A true neighborhood favorite in Mint Hill. The atmosphere is welcoming. The staff, Kimmie, April, Eric. Lilly and the others are friendly and attentative. The food is very good, from the juicy burgers, appetizers, perfectly seasoned wings to the sandwiches served in generous portions. My favorite is the Rocky Top chicken sandwich. The beer is cold and there are some creative cocktails available to you liking. There's always a good vibe, whether your catching a game or enjoying live music. There's also two pool tables and a nice outdoor area to enjoy. A place to connect, unwind and enjoy the time with great people. THIS PLACE HAD A BAND FRIDAY 1/19/24 and kicked out a disabled woman with her wheelchair and service dog and her husband. This woman is in end of life care for CRPS, she had just wanted to go out to listen to her fav band with her husband, they never know when there will be no more going out. THE BOUNCER GOT IN HER FACE AND TOLD HER TO TAKE HER SERVICE DOG WHO IS FULLY TRAINED, with her wheelchair and her husband and go to the patio but they were being disruptive to the other people. She pulled out her papers with all medical and the papers for her dog, the cops were called. They still had to leave. Go to the patio where it was not warm, where no one else was. NO APOLOGIES NOTHING. They removed all the reviews on Facebook. I am hoping someone from the news media that can look up the ADA laws and see this was not even legal to do to her. WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE DO THIS TO A WOMAN WITH ALL THE PROPER DOCUMENTS TO PROVE HER DISABILITY AND THE RIGHT TO HAVE A SERVICE DOG with her? THIS WOMAN DESERVES AN APOLOGY. read more

I used to love this place and came every week. Went back a couple of weeks ago and the food was not at all what it used to be. We then decided to try again tonight. Sat down. My first time there was an ok. They had free pool, and it was a decent time. My second and last time there was a disaster. They took forever to get the food out. My wife and I along with another couple visited this establishment on Saturday 2/23/19. It was early we just wanted a few drinks some appetizers and maybe live music. Upon entering we looked for a table and every table had a reserved placard on it however nobody was sitting at any of them. We mulled around for a few minutes because there were no seats at the bars. Then we asked a employee behind the back bar if there were seats that we could utilize. Went there last night to watch an old friend shed guitar for the Michael Tracy band. I have to give the band 5 stars and the place 3 stars. In all fairness I guess I am an old fart and this scene is not my thing anymore. But if watching live bands at bars is your thing, than I suppose you could do worse. It is a decent size place and the waitresses tend to your need pretty well. Definitely an older crowd (30's 40's) nice stage area. If I could give this place 0 stars i would. Came here one night with some friends and the service was absolutely terrible. Granted they were kind of slammed which is an excuse to be inattentive to an extent.... instead they were just plain rude. The bartender, dont know her name but she looked to be about 30 was increased rude. She asked me what i wanted to drink in which during my 3 second pause she walked away and asked someone else the same thing. It took her 5-10 to come back. A lady sat down next to me and asked for a light beer for her husband (clearly knew nothing about beer brands) the waitress laughed at her asking her how she didnt even know what she wanted. I will never come back. Service is almost everything and it was terrible. Remember the people who walk through your doors keep you in business. You guys are awful. read more

In all honesty, this is not in my taste, but forgetting that fact to give an honest review is what I'll do. This is a small neighborhood bar. The only reason I ventured here the few times was because my friend's dad's band. There is plenty of parking in the back of the building, but gets pretty muddy after some rain. The main bar is a U-shaped bar, and I've never had trouble being served there...in fact, I've gone to the bar to be served quicker than the waitresses have served us. The wait staff need a lot more training, they are slow and forgetful. The bar tenders were great...good beer specials. Although it was not my style music, it was nice to be there with a live band playing. They have plenty of tvs with every sporting event playing on them. The crowd was older...40s-50s the bathrooms were surprisingly clean. I guess all in all, its not the best, but its not the worst. read more

Had wings and beer for 20ish dollars and they put a $100.00 hold on my checking account without telling me. That really sucks! Nice to know that I am not a trust worthy customer walking in the door at 6:30 pm for dinner. Never again! Lost a customer after one visit - maybe I will have better luck with the next place that opens there. They won't last long! Someone suggested, in my compliments, that maybe it was an accidental ring up and they cannot correct it... It was a hold of exactly 100.00 and the bank did reverse it but the whole idea that they would do that and not say anything for a few beers and some wings is just beyond stupid. read more

On the weekends they have some of the areas favorite bands...it get's busy.
