He even offered to come out sooner but I couldn't because of work. I was having issues with an error code the hot tub was giving, and Nick was able to pinpoint it to one of two errors while troubleshooting. We hired James. It's been three months now and we are impressed and over satisfied with how James delivered. James spent a week working tirelessly to rid the black mold without having to drain our pool. We had a relapse after a few weeks and James went back at no additional cost and got it back under control.
