I assumed they were all the same and judging from the reviews, many have had a similar experience here. But... We were on a two-week RV trip and on the first day, one of the rooftop vents blew apart because it had turned so brittle. On our way through Spokane, we stopped and I talked to Jacob in the service dept. He helped me find the correct one and then got on the roof and installed it with me so we could get on our way and stay dry. I also asked him about the quick-connect hose for our outdoor shower. We never got one when we bought the trailer (brand new) and our local store said they don't come with one -- you have to buy it separate. They also couldn't help me find the right one to buy. They just left me to figure it out. Jacob's attitude was, "Give me a minute to look around and see what I can find." Within a few minutes he came back with the right hose and sent me on my way. KUDOS to Jacob. At least SOMEONE at Camping World knows how customer service is supposed to work!

Just got off the phone with Mike from Freedom RV. I've been waiting 2.5 months for the clear title…read moreon the rig I paid $19K cash on. I was supposed to have my title within a week or so, but instead I'm getting the run around. I'm stuck in Texas waiting to register my rig, and I can't go anywhere because they have dropped the ball on getting the title to me. They sent my title to the wrong place after I made an extra trip to sign paperwork to change where it should be sent. I'm trapped here because they won't get it together and figure out how to expedite my title. At this point, I can't recommend sending your business here. Really hoping they will help me out and get on it. Update || 6.16.17 || Well, I just received my title in the mail after four months!! Relieved to have it in hand. Mike was helpful throughout the process, despite it testing all of our patience and frustrations sometimes making their way through. Tara, the woman who originally sent my title to the California DMV wound up being relatively unhelpful. There was a point I called her six times over the course of two weeks leaving voicemails, and I didn't hear back from her. I'm not sure what her situation is, but having sent my title to the wrong place and then not making the effort to call back and help get it sorted through didn't leave me with a great impression. Perhaps she has other things going on that made it a challenge. I wound up having to send in a request of release to the California DMV instructing them to call me for a mailing address, and they sent it to me. All in all, I really appreciated Mike's help. I wish the title had been sent to the correct address in the first place, but what're you gonna do? If I'd received better service from Tara, I would make this a five star review. But the fact remains that the error was made, I was given justifications instead of apologies, and left much of the time to sort out someone else's error on my own.

Part of the work they completed was to replace our backup camera and add side view cameras. They also replaced the roof and skylight, replaced the carpet with LPV, replaced the catalytic converter, fix one of the side compartments that had been damaged, fix the interior floor that had water damage, and more! Our refrigerator work fine however after 20+ years some of the door shelves had broken, bless them, they were able to find used parts to replace the ones broken. John was very easy to work with, very responsive to our questions and was able to schedule within a week of our contact. After his inspection he called and spoke with my husband about the issues he saw as more important. We received the full report (almost 200 pages!) the next day. This allowed us to advise the dealer of concerns and we'll be taking the report with his next week when we go to pick up the RV so we can refer to it during our walk around/walk-thru.
