I dropped off my Nissan to this dealer yesterday after 4pm and was told that it wouldnt be looked at until this morning at 7 am. Well at 8 am i recieved a call telling me what i already knew and still charged me the 2 HOUR MINUMUM of $250 electrical diagnoses. Kent at K& M diagnosed and fixed my tail light while i watched in about 15 minutes. WOW! He charged me a very reasonable rate that didnt exceed their normal $102 an hour labor fee and helped me with codes for my car AND PRINTED OUT a Nissan recall that i was never told about at the dealership. This is a family run place and it is clear they dont ever rip you off. The 3 men helping me and coaching as to my next steps were wonderful, funny and helpful human beings.
