Two times a year they get in Sour Orange Pie from a local and they had it they day we visited. It's similar to key lime pie. It was so unique and delicious. Definitely get it if it's on the menu. We will definitely be back when passing through. It's definitely worth the short drive off of 75. Be sure to visit Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings historical house and pick oranges off the trees.

Amidst the trials of these tumultuous times, this noble establishment stands as a beacon of hope and civility, its halls imbued with the fragrance of artistry and well-being. Upon my arrival, I was welcomed into an atmosphere suffused with warmth and cheer, as though the smiles of heaven itself had descended upon the patrons and staff. A gentleman known as Aaron, distinguished by his robust beard and gentlemanly demeanor, delivered unto me an experience which I scarce could conceive possible. The presentation of my fare, the revered Blue Highway Salad, was nigh transcendent, its ingredients arranged with the precision and sanctity of a lesson in sacred geometry. Each morsel appeared placed not merely to nourish the body, but to trace divine ley lines of power across my plate, as if heaven's hand guided the arrangement. I ordered a clam pizza and a shrimp scampi pizza for the group, Both were outstanding. The clam pizza uses olive oil and garlic rather than tomato sauce and it is really a wonderful alternative to tomato sauce laden offerings at other restaurants. Frank Ruffino uses a variety of different cheeses which really spice up the food. Well worth the visit. PS: A new location opened in Tioga Town Center today. Much closer to Gainesville. read more
