After another 15 minutes passed, there was still no update, apology, or explanation. In total, we waited 45 minutes with no appetizer, no food, and not even a check-back to see if we needed drink refills. We felt completely overlooked. Eventually, we got up and went to the server to close out our tab. Once again, there was no explanation and no attempt to resolve the situation. We were simply charged for our drinks and left, deciding to dine at another restaurant few doors down. We were really hoping this would become a cute go-to spot for a nice meal since the menu looked very appealing.
