Intern, Ray. I'd plan'd on repair'n the WH myself & brought parts to do that, but broke my arm in a car a$$ident before I could get DIY done. I began research'n plumbers...RRP stood out in every search. After speak'n w/Jason during our consult, I was really impressed w/his genuine approach to giving me options, including install'n the parts I already had. I chose to replace the WH...my unit was quite old & I'd repaired the same parts a few times before. The price Jason quoted me was right on point w/my research & he didn't upsell but suggested some things that would be of benefit to me. I finally pulled the trigger & had WH installed Tue, 14 July 2026...had to prepare for this big purchase & checkout competitors...‍but ya know how your gut just tell ya someth'ns rite‍ Jalen main installer, Dylan tech (picked up the new WH) & Ray (H.S. Intern) from RRP arrived & WOW they really worked in unison...getting everything out, installed & cleaned up w/in 2hrs. Jalen & Dylan speak so highly of Jason & RRP! Plz let me not forget to mention Kodi who also kept communications go'n for RRP thru text, etc. I've got HOTT Water again & a new plumbing crew that I'll be com'n back to & recommend'n again & again THANK YOU RAPID RESPONSE CREW‍‍ Semper Fidelis

Daniel Eckerle, the owner, acknowledged his workers mistake and offered a refund and to make the repair the following day. Daniel informed me he was giving me his personal number to reassure me he would remedy the situation personally. I reached out the following day directly to Daniel to find out it was not his personal number. Daniel called me later that morning saying it would be a few days before he could complete the repair. He knew it was an emergency and strung me along. His company is now refusing to provide the refund after I chose to have a timely and competent company complete the repair. Do not fall for this company! Daniel, the owner, will feed you whatever he believes is needed to take your money and get the job. I highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.

After Troy messed with my furnace it no longer worked, he told me it was a house problem and left. The report he sent to American Home Shield was full of information that he had no way of knowing. They are dirty people, just trying to make money off home warranties.

I bought a Nordine 80% 70KBTU Furnace & a 2-ton AC & coil on 10/1/25. Every time the furnace…read moreswitched on, the enducer motor made a noticeable clicking noise as it drew in air through the roof jack. I was worried that the bearings were bad, so after 3.5 months of listening to it, I called to ask about possibly having bad bearings. Kirby sent out an employee to check it out. They replaced the enducer motor part, and it continued making the same noise. They replaced that one, and the noise continued. Robert Kirby came out and listened, and thought it might be the roof jack causing some air obstruction, so they replaced the roof jack. That made no difference. They wanted to charge me around $395 and I talked them down to the price back in October of around $345. This was before it was installed. To make a long story short, the enducer was replaced at least 2 times. There was no change in the noise. Over 3.5 months, they'd made 5-7 trips out to figure out the problem. Robert came out twice, one day with Steve, the rep from their supplier R.E. Mitchel Co., and they took the motor part apart and looked at it. Robert told me that Steve said that was the motor Nordine used in all sizes of their furnaces, and there was nothing they would do about it. I'd brought up possibly insulating it during the meeting. Robert knew what to use. They sent out an employee to insulate it, and it cut the noise in half. I wish they had a deeper understanding of the Nordine furnace up front. That's why I gave them 4 stars. They tried to figure it out and fix it. I would not have bought it had I known. The flange on the new roof jack leaves an inch of space with the slope of the roof. The gap has been stuffed full of silicone and will probably draw attention during an inspection when I sell the mobile home. I'm unsure if the motor bearings are being strained and will eventually give out. I've ended up spending 3.5 months with this problem on my mind. I have a furnace that has a defective or strained enducer motor. I appreciate that Robert promised me a free '26 fall inspection and '27 spring inspection to check on the motor. Although I wish we didn't have to worry about it. I was billed for the roof jack even though it was not the source of the problem. I told Eileen I'd split the cost with them. Her compromise has me paying $50 more than my half. I'm dissatisfied with that, as it was installed as a result of their misdiagnosis in the first place. Kirby Heating & Air was recommended to me by a friend who has retired from owning a commercial heating/air company. Kirby is a good company with a very qualified staff. I'm not happy with how my furnace purchase finally turned out, but I am grateful for the effort they made trying to make it right. Use Kirby Heating, but do not buy a Nordine product.

The technician had the part already in his hand, and it is a plug and play part, which may at most cost $5. This is horrible business practice, and I will no longer be doing business with Plumbing Heating Paramedics. This company promotes pulling a fast one on their customers, as Wayne the tech mentioned to me he knows the part is very inexpensive, yet still chooses to work for this company, and then was attempting to force his religeon on me by saying I would be finding Jesus some day. A technician came out and inspected it. He said he needed to turn water off to the whole house but probably would run into a problem with the shut off valve, and recommended that be replaced also. The total bill was going to be almost $1000. I wanted to think about it so paid him $85 for a service call and told him I would get back to him in a few days. In the meantime I spoke with a friend who has some plumbing knowledge and he told me how to make the repair. I didn't need to shut off the water at all. It cost me less than $6 and took about 5 minutes. I definitely feel I this technician was trying to swindle me. I called the owner and asked to speak with him to give him a chance to rectify the situation, but after leaving a message because he wasn't available never got a return call. I would avoid these people because now I sincerely questioned their honesty and/or competency.
