Just a heads up on the booking process: the site directs you to request an appointment, but it's not auto-confirmed--Sam has to accept it manually. For my first appointment, I booked for the next day and wasn't sure if it was going through, so now I just DM her directly to check in. Super easy once you know the flow. Sam herself is super sweet and easy to talk to. She recently went solo with her business, so it's just her now--and honestly, I love that. It's chill, one-on-one, and you can tell she really cares about quality. She has a gorgeous selection of colors and uses high-end products, which I think is why everything lasts so long. The suggestions she gave made so much sense and I'm glad I was also open/receptive to them! I have now taken off my nails, but it was HARD! I had them on for a month, NO lifting in sight, top coat was still shinny. I also have crooked fingers from cracking them so often, Dani did an AMAZING job making sure my nails were straight.
