I went there last week. A 3-pieces-suit and two shirts were less than $20. The price was reasonable and they get the job done in two days. They cleaned and ironed them quite well and neatly. They even use different types of hangers for different types of clothes(which is a detail that impressed me because a lot of cleaners don't do that anymore). The only drawback is that they don't do pickup and deliver at this time cuz they couldn't find any driver. Recently married and came to Naber's ro have my wedding dress cleaned. Mike quoted me an excellent and much appreciated quote for my budget. I truly appreciated that he asked if I was going to wear it again. I explained that my mother was not able to attend my wedding due to her chemo treatment, so I was cleaning it to take pictures with her once she is able to. He recommended that I wait and come back to have my dress cleaned until I'm done with pictures to avoid paying for cleaning again. 2 days agoNEW-Edit Delete I have been a customer of NABERS for over 30 years. However, since the son of the owners took over the company the quality of service has definitely gone bad. They lost 2 comforters of mine. I also witnessed the person at the desk give two law enforcement uniforms to a wrong customer. I went to pick up my comforter and they tried giving me a comforter that was not mine. All of the sudden they could not find my ticket in the bin. I was so disappointed. I called the son and he told me he would reimburse me my money. To this date he has not called or mailed me my reimbursement. I would definitely be careful he seems disoriented as if he cannot handle the business. It saddens me, as his parents have been good responsible people. I will not return to this business ever again. I give this business moving forward a F for failure. Yes. It has been 2 comforters. I did send you my address and you never responded. I could place a copy of the text if you want me too. Naber's Cleaners: I submitted four dress pants to have tailored with outside cuffs. Their tailor cut and straight-hemmed all four pants without any cuffs. To make matters worse, when they tried to correct their mistake by putting outside cuffs, they cut off too much material making the dress slacks much shorter so that they were no longer a fit for me. On a couple of pants, they even added different material to the cuffs hoping it wouldn't be too short. Mr. Naber texted his apologies but seemed insincere in making good on his tailor's mishap. He had my dress pants from July 28, 2023 - September 25, 2023 but would only provide sorry excuses for not making matters right. I had told Mr. Naber's store personnel that those dress pants were a gift to me and that they were brand new never worn. Mr. Naber again admitted that his tailor did wrong but said his insurance company required receipts in order to reimburse me. He knew I couldn't provide him any such receipts. He in effect steamrolled me knowing that there was nothing I could do. He was unwilling even to offer me a reasonable cost for replacement. In my opinion that man is a bully who weaseled out of his responsibility to make right what he admittedly did wrong. - Roland read more

I'm not sure what the guys name who helped me was but will definitely ask next time I'm there but he saved my dress. I had a wedding to go to and when I was trying my dress on in the morning I noticed there was a bunch of oils stuck on it. I tried to scrub it and it got worst. I called so many places asking for help but they all turned me down and were completely helpless. He was so kind and told me to try baking soda and that if it didn't work to come and let him see the stain. Baking soda trick didn't work so I came to see him super frantic. He told me to leave the dress with him for an hour and he would try to see if he would fix it, but no promises. I asked him how much it was to fix it thinking it would be expensive since most people would try to get some extra money for the last minute desperation but he told me it's not a big deal and it would be at no cost. An hour later he called me saying it was fixed, my dress looks wonderful and I am definitely coming back to get my clothes dry cleaned here from now on :) read more

Since I moved in the area last year, I needed to find a new dry cleaners since all of my clothes are dry-clean only. I first found another business that sadly damaged multiple pieces of clothing. This led me to search for a new business to dry-clean my clothes. I found Nabers Cleaners and mainly chose them because of the type of cleaning agent they use. I have very sensitive skin, and did not want a location that used harsh cleaners. Since I have been taking my clothes here for about a year, they have never damaged any clothing and I have not had any issues with sensitivity. On top of it, they have been extremely kind every time I have shown up. As long as I live in this area, they will continue to be my cleaners and I am happy to find a great place! I loved my old place in Long Beach that did my dry cleaning and joked with them that I did not think I was going to find a place I liked as much when I moved. Customer service is bad and there was stains left on my shirt even after pointing them out to have the stains removed (the stains were easily removable) If I could rate his customer service and the way he talks to customers I would give him minus 5 stars. When you have an unhappy customer from the business' fault the owner should apologize but look at his comment on my review. I brought my husband's dress shirts for laundry and pressing but they pressed the collar wrong. They made a new deeper fold and pressed it. I brought them back for correction and was told to come back later. When I came back the son of the owner has left me a verbal message with the employee saying "this is the way we do our pressing if you don't like it take your business somewhere else"!!! It's not only that they don't do their simple pressing well, they also treat customers with bad attitude and horrible customer service. Oh for sure I will take my business where else, and I will advise all my friends to do so.... BTW, you did NOT refund me for those unprofessionally pressed shirts, you're employee only gave me my money back for the other shirts I prepaid and you didn't do!!! I called around to many places that wanted to charge me upwards of $200-800 to dry clean my wedding dress- saying they wouldn't be able to even give me an estimate until I got there. This owner called me back and said it would be $100. He was very friendly throughout the whole process. I just picked the dress up and it looks brand new. I had makeup stains on the straps and dirt all along the train and it has all disappeared. Good as new. I love them. They're the best cleaners I've been too in awhile. They can do just about anything besides dry cleaning. I take all my clothes and my husband's clothes here to dry clean. They've also fixed a couple of pieces for us too because we have. Using buttons or clasps that can't just be sewn on. I also took my wedding dress to be dry cleaned here and I think he's the owner, but he did a great job. He's always super friendly and informative. He even gave me a handful of the collar stays for my husband's shirts because I was saying how I keep losing them in the wash.
