A great gem in the middle of Derry. If you come across Blue Mango I encourage you to pop-in. Since my first visit, I think I now visit at least 2-3times a month now. Their pad Thai is fantastic. Many options to add (I highly recommend the crispy chicken) and many options to make it spicy, too. Their goyza and Rangoon's are phenomenal. I love love their red curry, but I typically request to have ingredients removed (a lot of vegetables). I wish I could tell everyone about Blue Mango. It's a real treat in an otherwise lack-luster town. And it's some of the best Thai I've ever had. Price is very very reasonable. This review is based on a takeout order placed through the website; I was surprised I could order online since they just opened. They have a great variety of Thai food, and the menu details what is in the dish for those who are new to Thai food. What makes this place stand out from other places in the area is their dessert menu, which includes a pumpkin custard, and a drink menu that has boba and Thai Iced Tea. We ordered take out and got the blue mango combo, yellow curry, Thai fresh rolls and papaya salad. I was very disappointed in the portions compared to every other Thai place I have been to.the papaya salad tasted like water and was such a small portion, the curry wasn't bad it was flavorful but was barely over halfway full and even the rice container wasn't full. The combo everything was good except a couple things that were bland. We will possibly try again in the future and hope for the best because sometimes you need to give a second shot. read more

Great food. However they cut Grubhub and won't deliver more than a couple miles away now for a large fee.

First time here, we came for lunch on a Thursday. Greeted with a warm smile upon entering, Waitress was very pleasant and attentive throughout. Food tasted fresh and was served hot. It was VERY flavorful. Atmosphere was minimalist, very clean and the background music was relaxing. We were surprised how few people were there at peak lunch hour, but there were at least a half a dozen take-out orders during that time. I asked about that and was told they have done no advertising since opening 2 yrs ago, growing well by word-of-mouth. We had seaweed salad appetizer, delicious! --portion size was good to split between us. And we each ordered a Luncheon Special. I had vegetarian with brown rice, made slight spicy. It contained fresh ingredients including mushrooms, baby corn, broccoli, etc. In future, I will ask to exclude the tofu and provide more vegetables instead. I chose spring roll for my appetizer and it was delicious with a sweet and spicy dipping sauce. Husband had an eggplant veggie dish, the plate had same sauce as mine, but mini eggplants in it instead of the tofu, and some different veggies including green and red bell pepper. His appetizer was crab rangoon; they were minimally stuffed but the crust was exceptionally, delightfully light; with the same dipping sauce. We were full, so passed on a dessert. Am looking forward to trying the mango with sticky rice some other time. Was a bit disappointed with the tea service. We enjoy having tea at our table. A tea bag in a cup of hot water for $2 (though not uncommon in the world of restaurant dining), rather than a tea pot for the table we could share, was all that was available. So he had tea and I passed on that. He requested more hot water added to the cup towards the end of our meal, and that was provided. Overall, a delightful meal out. We'll be back. read more

This is the best Thai restaurant in NH and better than any I've been to in MA outside of Boston. Had the pork dumplings which were light and flavorful in a tadty sauce. Had traditional Thai chicken and calamari dishes that were excellent - each had their own unique, delishess sauces. And both had a wide variety of cooked to order veggies - crispy, not mushy pre cooked. My favorite was the drunken noodles!!! I saw the post on Facebook on opening day. We decided to try it out and we were very happy we did. Everything was perfectly prepared and delicious. I had the Pad Thai with chicken and it was the best I've had in ages. My husband opted for the Drunken Noodles which is a favorite of his since we got married in Las Vegas and he had them out there that night.... He's never had anyone else's come close but he swears this restaurant's Drunken Noodles are as good or better. We also had gyoza and spring rolls and salad that was all very good. Daughter had the Crispy Chicken Soup which actually was not a soup, but they gave her some broth on the side. Service was extremely friendly if a little slow, but they're working out their kinks and we expected some delays. The clean restaurant, friendly service, and amazing food more than made up for any delays. Highly recommend this restaurant and I hope they're here for the long haul because I'm sure this is a new favorite dining spot for us! Just had dinner with my wife. Since this was our first time we tried 2 appetizers (Crab Rangoon and Chicken Satay). Both were very good especially the satay that came with peanut and cucumber sauces. For the main course my wife had the Home Style Duck and I had the Thai BBQ Pork. We were both pleased with the dishes, fresh food, cooked to perfection. The staff was pleasant and attentive.
