Breakfast Sandwich (Left), Le Classic Double Burger (Right)
    Derek C.

Randomly tried this restaurant out while trying to find something to eat for a late breakfast and stumbled upon this place. We both ordered burger/sandwich style types of food and they definitely did not disappoint. The breakfast sandwich had lots of bacon and the burger tasted like a classic burger. If the prices were just a tad bit lower, this place would have received higher remarks, but that's the price of Vegas. Overall, the food, service and convenience of the place made it worthwhile for me.

Every trip to Vegas includes a stop at Sugarcane for us.. it's become a tradition lowkey. The oysters are the main reason we keep coming back. They're always incredibly fresh, clean-tasting, and never have that fishy flavor that can turn people away from oysters. This visit we also ordered the Bigeye tuna tartare, Le Classic double burger with fries to share, Southwestern Caesar, and the mac & cheese. Everything was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. The burger was juicy, the tuna tartare was light and refreshing, and the mac & cheese was rich, creamy, and the perfect comfort side. The food, atmosphere, and consistency keep us coming back every time we're in Vegas. If you're an oyster lover, this spot is an absolute must. 12/10 can't wait to come back again!

Yummy and fresh food! The bacon-wrapped dates were great, and the Ahi tuna bowl was really good too--though it was a little odd having pickles and al dente carrots in it, it still worked. Don't be surprised by the drink prices--they're definitely expensive, but that's just Vegas for you! On top of that, the service was excellent and our water glasses were always kept full.

Easy seating on a Sunday morning. Appreciated they had veg options (even though I'm not a vegetarian). My mushroom Benedict was good but felt like it needed something extra. My friends had previously gotten sushi here which they also enjoyed. Conveniently located in the Venetian.

I've been here multiple times across various trips. The food is always fantastic. I've gotten both breakfast and lunch/dinner. Highly recommend the hamachi pizza. It's so light and fresh. The service is good and it was easy to walk up to get a table without a reservation. I will be back soon!

Sautéed Broccoli & Sesame Noodle Salad

After a day of eating lots of junk food, I was craving a healthier lunch and some veggies. Decided to give Sugarcane a try for an early lunch. I ordered the Sesame Noodle Salad and a side of the Sautéed Broccoli. My meal arrived quickly and looked great. Very much enjoyed the salad. Delicious! The mix of veggies and the dressing was exactly what I was looking for. The noodles were tender. Loved the mango pieces sprinkled throughout. The portion was substantial enough and a good value for the price. The broccoli dish was surprisingly flavorful and I'd like to try to replicate this dish at home. Service was very prompt and my server was very nice. Ambiance is very chill, dimly lit and cozy. Located in restaurant row in the Venetian. You can't miss it. Highly recommend this spot and I will go back next time I'm at the Venetian to try some of their other dishes.

I've read that restauranteurs don't like Valentine's Day. Either it's because of the crowds of people dining out with high expectations, or just loads of people dining out who don't dine out, or maybe they want this day for themselves and their loved ones... This is the second year in a row that we've spent Valentine's weekend in Las Vegas. Sometimes a good meal doesn't have great service and that can ding them a star or two. Our brunch started quite promising. It was difficult to get a reservation anywhere, even early (and don't think about just dropping in). We started with some just fried beignets and some bacon-wrapped dates and everything was going great. The wait staff came back and told me the Fat Boy Hash was sold out (it was 8am) so I randomly ordered enchiladas. They delivered some of our meals but one member of our party didn't receive their food...and you know how that is. They promised it was coming out but it didn't arrive until the rest of us were done. They comped us a meal but you know we'd have rather had the meal as the rest of us. I saw the manager walking out other meals as well, so this wasn't an isolated occurrence. Chalk it up to Valentine's Day, I guess.

Menu has been revised. Food is still great. Will pass on tamales next time, it was too hard :( Everything else was perfect

I really enjoyed the ambiance and the musics in the background. It was so nice. I didn't eat so I wanted to do it before the concert. After it would've been just fast food. I didn't want fast food in Vegas. So I opted to try this place. I wanted something quick so I decided for the ceviche. I didn't want to waste much time there. I wanted to go already to enjoy. My daughters just got the fries just to get something. The ceviche was very good. It had some mango. It was tangy and spicy and sour. Very delicious. It came with flour crunchy squares. Very satisfying snack. My mojito has enough of the strong liquor and the mint was very fresh. I could tasted in the drink. It was pretty good. Highly recommend. I was ready to sing my heart out. Lol! Our waiter was very attentive and helpful. He offered us some dessert but I didn't want to wait more. There was another person in charge of refilling the waters. He was very attentive as well. He removed the empty dishes too. I asked for the check and he had his pad so I can pay right there with him. Very convenient.

The menu and the service were fantastic. The Full Elvis Waffle and the Cuban Benedict were creative and delicious. The ambulance is very nice, but I have to wonder why the chairs are so dreadfully uncomfortable. Luckily there was booth seating available. Overall, very nice brunch experience and again the service was excellent.

Sugarcane is conveniently located inside the Venetian, making it an easy brunch stop before checking out. We came in for brunch and grabbed seats at the bar. The restaurant wasn't packed at the time, though service was a bit on the slow side. That said, the food was excellent. I ordered the Mushroom Benedict, which is not your traditional Benny. Instead of an English muffin, it's served on toasted sourdough, topped with savory mushrooms and perfectly cooked eggs. Different from the classic, but still really enjoyable and flavorful. My boyfriend ordered the Cuban Benedict, and that thing was a huge portion. It's hearty, filling, and definitely not shy on ingredients. If you're planning to order this, come hungry. The bartenders and servers were friendly and welcoming, and overall it was a great choice for a simple, satisfying meal without having to leave the hotel.

Nice clean breakfast location inside Venetian on restaurant row. We Both ordered breakfast platter as it offered eggs, bacon, potatoes and toast. The Food has obviously been sitting there waiting for us as we ordered and it wasn't even a minute before we got our food. We both ordered over medium eggs and they came out over easy and lukewarm, the potatoes were all overcooked and cold, and we asked for crispy bacon and got a bunch of bacon in a cluster that were very rubbery and cold. The server was really nice and the restaurant is nice inside , but this meal was not something to make us come back and try again.

I've been coming here for years. The tradition is Sunday afternoon before going home but today I came to dinner on a Friday night and it's better than I ever. This is my first time back since the remodel and my favorite item was off menu and now on menu, the chimichuri skirt steak and its flawless. I love it here.

    Best thing on menu?

Don't sleep on the papaya salad with crispy pig ears. But I haven't had anything I wouldn't recommend.

Is the fish wild caught or organic?

The bigeye tuna is wild, the hamachi is sustainably farmed and the salmon is responsibly farmed. We hope to see you dine with us soon. Please let me know if I can help with booking a reservation for you.

Do you offer a kids menu? Where can I see what options you offer?

Is the foie gras fried rice still available? And is it only for dinner or other meals too?

Yes. Duck fried rice still on dinner menu. Four grad is an add on for extra. Not sure if it's avail for other meals. For supper it is though.

Hello, is the bottomless mimosas served everyday during Brunch, or just on the weekend?

They have an every day brunch! We ate there on a monday and got bottomless mimosas

Is a reservation recommend for a weekday at happy hour, and also is happy hour only at the bar?

Happy hour (4-7pm) is only at the bar and not the tables. I went on Jan 1st around 6pm and there were a few seats at the bar. However my group and I wanted a table so we had to opt out of the happy hour menu since they only serve it at the bar

All I remember was going through the casino areas of Paris Hotel, and then going down one floor to the Horseshoe area to reach this bar just minutes before closing on a Friday close to midnight. I quickly grabbed a seat at the bar area and perused the menu, which has a ton of drinks, beers, wines, mocktails and even snacks. Even when close to closing time, patrons filled up all the bar seating which isn't a lot; most seating was couches and tables near the knickknacks. I got myself the Bee's Knees, which is cranberry and pineapple juice, apple puree, cinnamon fire syrup and some ginger beer according to their menu just outside the front entrance. I can only describe the taste as a sweetened fruit juice with a ton of fizz from the ginger beer, and the pineapple and apple came out on top for overpowering the drink overall. Some mint leaves and a slice of grapefruit were added in, and the mint leaves made this drink feel more like a special cocktail. This and other mocktails is $13 before tax, so pretty high price especially when considering their other alcoholic drinks are not that much higher than that... They had a limited selection of non-alcoholic drinks and upon asking if I could get one of their featured drinks in a NA version, the bartender seemed like he was being put out by the request. He made it, but the drink I got didn't really have any of the flavors described. If you are waiting for a tee time at Twilight Zone mini golf maybe you could stop in, though honestly I would probably just go to the bar down the hall by the food court.
