    Came in asked for a Sylvania load resistor. The person, "they, them, her, him" I wouldn't know what…read moretheir pronouns are, with blue hair gave me an attitude. Saying if it's not out there then we don't have it and I said "well, there's no way that it could be in the back or somewhere else out front maybe I'm missing it, or anything of the sort?" they said no I'm getting a shipment that I have to unload so it's not out there and the website is wrong. I said OK so for sure it's not in the store and I maybe missed it they said no. Mind you they said all this with a complete and utter bad attitude. So I went back over to the bulbs looked again slowly and BAM RIGHT THERE! So I went back, paid for it, and asked if they required to stay behind the counter, or if they have the ability to leave the counter to help look for something. They looked at me strange like what do you mean? I said well I was looking for a product. I asked if you guys had if it was anywhere potentially I couldn't see and you didn't offer any assistance. Just it wasn't there. They proceeded to raise thier voice, get rude, and have a bad attitude. Saying I should have said come help me find it... yet that is what I said just not that phrase. I guarantee this is not the first time they have had a complaint. Get this trash out of the store or teach them how to do proper customer service. Or fire the manager for not training.

They checked it out and were very up front about the issues and the reality of it as far as life span expectancy for my car. I ended up selling to a third party and they were super helpful in letting me get that figured out and being very understanding! Also Chris S in sales was super helpful in going over title transfer and just being communicative about signing the paperwork! I appreciate their help and generosity!

They had two hours to tell me the car wasn't ready. No one contacted me. I took time off work, drove 30 minutes from Portland, and arrived to find the salesperson I was supposed to meet (Keenan) was helping someone else and never notified me. Then I was told the car couldn't be shown because of a warning light they already knew about. Zero communication. Zero professionalism. They wasted my time, gas, and money. The sales manager also told my partner and me that they "inspect cars to make sure they're safe," but they will still sell them even if there are known mechanical issues. They also refuse third‑party pre‑purchase inspections. When I said that's a huge risk, she said, "Yes, we sell as‑is." After reading other reviews, this seems to be a pattern. I won't be back.
