After having truck towed to their shop, and after several delays, injectors were replaced and engine still wouldn't start. Then after more diagnosis, the fuel pump was bad. At this point they refused to install a recon fuel pump that was available and insisted on sending fuel pump to be rebuilt. Needless to say this delayed the truck being back into service and they charged as much for a rebuilt fuel pump as a factory reconditioned fuel pump. Truck was out of service for 9 days.

They had two hours to tell me the car wasn't ready. No one contacted me. I took time off work, drove 30 minutes from Portland, and arrived to find the salesperson I was supposed to meet (Keenan) was helping someone else and never notified me. Then I was told the car couldn't be shown because of a warning light they already knew about. Zero communication. Zero professionalism. They wasted my time, gas, and money. The sales manager also told my partner and me that they "inspect cars to make sure they're safe," but they will still sell them even if there are known mechanical issues. They also refuse third‑party pre‑purchase inspections. When I said that's a huge risk, she said, "Yes, we sell as‑is." After reading other reviews, this seems to be a pattern. I won't be back.
