From the waiting room decor, the setup & cleanliness of the rooms, and the reasonable price of $35, they've done a good job keeping their brand consistent. Basically, if you've been to one, you've been to them all. Service-wise, this holds true as well. I've generally found their estheticians to be friendly and quick (which is what you want when it comes to waxing!) I saw Mitzy this week and she was a sweetie. (My only complaint, and this is from my HB visits in general, is that I sometimes have a fair amount of breakage which can lead to ingrown hairs. I'm not sure why this happens and if it's my bad or theirs!) I still love my waxing spot in ATL that I hit when I head to work, but this is certainly a great alternative here in town.

So I was late back to work - not a huge deal because my schedule is flexible but adding thirty minutes to the end of my day wasn't appreciated. But okay. Shit happens. The pedicure was good.
