This is one of those spots that I would suggest everyone visits if they're in the area, but pretty much only once. I don't really think it's a return place unless you're really into potatoes. With that being said, if you come here with more than one person, you're bound to spend roughly $80 or so depending on what you order, so just be ready for that. It is very yummy food, though. They don't have dedicated seating since it's in a food court, but there are usually plenty of places to sit down and enjoy your meal if you go at the right time when it's not too crowded. read more

I came here after a concert and even though I didn't get what they were most known for (anything potato related), the item that I did get absolutely blew me away completely. I was very surprised to se how extensive the menu was! I got the lobster roll and at first thought, who would think of getting a lobster roll at a place that's known for serving potatoes. Well, this lobster roll, was in the top 3 things that I had this night. The roll was oh so buttery and soft. The bread itself already an insurmountable amount of flavor. I felt myself smile uncontrollably as I ate. It's one of the best!! I arrived at Rock N' Potato (Las Vegas) on Saturday (around 8:15AM). It's hidden inside a Food Court; there was no line when I'd arrived. I walked to Rock N' Potato (Las Vegas) from the Bellagio Hotel (about 26 minutes). If I'd used the free tram (from Bellagio to Park MGM), the walk is about 13 minutes or less. Rock N' Potato (Las Vegas) is located up the escalators in the Food Court (located near the M&M Store). This business is a food stall. Customers order and pay at the counter; they receive a electronic pager/buzzer; and customers eat in the Food Court's hall. Concerning service, Rock N' Potato (Las Vegas) is unusually exemplary. Staff (receipt says Eric) is charismatic, charming, helpful, and hardworking. Eric even checked in on his tables. From behind the counter, I observed how multiple Staff would smile as they worked. This passion is even more evident in the quality food. My food took 13 minutes and 2 seconds. Good pace! As mentioned, I adored the Macdaddy ($36.95). It includes a plump lobster tail, fresh Lobster Sensation blend, truffle oil, parsley, panko bread crumbs, creamy macaroni & cheese, a lemon wedge, side of melted butter, and a gigantic baked potato (about the size of a football). I found happiness! The lobster is tender, plump, and juicy. The mac & cheese had springy noodles with a creamy & milky cheese. The baked potato was cooked perfectly; its insides was fluffy like layered mashed potatoes that's seasoned perfectly. This meal felt purposeful and harmonious. As I stumbled away, I felt tears trickle down my cheeks. This is a memory that I don't ever want to forget. Concerning ambiance, Rock N' Potato (Las Vegas) is a food stall inside a Food Court. Still, I appreciated the vibrant color and decor of the stall. I enjoyed the playful rock music. And there's plenty of clean tables. There's also a nearby restroom and ATM machine. If I could give this restaurant 10 stars, I absolutely would! I visited Rock N' Potato after seeing Instagram videos of their legendary potatoes. During our visit, we were warmly greeted by the chef and owner, Kenny, while we placed our order. We ordered and loved the "sugar daddy" baked potato filled with lobster mac & cheese and two lobster tails. The flavors in this dish are incredible, and it's the best lobster mac & cheese I've ever had! This dish is perfect for sharing, but you probably won't want to, as it's so good it's hard to share! During our meal, Chef Kenny stopped by our table to check on us. These personal touches enhanced our dining experience and made this great meal even more memorable. I don't usually dine at the same restaurant more than once while traveling but we loved the food at Rock N' Potato so much we dined there two more times before our flight home. During our subsequent visits we also enjoyed: Big ass birria tacos- delish! Loved how tender the beef was and the flavors of the broth. Lobster Rolls- loved the buttery rolls and flavorful lobster filling. Fries The food here was incredible, complemented by the fantastic service.
