Rarely write reviews, nonetheless this place succeeds all expectations of a dry cleaners. The service is far superior to any cleaners in the area, came in at 2 when pick up was at 5 and the offered to rush inspection for me told them it was fine and i could just come back later. I ended up running late about 15 mins after they closed, I gave them a quick call they the said they would wait for me. When I picked up late i was greeted with a smile and even a discount on payment. Quality of work is absolutely exceptional as well, had 5 pants and 1 shirt totaling about 8k in value so I am very picky and through when walking my garments through with the cleaner, he displayed great understanding of the care that was expected of him for such pants. I'm very disappointed with the alterations service at this dry cleaner. I brought in a few pairs of pants to be hemmed, but they were shortened far too much. When I returned them to be fixed, they took the pants completely apart and changed the stitching throughout--even the rise/crotch area and the top/waist section. Now the fit is completely ruined and the pants don't fit the way they originally did. The owners son is really rude and even didn't apologize for running my pants. Overall, this was not a good experience, and I would not recommend this place for alterations. read more

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I brought my shoes to Yes Cleaners for a standard cleaning, and they came back with the rubber sole torn. When I pointed it out, there was no apology--just denial and arrogance. They brushed it off as "no big deal" and treated me like I was the unreasonable one. They then told me they don't clean shoes themselves and had outsourced it, so it wasn't their responsibility. But I paid Yes Cleaners, not a subcontractor. How is that not their problem? And instead of offering proper repair or compensation, they glued the torn sole back with hard adhesive and called it fixed. What's worse, they acted like they had done me a favor by not charging for the "repair." Truly baffling. In the end, I paid nearly a third of the shoe's value just to have them damaged--and was met with condescension instead of accountability. If you value your belongings and want to be treated with respect, go somewhere else. read more

It was my first time using Yes Cleaners since we just moved to Irvine. I dropped off 2 comforters on a Tuesday to be dry cleaned and I paid for them upfront. $60 for each totaling $120. Scheduled to be completed by Friday the owner said. The issue I'm having is not only did they work on my comforters last minute because they kept delaying my pick up that day (Friday) When we pulled our comforters out of the bag at home, they still have dirty marks in areas and doesn't smell like any work has been done on them. Used their services for a while and liked it. they cleaned my Vans well so i trusted them with these Nike's. they came back damaged and they denied all responsibility, claiming that they 'came dirty', 'manufacturer quality control issue', and that they 'never make mistakes'. they even called me the 'particular one' because i am complaining. they said if they wash clothes and it comes back discolored or washed-out, its not their fault, but manufacturer fault. what kind of invincible logic is that? lol. they are fine until they mess up your belongings, then they dont want anything to do with you. read more

I will give you 3 stars for cleaning my blazers but I will never come back here again. You shouldn't lie to customers and offer them a discount so that they bring their service to you only for you to turn around and still charge me the same amount quoted by your front desk ppl. I get it tho- you tried to play me stupid. Instead of arguing I just paid after you promised me 40 % off for being a new customer and let you charge me so I can be on my way. I asked for my tuxedo to be pressed within a few days. They did my request with no problems and my tux was perfectly pressed for my wedding.

The only place who could do dry cleaning over night on the weekend! Very nice people, would definitely come back!

Really friendly owners and managers. Had to dry clean two tuxedo shirts and I asked them to make sure the collars were extra clean and they did a great job. Prices seemed a little high for shirts but it is 2023, country reeling with inflation, we live in California with high minimum wage (which I support), and this is Irvine with high cost of living, so it doesn't bother me too much. I had mistakenly thought they lost my tuxedo shirt buttons but the owner was right that they never take in the shirts with the removable buttons. I had just forgotten that I had taken them home, and indeed found the buttons at home. That's my bad, but overall very happy with the reliability and service of this cleaner to come back again despite it being farther from my house. On that note, I am surprised at how many reliable dry cleaners there are in Irvine! The closest one to Great Park has terrible reviews and I did try it once and the service was uninspiring. read more

Unfortunately I cant recommend this place at all. In fact I'd have to tell you to stay away at all cost if you have any clothing item that is expensive. I brought in my new motorcycle vest ( $300 vest) for patches to be sewn on. The gentleman at the register appeared to be a little mentally impaired/disabled but seemed to be the only person working and seemed friendly enough. I showed him where I wanted the patches sewn on and he said they were not able to sew over pockets. I said ok no problem. And rearranged my patches. I then asked him if he wanted me to send the shop a photo in order to show the seamstress the position of said patches he said no. He began to bobby pin them on but found his bobby pins were breaking. He then got out a staple gun and stapled them all in place one by one as I watched in agony at him destroying my vest and patches I thought maybe this is normal and I let it go. I left and came back a week later on Saturday. Same guy is working and he tells me I didnt answer my phone and that they weren't able to place one patch because of a pocket overlap. I said no problem. Simple mistake he took my number down incorrectly to begin with. I showed him a new place for the patch and gave him my correct number. He said come back eod monday and the vest would be ready and washed/pressed. I pick up the vest Tuesday middle of day and a different lady helps me, she also seemed to be slightly mentally impaired/disabled but friendly. I'm waiting at the register for about 20 minutes for them to bring me my vest and it arrives with staples stuck in it still and what look to be white permanent marker everywhere. To add insult to injury the thread is already come out of several patches and they have sewed one of my inner pockets closed. End result they pretty much ruined my vest and it costed me $60! This is maybe a $20 job at best if they did it right. I'm totally gutted. See photos below. I think my biggest frustration is it's clear to me they don't know how to sew patches if someone would have told me to begin with I would have brought it elsewhere. Also I wish they would have washed/pressed it like they said they were going to. I'm not blaming either of the disabled cashiers for what happened here I'm blaming the seamstress/owner. read more

I would leave a 0 if I could. I brought them a backpack to get the zipper changed. They did NOT change the zipper and instead put a bunch of gunky wax all over the zipper to get it to move. They charged me $26 for this. On top of that it took over a month to get it back. I had to call in and stop by several times to get it back. The old man is so rude and senile. They are cheaters, liars, and stealers. Do not go here to get anything fixed. It's a scam and they will rip you off! read more

I came here in a pinch needing a bridesmaids dress hemmed. So kind, quick and job well done. Price was also great. Most of all, their hours are way better - I believe they were the only ones open in the afternoon on a weekend.... Which is crazy... considering half the people using a cleaners are dry cleaning their work attire and need to drop/pick up on the weekends. In any case... this place is there! The cons - 1. The parking lot is INSANE. So if you get overwhelming in a Costco or target parkinglot. Avoid this during peak hours and weekends. This is out of their control so not deducting stars. 2. The room I went into to change into my dress for measurements could have used some cleaning big time. Trash on the ground. Dirty. I couldn't tell if it was just never used or used so much. The pros outweighed those cons for me immensely I will definitely use again for future needs. read more

I wanted to like this spot because the service is friendly, but the attention to detail is poor. We are first-time customers and dropped off a few blazers and my wedding dress, and upon pickup every single item had to be carefully inspected before we left the store. We found obvious issues with every piece, and they were able to get most of it out after cleaning again, but we ended up making multiple trips. The wedding dress was not heavily stained or damaged in the first place, but cleaning was expensive, and I may bring it to another dry cleaner to confirm that spots left by this cleaner can't be removed. I was looking to get a black suit dry clean and pick up within 24 hrs for my man. I called around 3:30 pm and asked if that could be done. Whoever picked up the phone that day asked me to bring the items over right away and they would let me know if that could be done. I arrived within 20 mins, the owner came out, looked at the suite & agreed to help me. I picked up the suit the next day, and the suit was ready as promised. I will say the people who work here have really nice customer service, however the quality of the dry cleaning was lost. I was charged $75 for a coat, a blouse, and shoes. Here is the quality of the dry clean: as you can see, my coat was actually stained at the collar, and unfortunately stains were still on my blouse, the shoes were the only acceptable part of this experience. I came to Yes cleaners for the first time to clean my dye stained leather pants from Aritzia. I was so sad my $200 pants were ruined and my regular cleaner wouldn't bother.
