We recently needed a section of the concrete floor replaced in the basement of our 120 year old home. It had buckled in some critical areas and become a problem. The perfect solution would have been to repour our entire basement, or at least the entire room, but that was much more than we were willing to take on right now. I'm so thrilled with our experience with Saul and his team. He came out and quoted us within a few days of me submitting a deck. I'm 8.5 months pregnant so we were hoping to get the project done before the baby, but weren't sure that was possible. Saul over delivered at every turn and made it happened. They got the permit within 2 business days and sent out multiple crews on the first day to demo everything before the forecasted snow to make sure they didn't fall behind. That night a crew was sent to clear the snow for the inspector. The whole project started on Monday and completed on Friday. We hired Lopez Concrete & Brick Paving to 1)replace the concrete our driveway, 2) replace broken and sunken concrete on the walk on both our side walk and garbage/recycling bins pad and rebuild, 4)build a new Unilock paver sidewalk to the street and driveway and, 5)build a limestone and Unilock front porch on top of the existing concrete porch. In addition, they power-washed our Wilmette Street Back Patio, removed and replaced the existing polymeric sand.
