I called to a local, Portland, AutoZone and they were no help. Going to Vancouver anyway, I stopped by this location to see what could be done. Joshua, the sales tech, spent about 20-25 minutes going in and out of the store to the Mini parked outside to make sure the threading to their part matched and was flushed. Although customers came in for help, they were serviced by other techs as Josh worked diligently to make sure the antennae was fixed and looked uniform. I didn't catch their names, but the other techs in the store were very joyful and we all bs'ed as Josh was trying to fix my issue, and checked his work afterwards! I sent a pic of the now-fixed antennae to my friend, and he was pleased too. Josh! Thanks so much for your time and attention to detail! Stay away from this place. Had class 8 truck with an N14 Cummins Engine that wouldn't start. Their…read moremechanic came out and within 15 minutes diagnosed 2 bad fuel enjectors. After having truck towed to their shop, and after several delays, injectors were replaced and engine still wouldn't start. Then after more diagnosis, the fuel pump was bad. At this point they refused to install a recon fuel pump that was available and insisted on sending fuel pump to be rebuilt. Needless to say this delayed the truck being back into service and they charged as much for a rebuilt fuel pump as a factory reconditioned fuel pump. Truck was out of service for 9 days.
