The employees working at the time did not appear very enthusiastic or engaging, and one staff member was standing with crossed arms throughout the interaction. I completely understand that working in food service--especially near closing time--can be tiring, as I work in the industry myself. However, I believe maintaining a welcoming and positive atmosphere for customers is still very important. I genuinely enjoy your ice cream and will continue making the 20-minute drive because of how much I like it. I simply wanted to offer constructive feedback that improving the ambiance and customer interaction could make the experience even better.

The flavors are unique, featuring your standard flavors such as vanilla, chocolate, cookies and cream, to "whimsical" flavors such as spumoni and dreamsicle. I love an ice cream shop that has homemade ice cream, and this is pretty close with their ice cream being sourced locally.
