I had a very pleasant experience. The place looks and feels very clean, enough space to feel comfortable between clients. The changing back room could be better and more private, but it was ok. Wendy took care of me, she was very polite, respectful and did a great job with everything. The facial was so good, the face massage was my favorite, hair treatment was good, very relaxing but the water ring water pressure could be stronger, I was expecting a little more but it was just ok, they use like a scalp massager that was amazing!!! Face oils, massage and skin cleansing was so relaxing, neck and shoulder massage was very good as well. I was gifted the platinum package and left with a shiny and clean hair, with a very soft and hydrated skin and happy with the blow dry as well. I hope they offer a good deal soon so I can take my daughter and sisters.

Much needed head spa getaway with the girls. Make your appointment and yes it gets busy so lock in your date asap! Was lucky to experience the Valentines Special and got the best treatment head to toe! Thank you Amanda for making my first head spa experience memorable.

My friends and I had services done here today as part of a girls' day and we had a great time. We all planned for the Platinum package and it didn't disappoint. We booked our appt for March 14th back in early to mid January. The day before, the spa needed to make a time change for our group and we moved it to one hour later than originally planned. No issues on our end. They communicated it clearly and even added foot massages due to the change. All of the technicians we had were great. I had Ruby and she was fantastic from beginning to end. I would go out of my way to request her again. I was super relaxed and felt very refreshed at the end. There were some guests that were there before us who were very talkative and social while getting their hair dried in the back at the end of their service. Because the space in the back is fully open to where people are getting their treatment it was a bit distracting and harder to relax until they left the spa. It could help if quiet rules were enforced to make sure all patrons at all stages of their service are getting the most peaceful experience throughout. Overall great first head spa experience. I'd be happy to come back!

I've been trying out different head spas over the past couple years both on my own and with friend recommendations. This is one I visited last month on a whim based on location as I was in the area. To date, and at least 5-6 head spas later, this was hands down the best experience!!! I made an appointment the day before. The reservation has a deposit (like every other one I've been to). Balance is paid upon arrival. I was asked if i would like pictures and to not only feel the experience, i was curious visually as well,, so of course i said yes. This one was so different and hands down the most relaxing. Not only was it nicely decorated and inviting just walking in, the session matched in energy and warmth. Ivy was amazing! She took such great care of me and provided wonderful pictures so I saw what happened behind the scenes while I was relaxing. The experience had so many different elements, for the first time, I wasn't getting bored. This is the one I plan to go back to. This experience was worth the price.

I treated my mom to a head spa for a gift and we absolutely loved it. The whole spa was spacious and very clean. I loved how there are so many different tiers to choose from. We were serviced right away and the whole experience was so relaxing. We got changed to our robes and slippers and spent the morning feeling so calm and relaxed. When we left, our head and hair felt amazing! This is a really good place to treat someone or have a girls day since they have multiple stations.

What a treat and what a surprise for me! We did a sister day at Blue Moon Head Spa to celebrate my birthday. I had no idea a place like this existed. It was a nice and relaxing head massage and shampoo. I loved the hair shower gadget. They give you a cute strapless top, robes and slippers to wear. Overall, it was a good experience. There are several lay down beds for where the head messages and shampoos take place. Located at the very back of the shop is seating to accommodate four blow dryings at at time. In the same area are lockers , one dressing room and one bathroom to change. On the Saturday we were there, it was packed and really cramped to move around. They push a lot to review . . . this bothers me a bit. A place worth reviewing doesn't need to push for reviews. Anyway, if you are in need of some calming rest and relaxation, Blue Moon Head Spa is worthwhile. Probably best to go during the week to avoid the crowds.

OMG this place is amazing! Literally it is a deep tissue massage for the scalp and face including neck and shoulders. I made a reservation for the Platinum Package and it was worth each penny. 1 hour and a half of oils, moisturizers everything to massage the scalp and face. The fresh look and feeling is amazing. You check in the place and you get a robe and like a tube dress. Then you go to your station. My therapist was Helen, she was amazing!! Next time I will request her again. She even anticipated that I would want pics and video of my experience that she gave me at the end of my session. Place is small, clean and is in a shopping with lots of parking.

Who doesn't love a head massages? What a nice way to spend an hour. Grianne gave me an enjoyable relaxing massage. We did a sister day for one of our birthdays. Loved it! The only down is the space in this tiny place. It was a bit crowded with clients set up back to back. Not much room to move in the back. We couldn't really freshen up before heading to lunch. But still enjoyed the experience.

This place was amazing! My friends and I came for the silver package. We thought we could walk in, but it was busy! We were able to go 3 hours later and enjoyed our experience. Emily was so sweet when she worked on my hair and massage! She was attentive and made sure I was comfortable. I was so comfortable I actually fell asleep! Thank you so much Emily! It was so nice and relaxing!

I did the Christmas Special and it included everything in their diamond package and some extras. I can never do another head spa again. This was the best head spa experience i have had. Very clean, calm and smells relaxing. This package makes you feel so relaxed and melts away so much stress. The shoulder and upper body massage was superb. Now i need to bring my mom and mother in law for a treat. Staff are welcoming and polite. They give you a robe. Even have sizes for us plus size gals. They use Dyson hair dryers and was super impressed how quiet and efficient they are.

Our last min vacay got cancelled. We wanted to do something fun since I took the days off anyway. I called to see if I can make an appt for 6 and was able to get one! Note: It was during the day at 2 on a weekday. Decided to take the fam to try a head spa since we've never been before. Didn't know what to expect but it was so relaxing. Enjoyed every moment of it that I dozed off a few times. It's clean inside and decorated for the season. The service was great. No complaints. I would return in the future.

I have been wanting to try a head spa for a while, and always see Blue Moon so today on a Friday late afternoon decided to see if they had availability and they did right away. I got the platinum service with hair growth added. Nikky was wonderful, and I left feeling relaxed, pampered and refreshed! The atmosphere inside is calming and the treatment felt wonderful on my scalp, face and skin! The facial part was basic and hydrating, but the scalp massages were the best part imo! My shoulder tension and pain was eased and I'm hoping my hair will get a needed growth boost! And it just feels great to have someone wash your hair and all that! They asked how hard I like being massaged on the intake form and I said firm and Nicky used strong pressure on my scalp pressure points and shoulders! ! I'll be back again for sure and plan to bring my mom for Christmas as a gift! Would make a great gift (especially for yourself as the holidays can be hectic!) payment was super easy with Zelle, Venmo card or Cash all as options and QR codes to make paying even easier. Perfect way to kick off my weekend after a long week! Note: I have professionally dyed pink hair and it did fade my color noticeably BUT I expected that, as every time I wash it there's some fading, so I scheduled my treatment shortly before I'm scheduled for a fresh dye job. My hair feels and looks soft and healthy so I'm not mad about it; but it your hair is dyed plan accordingly!

This was my first time getting a head spa treatment and first time coming to the blue Devon moon and now I know why they have five stars. Devyn was so sweet and gentle highly recommend this place. So relaxing and it's so worth it.
