I could see why tourists/other people like this place, but it was just okay to me. The parking lot is currently down the street a little, you pay $10 (cash only) and then the restaurant takes it off the check. The best thing about this place is the location. Our table was by the water and had a couch instead of chairs, we liked this a lot. The drinks were good, we had a pina colada and strawberry daquiri. The service was great, this one guy bussing tables had the greatest attitude, it just radiated from him. It is an outside establishment, but just a heads up almost nobody is wearing a mask at this point. I think at least the workers should be wearing them, but to each their own. I ordered the margherita pizza without the balsamic. It came with the balsamic on it, not a huge deal, but I did take quite some time to come out after that. It looked less appealing the second time and the cheese wasn't completely melted. This was kind of a chill place to spend some time on a Saturday afternoon. We arrived too early for the lunch menu, and didn't want breakfast food, so we enjoyed bottomless mimosas and chatted. The view was great, and they didn't rush us from our table. There were kids swimming in the pool, and people in the hammocks outside the fence. We just had a early dinner. The wife had mahi tacos. She said best she ever had. I had a burger. It was very good. The roll was toasted perfectly. My daughter had a island chicken sandwich. It was amazing. She also had coconut shrimp that were amazing. Now for the location. You will not get a better view. Chairs all over the place to just sit and enjoy the view. Parking is a little distance from the restaurant. However they shuttle you back and forth. Our waitress BRIE was excellent and very attentive. The apps and meal came out amazingly fast. Ehh...wished we had stopped elsewhere. This place is definitely NOT Covid safe! No one was wearing any masks. I maybe saw a few servers with masks but no one else did. Although it's Located on the water with plenty seating and lots of open air. I just found the entire atmosphere uncomfortable and underwhelming. It took forever for our food to arrive to the point where I was ready to leave. Keep in mind that the restrooms are porta potty's..I was grossed out. The inmates are running the asylum here. I would be shocked to learn that they even have a manager on staff. That said the view is amazing and the food is decent. None of the staff including the hostess were wearing masks. The hostess sat us at a dirty table vowing to return to clean it, of course she was never seen again. We sat for 10 minutes (at a filthy table mind you) before being greeted by our unmasked close talking server. Finally we were able to ask someone to wipe down the table and you would have thought we made a ridiculous out of left field request. the statement on google that says the staff is required to disinfect surfaces is hilarious. Coming from the Northwest and eating gluten-free for over 15 years, I was shocked at how difficult it was to find gluten-free options at most restaurants in Florida outside the Orlando area. I perused menus online each day before we would go out; selections with (GF) next to them on the menu meant we'd check it out. This restaurant was a nice surprise. I saw enough on the menu that I felt I could find something despite there being no specific gf items. When I asked the server about gluten-free, she said yes, they had options, and she would go to the kitchen and take a photo of the modifications. She came back and told me exactly how I would need to modify my selection to make it gluten-free. The atmosphere was great. We had a waterfront table. It was a bit windy, but since it was warm, who cares? The only mild criticism I have is that clearly they are aware of gf requirements... how difficult would it be to put it on the menu, online or in print? read more

The ambiance is beautiful, tiki huts and bay seating; the view is beautiful with a nice breeze and beautiful lighting. The food was amazing shared apps; smoked fish dip, lobster flatbread , oyster Rockefeller, and tower pretzel. Dipped the pretzel in the smoked fish and the lobster flatbread in the smoked fish DELICIOIS! We had previously looked at the menu before coming, because we found out they had $2 tacos on Tuesday night! Nonetheless we were not disappointed with our original choice! Megan was a magnificent server courteous quick and accurate, then the busser TK was a gem with wonderful and courteous manners, and attentive to tending to tables to make sure they were ok. Lauren our server she was great , the food for the most part was pretty good. The burger sounded pretty amazing so I figured their blended meat and sweet potato fries was a sure bet . Lauren asked for the temp and Med was ordered. Unfortunately I got a crusted well done burger. :( . So I asked is the Med. burger here pink ? Clearly the cooks here have to know 101 meat temps. 140ish on med for a pink center burger . Lauren returned apologized and said the cook told here he normally doesn't do that.... ? Wait what? Um ok I'd like to send this hockey puck back and a burger with a pink center please. She did and it came back much better. Amazing views, sit along the Intracoastal- poolside is bound to have screaming kids on the weekends! Live music adds to the beautiful view! The food is surprisingly good- big salads, the lobster roll is amazing and the pretzel with cheese is a fun shareable appetizer. Parking is at the lot next door so it's a bit of a walk but they have golf carts continuously going back and forth if you can make the walk. Great spot to bring out of town guests! Poor customer service at the bar. Bartender took forever to acknowledge us standing right in front of her. When she finally spoke to us, she had the biggest attitude as of we were inconveniencing her. She asked us (with attitude) if we were all drinking the same thing. At that point, I was over it so, sure. Give us the same so we can be on our way. My friends and I went over and sat by the water. The waitress was much nicer and made us feel welcome. For that, and the pretty view, I'll give it 2 stars. The food is gross. I was very disappointed with our experience because I really wanted to love this place. This normally is one of our favorite places in Jupiter/Tequesta but tonight was nothing like the other times we have been there. The restaurant was very short staff and our poor server was running around crazy! We got there and the restaurant was about half full and we should have noticed that a lot of the empty tables had not been cleaned yet. We got a table out on the point that was beautiful with the moon and the water flowing past. The live music was great and the artist Brad B was great! We had to wait about 20 mins till anyone came to our table to take a drink order because our very outspoken 7 year old went and got to the manager. So the manager took our drink and dinner order because we could tell they were having a little trouble keeping up. We do love the food here because of all the options and the great flavors! We ordered appetizers, steak tips, and a burger for the kids. The food did take a while to hit the table but they brought it all out at once opposed to letting us take our time. The flavors were all there as normal but you could tell that the meal Was rushed in the kitchen as everything was just a little off. Overall we really enjoy Blue Pointe but tonight they showed their flaws when they get understaffed and did not live up to our past experiences. The server did the best she could with what she was delt but I would have expected the manager to really step up his game and provide the service and experience they are known for! I am a weekly loyal customer here at Blue Pointe and todays experience changes that. There was a party booked on Memorial Day weekend and because of this, all the regular and normal customers were treated like garbage and had to sit on picnic benches so the party could be accommodated. Not to mention there was a 45 minute wait. I normally wouldn't mind the wait especially on a holiday weekend, but after waiting I was seated at a picnic table instead of a normal seating at the restaurant which sucked. No loyalty to the customers and bad for business. I won't be coming back after today which is sad because I really loved this place. read more

Love this spot! The food and drinks are great and reasonably priced and you couldn't ask for a more beautiful location. One of my favorite ways to spend a weekend is to rent a paddle board there at the marina, spend a couple hours on the water and then come to Blue Pointe for lunch, grab a drink and relax in one of their hammocks bordering the water. read more

This place could have some real potential if they could improve the quality of their service and deliver hot food on time. We had a great time either way but the food was cold and we only saw our waitress a few times; she seemed pretty busy. Was here on 7/29 with a large bday party. The food was fantastic and we really loved the courtesy golf carts. The kids enjoyed the pool and we all enjoyed the live music. Our servers name was Shannon, she went above and beyond to take care of everyone at the party. She managed to keep up with roughly 30 people that were scattered all over the restaurant.
