Service- absolutely amazing our server was very much on top of everything made sure we were seated and their selection of seafood towers as a seafood lover were insanely great! Food- We decided to go with a couple entrees but the main course was indeed the tray with shrimp, clams, mussels, lobster legs, crab legs, every type of seafood you could ever want and such a beautiful presentation!!! Unlike the usual heavy brown broth, theirs is a clear broth version that's packed with flavor. So unique and honestly one of the best I've had. We went all in and ordered the rarest prime rib they had--and wow. Tender, flavorful, and just the right portion for one. We also tried the oysters--fresh, clean, and zero fishy smell (the way oysters should be!). First, we sat at the bar for a bit before our reservation and had a really good time. The drinks were really fun and delicious. The restaurant itself is dark and moody which I love. I'm a sucker for Old Fashioneds and this place delivered. It also delivered a fantastic plate of baked oysters. The oysters were so good, I forgot to put the hot sauce on them before wolfing them all half dozen down! I ordered a wedge salad as well (guilty for not having any veggies that day) and decided I wanted a buffalo-wing salad instead and poured the habanero-carrot sauce on the creamy blue cheese. It was an ok salad before but now it was good. Bread pudding dessert wasn't anything to call home about but my server was good and the ambiance was right. My husband and I were on a business trip hanging out and used Yelp to find a restaurant with seafood. Service was outstanding. I wish I remembered our servers name. The manager also checked on us multiple times and even cleared plates from our table. Cozy feel. All of the tables have cozy seating almost a booth feel. From seating to check in. The service was impeccable. The food was top notch -my crab stuffed sea bass was tender, flaky, perfection, the sauce amazing. Our family went to this restaurant to celebrate my birthday week as we are Vegas locals just here on staycation. We were greeted at the front by the host and he was really nice and immediately wished me a happy birthday. The ambience of the restaurant was very beautiful and I'm really in love with the table settings and the private gazebo type effect. There was lights and the ambience is absolutely gorgeous. I loved the look. We started off our meal with some delicious oysters and we really liked them a lot. For dinner I had the salmon and it was delicious cooked perfectly. Just how I like it. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. My husband and my son each had a cheeseburger. My son really enjoyed the burger. My husband, however did not really like his. This was one of the restaurants I always bypassed while staying in the hotel; I just usually went to STK or one of the other offerings on the third floor. I've heard their fried chicken was amazing, but at $46 a plate, this was a little difficult to swallow. It does come with two sides (mashed potatoes/collard greens) so I suppose that's fair. I did end up here only since I had a food/beverage credit to use, so I figured now was the time to try them out. Arriving after 7p, I circled the bar which was fairly full, finally finding a lone stool at the end on the inside. Bartender Ian was attentive right away, and I don't know why I bothered looking at a menu when I knew what I was going to get. I mentioned that I don't favor collared greens, and he said I could swap it out for one of the sides in the comparable column (currently, $13) so there was a lot to choose from. Normally I would double up on mashed, but I felt I needed to add the green salad so I can eat somewhat healthy. I appreciated the fact one can do this so I'm glad I asked. While I waited, bread was offered which was three slices and some good butter. As much as I wanted to finish this off, I only ate once slice since I didn't want to overdue it. So for the main event, I have to say Blue Ribbon got me to eat dark meat and it wasn't bad. There were two sides of honey; one was a wasabi honey which had a slight kick as expected and the other was classic, which I really enjoyed with the meat (and I don't even particularly like honey). The crispy skin was delicious, some of it was a little on the salty side, but overall enjoyable. Mashed potatoes were really good with the gravy, and I picked at the salad, saving that for last. The downfall is that I for some reason was under the impression one received two pieces, instead it was four and I barely ate two. I felt so terrible wasting food, but I knew I wouldn't eat it later due to a lack of a microwave, etc. Service was great; water was constantly refilled and one of those little hot towels was brought out even though the only food I had with my hands was that once slice of bread. I recommend making this one of your 'special dinners' while visiting Las Vegas due to the price and environment. For entrees, I've had a few different items now, but my favorite is the Steak Frites with a side of their chimichurri sauce. The ambience of blue ribbon is classic, and everything you want an upscale restaurant to be. It's dark and moody, in the best way possible. Their best feature, though, is their service. He said it was the best prepared lamb he's had in a while, and he's really picky. 2. Shrimp pasta: My pasta dish with shrimp was so good that I can't stop thinking about it. Always a fantastic experience here. Located on the 3rd floor of the cosmopolitan casino the owners vision of cooking with kindness can be felt in every aspect of the experience. Pro tip: need to book 10 or more, just call them and they will set you up. We had a party of 10 and they made the experience, easy and non stressful, even when we were missing 2 from our party. We were sat and served, other joints just turn you away. The skirt, rib eye and filet were all high quality and cooked to perfection. The adult beverages, especially the whiskey drinks were on point. The Blue Ribbon Steakhouse really is top notch. I love the ambiance with its classic high end steakhouse vibes. I had the wagyu steak and lobster for the main course. It was an exceptional dish with a lovely presentation. The wait staff were very attentive and made sure it was an overall positive experience. Sat at the bar for dinner and had a fantastic experience start to finish. David was behind the bar, and he is a true pro. Personable, knowledgeable and nice. Started with Steak Tartare and ended with the fried chicken. Both were really terrific. I'm here for a week and will be back to try David's other recommendations, including the butter cake he raved about. read more

Was pleasantly surprised. Tried to get in on New Years Eve. Sheila was at front and gave several suggestions. Even was able to secure a reservation for 8:45 that night. Definitely went above and beyond. Food and service was great. Loved the pork Chop, Vegetable Donabe (soup), and Shrimp Provencale. The real surprise was the Vegetable Donabe. It was a flavorful and vegetable soup that was full of tofu, mushrooms, etc. Definitely great option for vegetarians and someone wanting something on the lighter side.
