They documented via writing and pictures what the other company had done to sabotage my AC equipment - and told me that I did NOT need to purchase a new HVAC system after all. They also agreed that if I needed it, they'd go to court to support any potential claim against that dishonest company. I STRONGLY recommend Xtreme Air - and trust them. Their prices for a year of maintenance services for Heat, Air, Plumbing, and Electrical were excellent, too. These guys were my angels. Their ethics were strong and their work was good.

This review will be updated after the project is done ! **** New Update after 4 week of Talks: (6/24/2026) So far, disappointed with my experience dealing with this ERO. After receiving a quote that was significantly overpriced, I attempted to negotiate in good faith. My counter-proposal was rejected immediately with zero explanation or attempt to find common ground. Hoping to salvage the project, I returned with a revised proposal--removing $10,000 from the scope and offering major concessions and offered help--only to be met with further stalling and clear indications that they have no intention of negotiating. The lack of transparency and refusal to engage in actual dialogue has been something. Let see what we get in the next few days. This review will be updated again ...

My initial experience of viewing the property, the…read moreattentiveness and time staff dedicated through the process made the process easy and gave the impression that was the level of service standard the company held and would be the continued experience. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Shortly after moving in I made a noise complaint about an upstairs tenant that was happening at all hours of the day and certainly outside community rules. One can imagine that 4 people living in a one bedroom apartment has that potential. The office was aware that 4 people were living in a one bedroom unit, which certainly broke their lease lease document. A member of the office staff even confirmed to me that only one person was listed on the lease for the unit. This issue continued for months, through continued complaints. I asked what the options were related to moving to a new unit, because this continued and continued. The response I received was that I could move to another unit, but it would require paying half a months rent as a transfer fee and that I would have to move into either a larger or smaller unit than my current floor plan. So, me being the one following my lease and property rules was the one to be punished if I wanted to solve the issue because it wasn't dealt with. The unit I moved into had also clearly not been evaluated before my move in date as, most complexes would not have given a new tenant a unit in such condition. The tub stained black, paint splattered on walls and floors, dirty blinds etc. I did of course provide pictures to them on move in identifying these issues. So, now I am at the point of my lease renewal and it seemed crazy to learn that if I wanted to move into a new unit, to avoid a tenant above me going forward, I would still be required to move into either a larger or smaller unit than my current floor plan. Seems pretty crazy right? The only way to avoid that is to go through the process of being a totally new tenant again. I was also hopeful that they would take care of the black staining issue of the tub, that should have been addressed before they initially provided the keys and allows a tenant to move in. A process that takes one day to complete and costs about $300. My request was denied. It's funny, something they really would/should do as part of a tenant turnover they refuse to do because I am already a tenant. The fact they are willing to loose a tenant over $300, incur the cost of marketing, cleaning etc. for a new tenant should show anyone thinking about moving to the property your value as a tenant once you have signed on the dotted line. I would highly suggest if you do make the decision to move into this property that you demand the ability to inspect your unit before officially taking possession and then hold them accountable for providing you the unit in at least the condition they will expect you to return it back to them in. The area itself is a wonderful area. Plenty of options for restaurants, shopping and activities. There are also lots of complex options in the same vacinity.

They kindly accommodated everything, and all the work was completed perfectly, exceeding my expectations at every level. Wendi from the front office and scheduling was professional, accommodating, and wonderful to work with. She fit me into the schedule on short notice, which helped ensure the house was ready for other work scheduled afterward. Billy's competence was on a whole different level. He brought a positive, can-do attitude to every challenge, was an exceptional problem solver, and was simply a pleasure to work with. I found ABR Electric through Yelp, and all the excellent reviews were absolutely accurate. I will definitely call them first the next time I need electrical work. I cannot thank Wendi and Billy enough.

The first time they came out, the tech ran the wire, but balked when I asked if he could put ethernet plugs on the wire. With low-voltage wiring, what good would it do for me to have ethernet run if there were no plugs?? After a call to his boss, he did put the ends on; the first time it failed, and he had to return to the house to fix it. Yesterday I called to ask him if he could check one of the cables, which turned out to be okay; I then realized it was the plug on my camera. When I asked if he could put an ethernet plug on the outdoor camera that I have, he called his boss, who then said that they would NOT do that for me. As a result, I've had to buy another camera--and they charged me the trip charge. I won't be using this company again. They supposedly do low-voltage work, yet were unwilling to do the simplest thing. Time to find a company that can do more than run a piece of wire. This company won't last long with this kind of service.

I provided AAA Judicial Services for 17 years on matters as large as $10Million dollars And some of you may remember me as I was advised as many as 80,000 of you have reviewed articles I wrote. So I have managed work over a hundred million and now write to about a little $100 job because this gentleman is truly deserving of your Notice. I was impressed and to get me to say that, it would be easier for you to pull teeth out of an elephant with a pair of tweezers! So my wife wanted the Kitchen Fan-Light cleaned and when she yells jump you simply say how high. Being 25 years old, the second I touched it, blade #5 snapped off so I had to run buy a new Hunter Fixture. With 12' ceilings I decided to have sparky install it and called to get a couple bids. SCOTT SAWYERS was the lowest responsible bidder, his man showed up the next business day as promised and did a fine job. He put on an extension chain and wired the fan to a separate switch so it had the on/off and with the chain, low, medium and high settings. He then wired the lighting kit through the other switches for control going in or out of the kitchen. Excellent job. He then noticed movement in a few switch plates as they had short screws into the J-box so he immediately swapped those for the right length. He then accidentally noticed the bald in a bathroom Fixture was loose so once again, he spent 2 minutes and fixed it correctly while he was standing there. What I am telling you about this firm is not that they did a job for $100 and not that they spent ten cents on 2 screws. Having been an Expert Witness for 30 years, I am telling you this is a firm of good morals and scruples who actually did things they did not have to do. You cannot find quality contractors like this so having taken an Oath of Office, I do not hesitate to recommend this firm. I found them to be reliable and trustworthy. As9de from being the lowest responsible bidder I called, that is worth far more than whatever we pay to get jobs done in our homes.
