I called about 5 locations in OC that specialized in wedding dress cleaning and some either didn't get back to me or their price quote was out of my budget. Trust me when I tell you, Frank will take care of you. As soon as called them, I was given Frank's cellphone number for a quote on my dress. He picked it up the day I called him and kept me updated through the whole process of the dress cleaning. He also offers free drop off but I was easily able to stop by and pick it up. If you're not sure who to go with, go with him!! He also offers regular dry cleaning and tailoring. I lost some weight coming up to my wedding so I will definitely be bringing some of my pants over to him to get tailored.

I won't lie, i was really nervous about the dry cleaners because my last place I went to last minute did a terrible job.. they did things that weren't asked of and didn't really clean the clothing at all..... Weighted beads inserted into the bottom hem are essential for sheer fabrics to ensure they hang and drape properly, prevent flaring, and improve drapery, particularly for light fabrics and sheers. Given the $100 total cost for the service, I expected this standard detail to be included. I did not notice this until I returned home to hang the curtains. While the alterations workmanship is good, the panels feel incomplete without these weights.

I am EXTREMELY satisfied with the value, quality of care and cleanliness of everything. Turn around on the suits and jackets was a couple days. The dress took about 3 weeks for the cleaning/treatment/boxing (please note this is not an air packaged type boxing - I did not ask for that so I am not sure if it is an option here, but I did not seek that type of boxing). The skirt of my dress was one piece but had many layers, which made it large and poofy (pic included shows dress bustled so the train looks like an added layer) so I did not expect it back as fast and they did advise it would be a couple weeks. The dress had dirt along the bottom layers and had been stepped on by just about everyone we took pictures with at the wedding, as well as some make up on the inside from covering my tan lines. I did not pull the dress out of the box, but did look through some of it (I was afraid I could not get it back in the box as neatly) and it looks beautiful. I was told by family members beforehand that you always expect your dress to get dirty on your wedding day somehow and to not worry if the dirt stains, so I am very delighted in how clean the dress is! The make up was able to be cleaned off the inside and the skirt looks clean, too! The hand me down jackets are not machine washable and are decades old. My husband was so worried about taking care of them himself because he wants to be able to wear them while keeping them wearable over the years. Those were also returned in great condition and appear to have been cleaned well. We will definitely be using their services again and recommending them to those looking for these services!

I wanted to say these are some of the nicest business owners. They knew my parents by name and complimented them to me. It was so refreshing and kind. Cara in particular. I stopped by on Wednesday and sure enough, the coats were ready. My coats all looked good as new; I wish I would have taken a before and after picture of each one so that everyone could see what I'm talking about. I paid $70 for all three coats, based on what I received, I think it was worth it. I strongly recommend Premiere Cleaners for any dry cleaning needs.

None of my blouses are really clean. And they've shrunk most of my dresses and skirts. Don't be lured in by the cheap prices. They don't even clean in house the clothes are sent somewhere else. I was short on time, so I left the items and came back to pick them up only to be around 75 for 4 items -- an outrageous overcharge for what I dropped off. When I asked for a breakdown, I was told I was charged "special occasion dress" pricing at $18.95 each for a very short, simple dress, $17.95 for pants, $14.95 for a basic top, plus an additional $10 repair charge. The pricing feels extremely inflated and misleading, especially considering I specifically asked multiple times beforehand for transparency on cost. When I expressed that this was unacceptable, nothing was done to help resolve the situation or offer any understanding. I will never return and would absolutely not recommend this place. .

Unfortunately, I was told the streaks were from the pants being burned (probably from ironing) which was done by a previous dry cleaner. They still took it back again and I was not charged for it. Also one thing to note is that if you pay with a credit card, they do charge a small fee for it. The dress pants came out better than last time when I picked it up even though they couldn't fix the burn streaks. Great price and service. I will come back again.

You have the option to pay at the time of drop off or at pick up. Each time I've gone staff has been friendly and attentive. There's ample parking so parking should not be an issue.
