My vehicle was fixed as promised. The staff here were very welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. The price I paid was a fraction of what the dealership wanted to charge and more on board with what my research online said it should cost. I'm very pleased with my decision to take my car here. I was apprehensive because it's a European car. But, my mechanic Antonio actually used to work at a Mercedes dealership. I would recommend KLM to friends and family and return. I asked to have my brakes checked and it turns out that they were fine, but my CV axel was damaged and leaking grease. Luis quickly quoted me a reasonable price for the work and was able to have it fixed within a few hours. Due to my first experience with the CV axel going well I decided to return to have my thermostat replaced, oil change, and a tune up. Again, I was quoted a very reasonable price for the work and when I returned to pick up my car (which was ready same day) I noticed that they washed my car for me. One week later, we left for that road trip and almost immediately received a low-pressure notification from the vehicle. We turned around, went back home, and found oil all over our driveway. We are now sitting at a Firestone waiting for them to fix a leak at the oil drain plug that was completely ignored by your technicians. Furthermore, the only oil they found in the vehicle seems like old oil that was never changed in the first place. This is completely unacceptable. We did exactly what responsible customers are supposed to do. We brought the vehicle in before a road trip, clearly explained the situation, and trusted your staff to do the job properly. Instead, we are dealing with a potentially serious issue, a ruined travel day, oil on our driveway, and the added time and expense of having another shop inspect your work. You have lost us as customers permanently. I also want to be very clear that I intend to make sure people know exactly what happened at this location. I will be sharing this experience honestly and publicly because I do not believe people should trust a shop that sends a customer out the door after an oil change and "road trip check," only for that customer to find oil leaking all over their driveway a week later. They haven't disappointed me once. Mac is always on point. He clearly explains what's going to be done and how much it will cost. He looks out for your best interest and suggests the most cost-efficient (not necessarily cheapest) repair option. He's also trustworthy -- if a repair part acts up, he won't back out. Even the well known Auto Cool in Smyrna could not fix it, Mac at Crawford was able to. Auto Cool's repair lasted about a year and failed to work. The quality should've been three not 30 and they say that's how they ring it up in the system that's unacceptable and misleading. I will take my Escalade back to Cadillac.
