The people who leave bad reviews are the bad tippers who live under a rock and don't know proper etiquettes with service culture. Been coming here for years and always get above and beyond service. It's already cheaper than any other place. A 90 min massage is $45. I ALWAYS tip $25-30. It also goes towards credit for a free massage, which they prorate as 1.5 credit. After 10 total massages on the stamp card, you get one free (I would still tip the same for this free massage, depending on the length of time). It's an amazing deal. Please note for a 1 hr massage, I would always tip $20. At the very least, $15. So total, anticipate spending $50-55 for a 1 hr massage, $70-75 for a 90 min massage, for full transparency and a great experience. The place is clean enough and if you want a private space, you can request the other room for a smidge bit extra, as I did when I brought my mom here. read more

I really enjoy coming to Blue Sky Foot Massage in Westminster! I usually ask for a younger male therapist since they can do strong deep tissue, but the women here give amazing massages too. Everyone is friendly, the place is clean enough, and the prices are very affordable--which is my favorite part. I wanted to take my mom and sister here for mother's day so I called to book an appointment and the person on the other end was rude. I simply asked if they had availability around 2 to 2:30ish and the man responded with "I need an exact time". I was caught off guard and said 2:30 please. He didn't ask for my name or phone number and said "3 people at 2:30" then hung up the phone. Regardless of that interaction, I still showed up, just a little bit earlier than scheduled (2:10pm to be exact). When we entered they didn't greet us and looked at us confused. We pointed at their service menu and asked for their $45 (90 minute) foot massage and the lady just stood there looking at the clock. There was little communication on what the procedures were and it seemed like the owner was the only one who spoke fluent English. Once we got into the room, the person who i'm assuming is the owner came in and asked us in an unprofessional tone "you doing 60 minute or 90 minute?", I looked at my sister and we exchanged looks because he made it seem like WE were inconveniencing HIM. We responded saying "we would like the 90 minutes but if you guys don't have time, we can just do the 60 minutes. " He then says "up to you" so I stayed firm with what we wanted which was 90 minutes. Regardless of the owner's unprofessionalism, the women who took care of us did a good job at massaging us. MY lady however was sniffing, coughing, and also FARTED during my service, and it was MULTIPLE times, not just one.... ANYWAYSS, after we were done, we went up to pay and the owner was essentially begging us for more tip on top of what we had handed him. It made us feel very uncomfortable and he was being super rude, making faces at us. We gave him another $20 and he was STILL unappreciative and called us stupid on the way out of the door along with other things which were said in another language. I gave it a 2 star because the ladies who ACTUALLY provided us the service was decent but it is NOT worth coming here. The owner is RUDE and completely UNPROFESSIONAL. read more

I must have tried 30 to 50 different locations over 6 months to a year and Blue Sky gets 10 stars because over 16 years have always had a good massage. I walked in today with my uncle because we were within the area and I wanted him to try this place. The last time I was here was pre-Covid. I used to come here a lot, they had good masseuse. We both had the 60 minute foot & body massage for $30. My uncle's masseuse wasn't satisfied with the $10 tip and he was making gestures that he was sweaty and it was hard work so my uncle gave another $2. First of all, my uncle didn't demand any special requests from him like, to make the massage harder, etc. Second, my uncle said his massage was soft but uncle was fine with it. My masseuse was a woman and she wasn't happy with the $11 tip I gave. She wanted the $20 I was holding. She immediately said something to the other guy in Chinese language after receiving my tip. I've visited this establishment annually since 2013 and it has never let me down. It used to be $25 for an hour full body massage, but when I went recently they raised the prices to $40 for 70 minutes. (We in hard times people, give em a break) $25 for an hour foot massage doe, which I wouldn't mind either. I did notice they included a hot stone segment during the full body massage that I was pleasantly surprised with! $40 for a full body massage with hot stones?! SUCH A GREAT DEAL. When you enter, there's a small refreshment table with tea, water, and candies. You're greeted by a receptionist and have the option for male or female masseuse. My experience has varied depending on who my masseuse was. This most recent time I got Wendy and she was GREAT. Gentle hands but tough where you want her to be, like getting those knots out of my lower back. Their biggest massage room is a communal area where the massage tables are pretty close in proximity to each other. They also have private rooms that can fit 1 or 2 people I believe. GOT THIS MASSAGE ON 3/9/23. So back story on me, I'm a nice guy. I give credit where it's due and I don't really write reviews unless something is wrong or I really appreciate a company. In all, I'm not that bad of a guy since I share smiles and keep to myself. Initially I went in for a requested combo massage for $40 for 90 min. It says that option on the flyer. The guy at the front then said to my face that they don't do 90 min massage. So I got the lesser option of $25 for 60 min. Throughout the massage they don't ask if the pressure is okay or if I'm pain. This masseuse who was massaging my neck was kneading it like dough! So freaking hard and there is something sharp poking out of his left thumb. That I ended up having skin torn off my left shoulder (picture attached). Also when I was getting my massage, I saw a head and shoulders bottle in the bucket they bring over alongside the massage bed. So did they really massage me with lotion or conditioner?! Long story short, I ended up having skin irritation on my back and neck. (Pictures attached). Towels are rough as sandpaper especially when they massage you through it. AGAIN, nobody is asking if the pressure is okay. I'm not a jerk, I left a tip because massage is physical labor. And not a "thank you was coming from anyone". As I leave, not even a "thank you see you next time" or "pleasure having you here". Hopefully people read, cause I'm also posting this elsewhere. This is not good customer service skills, interpersonal skills, etc in all aspects. They say "You get what you pay for". But nobody deserves to be handled in such disrespect and carelessness. The price is very very reasonable, see the photo I took of the current prices at the time this review was written. My therapist was very nice, and she gave me a very good deep tissue massage, with good pressure. I highly recommend doing the whole body massage with the foot massage option. I have been to several of these Asian foot massage establishments. I can honestly say that Blue Sky is my favorite by far. They offer private rooms. They're clean. They're affordable. For $20 you can get a head to toe massage. I recommend tipping AT LEAST $10. The masseuses really work hard (most of them) for their tip. They do a really good job leaving no muscle behind. Call and schedule an appt. They are very accommodating. I'm taking a star off for the noise situation. There has been multiple times where i can still hear the people (customers and employees) working in the main waiting room talking (or yelling). People in the massage rooms also talking on their phones or aloud. ***TIPS: - do not hesitate to ask the masseuse to go "softer" or "harder" - Would not recommend for anyone who has special medical conditions such as pregnancy or abdominal issues like a history of AAA, recent back surgery, no open wounds, etc!!! -Call ahead and schedule your appointment. I'm writing a one star review because it was a complete waste of money for the massage I had. My younger sister massages harder than that. My masseuse was Wendy, and she was very sweet and adaptable. She would ask me if the pressure was ok and check in on me frequently, which I appreciated. Received a 5 Star massage, I'm only leaving 1 Star for the unacceptable behavior I witnessed tonight. . . Came in to get the 1 hour massage for $40 (BEST deal in OC and BEST massage), and everything was perfectly fine until it came to the end of my appointment. My masseuse was top notch! Throughout the massage she kept asking if the pressure was okay, and really took the time to get my knots out. The wonderful woman wrapped up my massage, after being so careful and delicate with sensitive areas on my back. THIS IS WHERE I HAVE A PROBLEM: While I was getting dressed I heard a loud commotion coming from the room next to me.. I could see in a window to what appeared to be the break room and saw the man from the front desk yelling violently at the kind woman who just massaged me. I couldn't make out what was said but he was in her personal space, yelling in her face and she was clearly uncomfortable and this is not okay in any setting. He then proceeded to walk away, but not before he THREW an item at the woman and made her pick it up in-front of the other employees. Not just verbal abuse but physical assault too?! I tried to say something but they all ran to the back and shut the door, they basically shooed me out of the door after I paid. Please don't let the last portion of this review misguide you on the quality of the massage, you will not regret coming here! I just cannot sit back and say nothing about the poor and disrespectful behavior I saw tonight. Went over here because Serene next door was booked up. Only waited for 15 minutes here. Got into the room with my girlfriend and got directed to take off our clothes and lay down. My girlfriend's therapist was good supposedly. Mine on the other hand...I don't even think she's ever given a massage before. She just kept pressing on certain parts of my back like she didn't even know what she was doing. I thought it'd get better, but she just kept fumbling around and applying 0 technique. It finally ended, and I realize she didn't even touch my feet (I get it if it was some nasty ass feet or something, but mine are clean). So i got a free foot massage certificate to this place. I came here expecting a foot/leg massage, but instead they gave me a full body massage. First, the massage sucked. Second, they cut the massage short by 10 minutes. And lastly, which is THE WORST, they asked for mandatory tip. I hate that, and that should NEVER be a thing! So i paid her $4, because it sucked, then they were like "$4? That's so little...usually people give $10." And i started getting annoyed, because they wont let you leave without tipping and now theyre asking for more tip, so i just said fine, let me change what i wrote on my credit card receipt to give you $5. Came to Blue Sky for a last minute massage. I called and was able to get 2 of us in for a 1 hour massage. They advertise $20 for a foot massage and $30 for a full body massage, which is a great price considering I've paid up to $160 for a massage of the same quality. The place is not the best looking, but it's clean. My husband and I were able to share a room, which was nice instead of sharing with someone else, since it's an open area concept with 3 beds to a room. Not sure if they have private rooms, but in any case for the price, you can't beat it! We'll definitely be back. read more
