My husband and I walked in here today Friday @ 9:30 pm. The atmosphere was ok, not too many people. We walked straight to the bar area which had a Few people there. We sat there. The bar tender (straight long hair) didn't even acknowledge us or say hello. She was doing something by the register. After 5-7 minutes sittiing there waiting (with not even a hello) 2 girls young blond girls walked in there. She immediately says hi to them and offers drinks. They order. (Still not even a hello to us). She takes them their drinks and walks past us and says "I'll be right with you" she then goes back to tthose 2 girls and offers them food, they said no food. Then she walks to us and says "can I get you guys something to drink". I told her "we were sitting here way before they walked in, you didn't even greet us" she said she was a sorry that she was making her rounds, blah blah blah. I told her it was rude to not even acknowledge us. We then walked out. Maybe we didn't meet her criteria. Maybe we didn't look a certain way or met her standards As a paying customer I expect equal treatment. I will never return here again. The owner can look at his videos and can see that everything mentioned above is true. I wish you would contact me. If this is the way your bartender is picking and choosing who to serve will definitely not bring you the business. read more

The staff was rude and unprofessional I had to wait at the bar for the bartender to knowledge me just so I could Oder food mind you there was only a few people at the bar then when I order she asked if I would like ranch I said yes please we'll when my food came the server put it on the table I then asked if I could get ranch she was rude about it and said I will do it this time but in the future you need to tell the bartender so they can put it on the Oder I told her well I did this wasn't a huge deal to me it was just ranch I really didn't care but then this lady went over to the bartender and made it a big deal really lady grow up it's ranch they definitely need to work with there staff on there customers service skills because they suck! read more

I'm only giving it a 3 star because of the food. The food is pretty good for a bar. Unfortunately that's where it seems to stop. Been here a few times and it seems like the bar service can use improvement. Unless you are a regular who probably comes everyday. It can be a challenge to not only order food but get a drink!!! Yeah this place used to be good in the past. The bathrooms are almost always dirty I don't even think anyone cleans them anymore. Ask this guy for drink turns out he was the owner , though you couldn't tell by the way he chased us out with this poor attitude and customer service (you would think the owner to be a bit nicer) Drinks are cheap both in quality and price. I remember coming here before and it used to be a lot nicer I don't know what happened must've been a change of management but I sure won't be driving way out here for any more drinks. I only went there because I wanted to try something different and the pictures on Yelp. The food looked good. I had my daughter with me so I called and asked if it was ok for her to be in there. She's only 13. They said yes. As we entered no one greeted us. We sat down and no one ever came or even said we will be with you. They didn't even acknowledge us. We sat there for about 5 minutes and we left. Even as we walked out no one said anything. Extremely rude. I will never go back to this establishment. read more

There is something about The Blue Horse Lounge that will never sit right with me. It could be that it's in a strip mall, has no charm or history, it's way too fucking bright inside, the regular patrons look straight out of a shitty trailer park, or it could be that they only have Bud Light, Coors Light, and Blue Moon on tap. I kind of fucking hate this place. But, it's close to my friends house and the bartender that works most times we go in is a real sweetheart. They have pool tourneys and on Monday nights I think they have free nachos or some shit like that. Definitely wouldn't recommend coming here since every time I am asked to meet up with my friend there my response is "You have to be fucking kidding me asshole!" read more

Bartender was not only rude but DRUNK & Stumbling. My friends and I barely had walked in and didn't care that there was very few people at this bar to begin with. However, this bartender white young male and we think gay made it his duty to embarrass my friend when he set his drink down on the edge of the pool table. We honestly did not know this was going to trigger such an unprofessional response. He could of asked us nicely we would have not minded following the rules at all. We were literally in there for 5 mins after this confrontation we quickly asked to close out and leave but the drunk bartender continued to bring us back the wrong debt card. So sad to have to write this review. Have been a loyal customer here since the beginning of the year. Had some great time and wonderful experiences with 2 bartenders in Particular! Karissa and Mike were both exceptional at their job and always had food and drink suggestions. They always told us about upcoming shows and specials of the night and always made sure we had a safe ride home. They would remember my friend and i's preferences and even which nights we tend to visit. Even the security is friendly and does her job well! There was only one bad experience I had and that was with a bartender named Ashley who came off extremely rude and unpleasant to be around. Even seemed like she preferred to not attend to us. Unfortunately both of the amazing bartenders no longer work there so my friend and I will no longer be returning because of the poor customer service experienced from Ashley. This places has great drinks and amazing food for amazing prices but thanks to the rude bartender Ashley we have to find a new spot :( read more

Stopped here for a late lunch and drink. Place is huge but was empty when we were there. Took forever for our pizza to arrive, but was delicious. Sourdough crust is awesome. Food deserves 5 stars but service was awful. Bartender was missing most of the time and we sat there wanting more to drink. Another gentlemen sat there frustrated waiting for service too. She was at the other side of bar talking to friends. FYI, I'm a bartender and I know how to give good service to customers. No excuse to not be attentive to your customers when the place is empty! My wife and I were here for new years. Arrived there at 8pm played darts while drinking. 11 20pm Australian accent bartender come up and states that there's a dress code in place. Which they should of told us when we walked in but they didnt. Then he tells my wife she has to put her sweater back on cuz she's too fat or boobs were too big. This is the 2nd time I come here with 2 groups of party and the OWNER was the only bartender so rude. The first time he gave me a hard time about my out of state i.d. he had to look it up on his phone took him about 15 minutes before he can serve me which was ok I get it your not used to seeing that kind of i.d. but right now he had to look again and both times was not customer welcoming had a smart ass attitude towards every question about there specialties and to my guest that didn't understand. Then the music we put money in the machine for him to tell us he can't turn it up a notch which is a lie because other bartenders on diff. Days had control over the volume. Anyways I will never go to this bar again the owner needs to brighten up and be more welcoming maybe go to a customer service class because there is none. read more

I've been going to Blue Horse since it opened. They keep improving their services, they now serve AWESOME pizza & appetizers. Their garlic tots are "the bomb!" I go in during happy hour, the bartenders are the BEST! You gotta give Blue Horse Lounge a try! read more

This is definitely my favorite bar in town. Plenty of variety in drinks, specials and entertainment. The crowd and atmosphere is laid back and makes it easy to talk to anyone. It's a new bar so it's still a small crowd. It opened up right behind the chevron gas station in the corner of the plaza right before the 99. It's a really bright, clean place. They've got a juke box, two pool tables, and a few TVs. Bar tenders are nice, and they've got happy hour everyday from 4-7 pm and all day Monday, with monday night football. This is honestly the cleanest nicest bar in Ceres. The manager is great and the drink specials are hard to beat. They need some advertising as the strict dress code thinned out the crowds but it got rid of the gangbangers. All in all probably your best bet for a drink in Ceres but it's still Ceres. read more

Had an awesome time, it was my 1st time going...I came in from outta town and my cousin asked if I wanted to go out...At 1st I wasn't sure if this was my type of crowd, but everyone was very relaxed & welcomed us in. They played all types of music.. From Country, top 40 & hip hop....I love the variety...I say, "stop on in have a few drinks and danced the night away"...Bartenders are awesome & the Karaoke hostess is wonderful!
