Blue gorilla team did my garage floor concrete repair and coating. A few years later the concrete started cracking and crumbling. I have been calling and emailing multiple times requesting Blue gorilla to fix the floor under warranty that was given. I was promised over and over again that they would come and decide how to fix it, and nobody came for mor than 5 months. Now they are ignoring my calls and text messages. 12/21/21 Amazed by the work! Let me start with we were attempting to have our floors done by Thanksgiving and our floor guy was putting us off. After the frustration I came to yelp only to find Blue Gorilla and seen the great reviews. After meeting Leon and getting a quote in days along with a start/finish date we knew he was the Right guy for the job!! Honest, Friendly, Explained the process, kept us up to date on the progress, Reliable, Top of the Line service at a great price! The worst part of the process was choosing a color. I am beyond in love with our floors and glad we went this route!! I can't wait to get the baseboards down and get things in place! Hands down the Best! I called blue Gorilla Coatings two weeks ago, left a message, needed an estimate. 4-5 days later they call back, we made an appt for this past Wednesday at 2pm. on Wednesday they call at 1pm and said they could not make the appointment. So they said they could reschedule for Friday at 2pm. Friday came, around 245pm I'm still waiting, and I call and no one answers. I left a message asking if they are interested in doing this job. If they don't want to work they should just take their business down. Just a waste of my time. Phony business! I would not recommend or hire this company. read more
