I haven't noticed any dust build up on things like ceiling fan or lamps so they are addressing all the little details frequently enough. Sinks are always soooo shiny! And wood furniture looks great. Super easy to pay with Venmo. It's usually 3 ladies so they are in and out in about 45 minutes, which is great because I'm working from home. They aren't super consistent with time of arrival, but I think they know I'm flexible. I do usually receive a text if they will not be here within 30 minutes of the scheduled time.
