Their website claims 25 flavors, and if you order more than one set of five, you can sample more than one. I went with ten wings: mild Buffalo and lemon pepper. Everyone recommended the lemon pepper wings. These are not a dry rub; they're a wet, glossy toss--and they are OUTSTANDING. I'm hooked. The Buffalo wings were on par with the best versions of the classic style. They provide celery sticks with blue cheese or ranch dressing--I chose blue cheese--and it was a great accompaniment. We also had their Spicy Onion Rings as an appetizer before we ordered the wings. The onion itself brings natural sweetness and mild sharpness (especially when hot), while the batter/coating is where the personality lives: savory, slightly salty, and well-seasoned. The servers had a lot of great recommendations from their tap list and clearly enjoy what they do. It is definitely first and foremost dedicated to craft beer so if it isn't your thing it may not be your favorite place.
