I was supposed to have my title within a week or so, but instead I'm getting the run around. I'm stuck in Texas waiting to register my rig, and I can't go anywhere because they have dropped the ball on getting the title to me. They sent my title to the wrong place after I made an extra trip to sign paperwork to change where it should be sent. I'm trapped here because they won't get it together and figure out how to expedite my title. At this point, I can't recommend sending your business here. Really hoping they will help me out and get on it. Update || 6.16.17 || Well, I just received my title in the mail after four months!! Relieved to have it in hand. Mike was helpful throughout the process, despite it testing all of our patience and frustrations sometimes making their way through. Tara, the woman who originally sent my title to the California DMV wound up being relatively unhelpful. There was a point I called her six times over the course of two weeks leaving voicemails, and I didn't hear back from her. I'm not sure what her situation is, but having sent my title to the wrong place and then not making the effort to call back and help get it sorted through didn't leave me with a great impression. Perhaps she has other things going on that made it a challenge. I wound up having to send in a request of release to the California DMV instructing them to call me for a mailing address, and they sent it to me. All in all, I really appreciated Mike's help. I wish the title had been sent to the correct address in the first place, but what're you gonna do? If I'd received better service from Tara, I would make this a five star review. But the fact remains that the error was made, I was given justifications instead of apologies, and left much of the time to sort out someone else's error on my own.

They are clear when you call that they are always booked out at least a month. They give the impression that they could care less with a very dismissive attitude on every call. I purchased a brand new travel trailer that needed a repair and was also told it would be a month. I will go elsewhere for service and for my next purchase.

You might get approved for a lower rate, but they won't tell you and try and markup the interest rate on the back end. 2% to 4%. Meanwhile they'll tell you what a great rate they you got. Once your Deposit is locked in, they will use it as an extortion tool to force you to move forward or forfeit. It has nothing to do with holding the vehicle before "someone else buys it" - False scarcity mindset tactic. Also fear of loss of method. Additionally, they will also use extremely unethical high-pressure tactics to force you into an extended warranty for your coach. Even if you Decline it 4 times, they keep dropping the price of the warranty to give you a "Great Deal" on the warranty and show you service records of how much this will cost you if you don't do it creating a forced fear tactic and feeling on win closing tool. If you're someone that doesn't like games don't stop at this dealership. Also; Don't use their financing, go to your own bank or credit union before moving forward with their purchase or giving them a dollar. You'll get a better rate, no backend 1990s haggling sales methods. If you ask what the rates on they will say "only way to know is get approved, they have so many factors" - No just call you bank and ask for a Current Rate Sheet. Go into your bank, credit union whoever and ask for a Current Rate Sheet with the Tier'd credit on it and compare it to the rates the dealership is offering. Clearly this company is all about marking up the points on financing and making as much money as possible on the warranty meanwhile promising you they're family owned and they'll do the best they can. They probably also have a substantial dealer hold back on the price or get a manufacturer rebate. Don't believe the "We're losing money on this" tactics. What we found wasn't a high-pressure lot. It was a team that treated us like we already belonged there. Caden (Cader Brown) was our salesman. He never rushed us, never talked over the research we had already done, and helped us choose the setup that actually matches how we plan to use it. He made a big decision feel clear instead of chaotic. Carlos Mariscal, the financial / business manager, handled the numbers with the same calm professionalism. He explained options without the usual finance-office fog, and we left that part of the process feeling informed, not wrung out. Madelyn Stone is the one we keep coming back to. She is the adventure expert we didn't know we needed -- service, gear, the right add-ons, the "this is how you'll actually live in it" details. She has helped us pick out equipment that fits the exact purpose of this trip, and she still greets us like family when we walk in or call with one more question. This is the part that surprised us the most....The first-class treatment did not end when we signed. You don't feel like a sale or number at Bretz. You feel like part of their community. Thank you, Caden, Carlos, and Madelyn !!! Two years of Brinkley research led us to Bretz RV & Marine in Liberty Lake -- and they made the dream feel personal from the first visit. Caden walked us through the right setup without pressure. Carlos Mariscal made financing straightforward and respectful. Madelyn Stone has been our adventure expert on gear, service, and all the "how will we actually use this" details -- and she still helps us after the sale. Every department treated us like we mattered while we were only looking, and that same welcome is still there now. We get greeted, questions get answered, and we feel like part of their community, not a closed deal. We're finally heading out in the Brinkley we've wanted for years. If you want a dealer that stays with you after you drive off the lot, this is the team.
