When I found Home Cleaning Home on Yelp through their very high reviews and Yelp guarantee, I was willing to take a chance! I reached out through Yelp and Vina (the Owner) responded same-day and quite quickly I booked our first cleaning for the following week. The plan was to have an initial cleaning and if all went well, we'd continue to have monthly cleanings. On day of cleaning, Vina arrived right on time and did a walk through to assess the level of cleaning needed for the first time, set expectations, and discuss pricing and scheduling. Vina's very professional and everything discussed sounded reasonable. Vina determined a deep cleaning would be necessary for the 1st time and the additional cleaning of the inside of the stove was quoted as well. Vina left and the two cleaners came in with all their supplies and got to work right away. Around 3 hours later, the cleaners were all done and our 2-story approx 1,800sqft house was immaculate and smelling fresh and clean. I text Vina to arrange payment which we agreed to complete via Zelle. Then, we set up a plan for Vina to text me at the beginning of each month to schedule the month's cleaning. April 1st Vina text me and we scheduled April's cleaning for the following week with a tentative timeframe. Day before, Vina text me to confirm the exact time. Day of cleaning, the same 2 cleaners came a few minutes after the scheduled time and same as before brought their supplies in and got right to work. Two hours later, they were done and the house was just as clean as the 1st time. My husband and I have both been very pleased with Home Cleaning Home service and are so glad we found them! Pricing for our size home (2-story, 3 bed, 3 bath, 1,800sqft) is $250/month and although it's significantly more expensive than a friend pays for her house cleaning, we feel it's worth it and that cleaners deserve to be paid a living wage so we're happy. I'd recommend Home Cleaning Home to anyone in the Sacramento area looking for cleaners for one-time or consistently.

Someone recommended getting the panels cleaned. I saw a sign for Sierra Maintenance leaving our neighborhood and decided to give them a call. After they cleaned the panels, I noticed a lower SMUD bill the next month and in the subsequent months and even to this day. They also send before and after pictures which show just how filthy the panels can get. They also cleaned our gutters this time which I didn't realize had a ton of gunk in them. Our home is two-story ~ 4k sq foot. We have about 12 panels and it was ~$200 to clean them plus another $360 to clean the gutters. Excellent company, which I will refer to others as well as use again next year.

The stairs stayed REALLY wet (not just damp) for 2 days. I didn't see the carpet when he left as it was upstairs and still wet. When I went to, there were big gashes out of my pony wall. I did not call to complain or post bad reviews. I took it as a lesson learned and decided to move on. HOWEVER. I got a text message today from the owner asking for feedback. I gave him my honest feedback and I was met with hostility instead. It was insuated that I was lying, that he would not refund money (I never asked for any). Everything is clean from top to bottom, and inside cupboards and drawers, (she even removed the drawer lining paper that had seen better days), closets, under the sink, etc. I had scrubbed the toilet repeatedly but I couldn't get rid of the ring. Xitially got the toilets sparkling clean! Appliances look beautiful, pendant lights are clean, door knobs and light switches, and baseboards all clean. If anyone is wanting to paint their house interior, it would be good to hire them ahead of time to get everything clean and ready to accept the new paint. As an extra bonus, washing windows is included in their flat rate. (Other services quoted $200 more for windows, and one would only wash the inside of windows, but not outside or remove screens.) Daniel washed windows inside and out, removed and cleaned screens, cleaned window tracks and window sills, cleaned blind slats, all beautifully.
