use. The store is independently owned and operated. It's a franchise. I highly recommend Pet Supplies Plus. It's one of the best pet stores in the West Seattle area and is run very efficiently.

The staff is always knowledgeable, attentive to the customer and their pets, & give great customer service if you are looking for something specific. I was in the neighborhood for another errand & needed to make it a point to stop by All the Best for some usual cat litter & random things. I typically go to the Burien or Columbia City locations yet had to leave a review for this location on Madison Street. The two working there, one of them seemed like the store manager, were helpful & took the time to ask what I was looking for...as I haven't been to this location in some years! I had mentioned about how construction on that block has changed things temporarily & they were kind enough to offer walking the bag to the car for me, which was thoughtful. Although I managed just fine on my way back to the car, I appreciated that as well, great sale on toys & accessories, as the cute reusable tote bag in honor of Earth day & some treats for the kitties!
