I first contacted Mark, who sent someone out the next day. They told my boyfriend (who met them at the house) that everything looked fine--but the system continued to leak. I followed up with Mark on March 25 and sent photos as requested. He came by on March 26, told my boyfriend that pressure at the heads and meter looked good, but agreed that something still wasn't right. He said he'd be back to investigate further. When I didn't hear anything, I texted again on April 3. He replied saying he'd come take a look, but never showed. I reached out once more on May 16, asking for one last chance to make it right--especially since I believe it's under warranty. He apologized and said he'd be out that week. Again, no follow-up. It's been over two months of empty promises and delays. This lack of communication and follow-through is incredibly unprofessional. I wanted to give them every chance to make it right, but based on this experience, I can't recommend this company.

They also adjusted my existing irrigation to reflect current needs as I no longer have to water much of the lawn, They capped a few heads, and converted some of the system to drip irrigation. I mostly dealt with William and Andrew, who were both friendly and easy to work with, and very professional. Kelly in the office, with whom I texted, was also responsive and helpful. We ended up with a very clean, minimalist design that will require virtually no maintenance, which is exactly what I wanted. Also: not a small thing: they left the work area spotless each day before wrapping up.

It soon turned into I think is a major job as a tree root grew over an access point for the sprinkler. I helped Manuel try and cut it and with the help of the landscaper, the root was removed. Then we found out the master valve needed to be replaced, another valve needed to be replaced, found a leak in a previously repaired pipe in the yard, one rotor was broke at the base, and another was not rotating. Guess after 19 years of never really having the system looked at, yesterday was the day to get it done, especially since the entire front yard has new sod. I am grateful Benitez came to the rescue.
