I got this car before the dealership had a chance to clean it. I was told that the lot crew could clean it for me before I left the dealership, however, after looking at the car, it really wasn't clean enough for me so they said that they would detail it. I took the car in after calling to confirm a day and time and again the car was still not clean enough. I brought the car back a third time for cleaning and still the car was not clean. If you come here to get your car "detailed" this is what you can expect.

Two very big issues…read more First, I took a family member to Alan Webb Mazda for an after-hours vehicle service drop-off and I was extremely disappointed to see Alan Webb Mazda parks their new cars in the handicapped access way adjacent to the handicapped space. This would completely block disabled folks in wheelchairs from exiting their car. What a shame. Second, and to make matters worse, we actually weren't able to leave the dealership after completing the vehicle drop off because somebody had locked the gates behind us, barring us from driving away from the dealership property. I can't find any information on their website that says vehicles must be dropped off by a certain time. Luckily, I got ahold of a janitor who was able to unlock the gates for me. Before I wrote this review, I called Alan Webb Mazda and spoke to a woman in the service department about the locked gate issue. Unfortunately I didn't think to ask for her name, but she replied by saying "I tell my customers verbally about dropping cars off before 7pm, is there anything else I can help you with?" Not even a quick apology for the mix-up. My verbal request to add that information to the website was also ignored. At the time of writing this review, Alan Webb Mazda is averaging 2.9 stars on Yelp. No wonder! Horrible customer service.

We recently purchased a brand new 2026 Nissan Rogue from this dealership. Sales and Service = they…read moredo not care about you as a customer and they try to make you think you are stupid. To call this dealership CROOKS would be a nice way of saying it. Sales- To keep my story of our experience short, the salesman, who actually was a nice reasonable guy, has to cow-tow to their sales manager who tried to sit there and convince me that I owed sales tax on a car that they were giving us $10,000 more than the car we were buying! They tried to get me to pay some made up tax that I kept arguing about and finally the salesman manger had to admit that we didn't have to pay that and realized that we weren't stupid enough to fall for it. We should have ended the process right there but completed the sale, which still took them three hours to finish. Now we are back 7 months later for service on the 2026 Rogue, and for them to check our windshield fluid sprayers that don't work and the rear wiper that now has a screeching sound when we turn it on. All things that worked fine when we bought it. The service guy, Fadi, had the nerve to tell us "that's how they are". He argued that the wiper fluid sprayers are "supposed to bubble up" at the bottom instead of spray onto the windshield. Ummm, no! These are sprayers. There is no such thing as a bubbler at the base instead of spraying the fluid...especially a Rock Creek edition. Let's not forget that we have had this car for 7 months and they sprayed just fine until recently. He also proceeded to tell us that the loud screeching sound is "normal" for the Nissan Rogue to do when we turn on our rear window wiper!! What?? Are you f&@$ing serious?? Again, treated us like we were dumb and we have no idea what we are talking about. He said he could replace the motor and it would sound the same. Really?? Because it didn't sound like that for five straight months during the wet season. So he tried to make it sound like a super loud screech when using the rear wiper is normal?? Wow!! Unbelievable, that this passes for customer service. To do business like this and try and make the buyer seem like they don't know what's going on? Wow!! We will never use or refer anyone to Alan Webb Nissan ever again!

God it was so transparent, it was hilarious. For me it was this unbelievable, space age diamond ceramic coating,l. Like it can only be gotten if you know someone, who knows someone, who knows someone producing it in that secret lab that makes it so expensive. What a crock. $2000 extra they never told you about will get you this incredible coating. Been using ceramics since they were first pioneered. It is a game changing product, but it is not rocket science that requires some wizard. If you don't require much paint correction, get a Diamond Protech kit, or Adams Graphene kit, and follow each step. It will shock you how it is easier than wax to apply. And does lie down an incredible layer of protection that will last for years...for under, or a little more than $100. And not that much work. After application, you can often simply rinse your car off, or dust it, then wipe it down with the refresh and you will never need to do anything again. $2,000, then they messaged me back, they're going to be so nice that they won't charge me for it AND sell it to me for the price they advertise...now that I called BS on them. That lost them even more credibility.

I had reached out online to see if the car was available, and got no response (should have been red flag #1). Dodge/Stellantis is having to heavily discount this model, and Hannah has a few of the 2024 R/T higher end models just collecting dust. Seems like a good time to make a deal. The young sales guy came out and was very personable, but the positives stop there. The car clearly had not been driven or serviced recently (think spiderwebs on the mirrors and fully dead battery). My wife loved the car, but the vibe was weird and got worse once inside to chat about total price. They brought out a quote that started with a nearly $6k warranty added. Red flag #2. Ok, they want to make money but it's a $38k car (down from the 52k MSRP which is a joke) and my Audi didn't have that high of an added warranty. We asked them to price match Tacoma which was a few thousand less. They did not and wouldn't give us a counter offer (red flag #3). We did hear they're losing too much on the car already, but that's not my problem. It's almost as if they'd rather not sell the car, which was probably for the best. We sent a text to Tacoma Dodge (115 miles away). They had the paperwork ready to go within hours and we drove to Tacoma. We now have a brand new Hornet for a great deal, and got basically the same extra warranty for less than half of what this place quoted without us asking. What a waste of time. I won't go back to a Dick Hannah, not even for service. I'd rather literally drive further never to go here again. I added a star as the horrible experience led us to a much better deal, even with the 5 hour round trip.
