Pretty darn good. My son wanted to meet me for dinner and randomly picked this restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food and friendliness of the gentleman who took our order. Not a fancy place place and it seemed most all orders are take out. Really good spicy chicken wings- really crispy and huge dinner portions. I had chicken fried rice. I font recall what my son ordered. I'm never in this area so chances of returning are slim to none. But if you live around here give them a try. We ordered delivery for four last night. The woman on the phone was very friendly and accommodating regarding our special requests. The food arrived promptly and hot. You get a lot of food for the price. Problem is the flavor is lacking. The Moo Shu pork was bland as was the twice cooked pork. The Kung Pao chicken was totally off with a sweet clear sauce instead of a brown sauce. The orange chicken was ok. I read the reviews on google, and decided to try it. Had the orange chicken. I could taste the fact that the chicken was from frozen cuts more than I could the actual orange glaze. There was also more breading than chicken meat. Not to mention I have never had orange chicken with actual fried pieces of orange in it. Seriously, the rice was bland at best. I ordered the Happy Family, Schezuan Beef, Chicken Lo Mein, and Egg Rolls. It was really good, the place is neat and clean. The sauce was not too heavy, it was light. The food at other places is too salty, Blue Dragon was just right and leftovers taste even better. This will be my go to Chinese place, we needed a restaurant that was close to my neighborhood. Owners must have changed because now the food is completely awful. got the usual lemon chicken which is usually good but it had a nasty crust and was so very dry. The rice.. how do you mess up rice? This eatery serves the best food this refurbished taco stand has ever seen in its life. The service was friendly and he was very patient as our party of 4 took our time looking over the expansive menu. We tried 3 offerings: The Blue Dragon (a medley of ingredients), the shrimp curry and one other (I forget which). We had egg drop and hot and sour soup - every place seems to have their own take of H&S soup and BD is no exception. All the dishes were excellent. The shrimp curry was mild as curry's go. The rice was perfect and the sugar cinnamon biscuits were hot and fresh (we even had them leave the cinnamon off - not an issue for them) and I took home a crab and velvet corn soup for 2 to heat up for lunch. We went on a weeknight and business was a bit slow so I was worried that the food might be a little too long in the steam table but I was wrong. We had to wait a little but that was because every thing was made fresh for us. Head and shoulders above most of the Chinese food I've had around here. read more

For starters, a chinese shack shouldn't have a drive thru. Secondly, you shouldn't want to throw up after minutes of just leaving there. We couldn't even FINISH the food. The only thing good there was the sprite and coke that my boyfriend and I got and the fact that the guy working there was nice.The meat didn't look like real food, chicken was yellow, beef was grey and slimy, and the only reason we went was because it was recommended. if i could give this place less than 1 star i would. read more

Daniell was great we had about 5 different orders but she got them in quick and was very nice. the food was hot a little messy and leaking out the plate, but that was probably my fault. The reason we dined here was because we heard that the head chef from Ancient China was the chef here. Well, they definitely don't use the same recipes as Ancient China, which was the best Chinese ever! Blue Dragon will be a huge success if they start using the Ancient China recipes. I had the combination fried rice -- it was okay. The meat was cut very small and there was hardly any of it. My dining companion had the orange chicken which was good . The egg drop soup was full of vegetables, which is not typical. The people who work here are extremely friendly. Will try again. read more
