Service was great, waiters were attentive and on it the whole time. Food was bomb. We ordered the crunchy roll, the crispy spicy tuna on crispy rice (my absolute favorite -- so freaking good), fries, and a steak with chimichurri. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and honestly just hit. Fries were super crunchy and a big portion. Drinks were great too -- I had a Mexican‑style cocktail that I highly recommend. Visited Sugarcane twice this week. . . once for cocktails and lunch and another time just for cocktails. We always sit at the end of the bar and, as always, service was excellent and accommodating. I ordered my obsession there, the Hamachi Pizza, which is one of the best things I've ever eaten. My other half ordered a sushi roll. Wine and Mimosa's flowed well, service was perfect and efficient, and food was excellent as always. This is one of our MUST VISIT restaurants when in Vegas. read more

Accidentally stumbled upon this place and so glad that we did. Our group was looking for a brunch spot and put our names at the restaurant across from sugarcane but as we were waiting, sugarcane's ambience just drawed us in. The menu was calling to us and the restaurant itself just fit more our vibe. The food was good. The Cuban Benedict was calling my name but since 2 people in my group were already ordering it, I decided to try the breakfast platter while the last person ordered the chicken and waffles. We also ordered the southwest chicken caesar salad and a side of the truffle mac and cheese for the table. All the breakfast food was good, nothing really stuck out to me. I was shocked the chicken and waffles didn't come with a bone in chicken like a leg and thigh but my friend still enjoyed it. The star of the meal was the truffle mac and cheese. The dish came out on a small cast iron skillet and the cheese was so velvety. To my surprise there were even slices of truffles folded in. Without a doubt, this would be a dish I'd request as for my death row meal, not to be dramatic! As for drinks, they did the job. Don't be surprised at the prices, we definitely were! Randomly tried this restaurant out while trying to find something to eat for a late breakfast and stumbled upon this place. We both ordered burger/sandwich style types of food and they definitely did not disappoint. The breakfast sandwich had lots of bacon and the burger tasted like a classic burger. If the prices were just a tad bit lower, this place would have received higher remarks, but that's the price of Vegas. Every trip to Vegas includes a stop at Sugarcane for us.. it's become a tradition lowkey. The oysters are the main reason we keep coming back. They're always incredibly fresh, clean-tasting, and never have that fishy flavor that can turn people away from oysters. This visit we also ordered the Bigeye tuna tartare, Le Classic double burger with fries to share, Southwestern Caesar, and the mac & cheese. Everything was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. The burger was juicy, the tuna tartare was light and refreshing, and the mac & cheese was rich, creamy, and the perfect comfort side. I ordered the Sesame Noodle Salad and a side of the Sautéed Broccoli. My meal arrived quickly and looked great. Very much enjoyed the salad. Delicious! The mix of veggies and the dressing was exactly what I was looking for. The noodles were tender. Loved the mango pieces sprinkled throughout. The portion was substantial enough and a good value for the price. The broccoli dish was surprisingly flavorful and I'd like to try to replicate this dish at home. Service was very prompt and my server was very nice. Ambiance is very chill, dimly lit and cozy. Located in restaurant row in the Venetian. You can't miss it. Either it's because of the crowds of people dining out with high expectations, or just loads of people dining out who don't dine out, or maybe they want this day for themselves and their loved ones... This is the second year in a row that we've spent Valentine's weekend in Las Vegas. Sometimes a good meal doesn't have great service and that can ding them a star or two. Our brunch started quite promising. It was difficult to get a reservation anywhere, even early (and don't think about just dropping in). We started with some just fried beignets and some bacon-wrapped dates and everything was going great. The wait staff came back and told me the Fat Boy Hash was sold out (it was 8am) so I randomly ordered enchiladas. They delivered some of our meals but one member of our party didn't receive their food...and you know how that is. They promised it was coming out but it didn't arrive until the rest of us were done. They comped us a meal but you know we'd have rather had the meal as the rest of us. I saw the manager walking out other meals as well, so this wasn't an isolated occurrence. Chalk it up to Valentine's Day, I guess. read more

I really enjoyed the ambiance and the musics in the background. It was so nice. I didn't eat so I wanted to do it before the concert. After it would've been just fast food. I didn't want fast food in Vegas. So I opted to try this place. I wanted something quick so I decided for the ceviche. I didn't want to waste much time there. I wanted to go already to enjoy. My daughters just got the fries just to get something. The ceviche was very good. It had some mango. It was tangy and spicy and sour. Very delicious. It came with flour crunchy squares. Very satisfying snack. My mojito has enough of the strong liquor and the mint was very fresh. I could tasted in the drink. It was pretty good. Highly recommend. I was ready to sing my heart out. Lol! The restaurant wasn't packed at the time, though service was a bit on the slow side. That said, the food was excellent. I ordered the Mushroom Benedict, which is not your traditional Benny. Instead of an English muffin, it's served on toasted sourdough, topped with savory mushrooms and perfectly cooked eggs. Different from the classic, but still really enjoyable and flavorful. My boyfriend ordered the Cuban Benedict, and that thing was a huge portion. It's hearty, filling, and definitely not shy on ingredients. If you're planning to order this, come hungry. Nice clean breakfast location inside Venetian on restaurant row. We Both ordered breakfast platter as it offered eggs, bacon, potatoes and toast. The Food has obviously been sitting there waiting for us as we ordered and it wasn't even a minute before we got our food. We both ordered over medium eggs and they came out over easy and lukewarm, the potatoes were all overcooked and cold, and we asked for crispy bacon and got a bunch of bacon in a cluster that were very rubbery and cold. I have been here before so I was excited. A drink AND tapas? Perfection. I didn't realize how big of an appetite I had after dancing and singing along with my man, Kevin Richardson, at the concert. This time around, I had: - Sesame Noodle Salad ($19 - Arugula, napa cabbage, avocado, mango, red bell pepper, toasted peanuts, ginger, thai basil, sesame peanut dressing): Although "noodle" is in the title, I was pleasantly surprised it ate more like a noodle dish than a salad. And honestly, no complaints. I appreciated the late-night carbs. - Homemade Empanadas ($16 - Two pieces, hand-cut steak, oaxaca cheese, potatoes): I don't know if I was just hungry but one of the most enjoyable empanadas of my life. The server was prompt and friendly. The lobster tamale was very good. The sweet corn side and mushroom side were tasty as well. The fish and chips had really nice fried cod and served with tartar sauce and vinegar but the chips were a bit larger than steak fry size. After the Backstreet Boys concert, we made our way back to Sugarcane for a late-night bite. This was my second visit, and it is definitely not my last. The moment you walk in, the warm lighting, upbeat music (they played Backstreet Boys all night), and tropical décor make you feel like you've stepped right into a chic Miami hotspot. We shared the homemade empanadas (crispy, golden perfection with consommé on the side) and a sesame noodle salad that was light yet flavorful. It's exactly what we needed to recharge. Lots of going on due to F1 event this weekend. Some restaurants are packed and some not at the hotel. I opt for the less crazy one yet with high ratings. So Sugarcane has a little bit of everything. Instead of the boring chicken and waffle, they have the duck and waffle. The syrup was different. Don't let the size fool you. The duck was basically all meat. Right off the bat, this is a beautiful restaurant with an amazing vibe in The Venetian hotel. It's found in their Restaurant Row just past their slot machines. The wait was about 5 minutes at around 10am but the service was fast. On to the food, I ordered their lobster Benedict which came with plenty of lobster and even a half lobster shell (albeit an empty one). I didn't quite know what to expect but I didn't expect lobster that tasted so fresh. The only oddity was the avocado. It would've been better if it were sliced and spread out but it was clumped up on one side and kind of felt like it was just thrown on. For my drink I ordered their one in a melon. The jalapeño infused tequila they used was the right amount of spice without the tequila after taste. I wish I had more but the day was going to be long and I had to pace myself. With so many options in Vegas, Sugarcane is a must visit and revisit. I hope to try more than their breakfast next time I visit Sin City. read more

Warm, inviting atmosphere with attentive, genuinely friendly staff made this one of our favorite meals in Las Vegas. Our party of three started with the burrata, followed by pasta, steak, and sushi, and finished with the chocolate mousse with berries and the warm cookie skillet with ice cream. Everything was delicious, and we left with very happy, full bellies! The service truly stood out. When my Sprite didn't taste quite right, they immediately replaced it and thanked me because they realized the syrup had run low and were able to make a fresh batch. It also happened to be my birthday, and the team unexpectedly did something incredibly thoughtful that made the evening feel extra special. Sugarcane has a broad menu offering everything from sushi, burgers and duck waffles. I came specifically for the Duck waffles. Alejandra was an excellent waitress very attentive despite the crowd. The duck and waffle is a small portion so I ordered fries with truffle aioli. The dish overall was well balanced but unfortunately my duck was a tad on the dry side so one star off for that. The seating is spacious and comfortable, TVs and loud enough to enjoy company but not too loud where you are screaming. Sat at the bar and ordered the mini poke bowl and the guava goat cheese croquettes. The poke bowl was okay, I felt like it was a little over soy sauced which detracted from the flavor of the salmon. But those goat cheese croquettes! My oh my, I'd order a party tray if calories didn't count. They were lightly crisp with that super tangy creamy goat cheese filling. You could then pick them up and swoop up as much or as little jam as you wanted every bite. There was more than enough to go around! I also added a drink, the blackberry sour, which turned out to be a bit strong for my liking so I actually had to add some fries to my party lol. The fries were good though!
