THINKING OF COMING HERE BETTER READ THIS REVIEW!!I've been a patient at Blue Sky for weekly testosterone shots for the last few years. I also get bloodwork and 1-2 times a year an analysis for the testosterone levels. A few weeks ago I was scheduled for blood work for testosterone and I ask my associate (Mary) to include a test for my A1C and insulin levels. When I met to go over bloodwork they had forgotten to include my testosterone levels. No problem, we'll reschedule another blood test in a week or so. The time comes and I have blood collected and then meet to go over the second blood test results. WOW! They again forgot to test my testosterone level. Are you kidding me! This was the only reason for the test. The ONLY reason! Mary acted like it was no big deal. I was sitting there thinking, if you are truly this a out of touch with your patients and your responsibility to those patients? If so, I sure as hell don't need to be part of this cattle call any longer. I will never again address the door at Blue Sky. EVER! If you are this lackadaisical about my testosterone treatment then God forbid some poor female (MY WIFE) depending on you to determine what type, kind and amount of hormones needed. Not a gamble I'd want to take. Females, do some checking to see if you really want to be dependant on Blue Sky for the one thing, "HORMONES" that can effect every facet of your life. Relationships with love ones, your overall physical and mental well-being, marriage, moods, ect, ect, ect. Now fast forward 4-5 weeks and this is my wife's developing story. I'll keep this short since it hasn't played out to its entirely but you'll get the point. For years my wife has been treated by Blue Skys (Mary) hormone replacement therapy program. Over the last year or two or three years her testosterone levels have been so high at time for her next pellet reload, they have to delay the pellet reload the testosterone level drops lower. (She's 59, so she doesn't make her own testosterone). The only testosterone she gets is included in the hormone pellets.The next month when she for another reload, her testosterone level will be high once again (340 high). So they wait. We are currently checking to get exact dates this started but we think it could go as far back as 2021. I reserve the right to change this timefeame up or down on my final review, once we finalize the mental and emotional pain and damage Blue Sky and Mary have inflicted on her. Over the last several yesrs my poor wife has been battling hair loss, chronic fatigue, inability to concentrate, on and off depression, INABILITY to LOSE weight. I can't even describe what this woman has gone thru to lose weight. I invite you look for yourself, the side effects of high levels of testosterone in females. Depression, permanent hair loss, inability to LOSE WIGHT, increased facial hair, unwanted muscle mass. How could any healthcare professional prescribing hormone treatments not know, in detail, every single symptom of low testosterone in the women shes treating. Its shamful. It's all there in black and white. It took me 10 minutes on you tube to discover this. I'll update this review when this concludes. If you give a tinkers damn about yourself and your overall health go ELSEWHERE!! I will be deciding shortly if i will be hiring a lawyer. This is plain malpractice on their part. Once the true extent of her damage is known, I'll proceed accordingly. BLUE SKY is nothing but a cattle call. Running as many patients as possible through the door. The staff is very pleasant and hard working but turnover seems to be a problem. This review is strictly to warn current patients as well as future patients BLUE SKY is not a place you can depend on. GROSS INCOMPETANCE: *NO ONE has the ability to draw blood. They have never been successful on the first try and I leave there with BOTH arms bruised. I donate blood on a regular basis and have NEVER had a second attempt and NEVER any bruises. *Every visit is a new and worse blunder. Wrong blood tests are consistently ordered! Get there for appointments just to be told that THEY messed up AGAIN and I have to reschedule! *I have owned and operated a medical office for over 27 years and have always given my patients a receipt with the procedure and diagnosis codes. NO ONE HERE, OR IN BILLING, HAS THE CAPABILITY TO PROVIDE ME WITH A SIMPLE RECEIPT! Discrimination: *If you are private pay (no insurance) you WILL be discriminated against. You are required to pay BEFORE anyone will see you. However, I just paid for my UNSEEN visit, and a patient next to me is asking to pay her copay for INSURANCE and is told "you will be mailed a bill." I'm then told I cannot be seen because THEY ordered the wrong labs AGAIN! I ask for a refund, for what I just paid 10 minutes ago, and NO ONE can do it. The manger is in the lobby, giggling and talking to her buddy, while I'm waiting for help. I'm then told by the "manager" to call "billing" because NO ONE here, including herself, knows how to do it. MONEY IS ALL THAT MATTERS: *They only care about getting paid and NO REGUARD for your health WHATSOEVER! *By paying in advance, I have been overcharged CONSISTENTLY. I have been requesting a refund for 9 months because of THEIR incompetence. I am now owed money for 3 different screw ups, and I'm always told to contact "billing." Billing has NO CLUE. I've been on the phone to them over and over with no result. The last phone conversation with billing lasted over 45 minutes. I was promised the 3 refunds they now owe me, one being from my first blood tests 9 months ago. I still have not seen those refunds! IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! It's so bad, I want to give you a zero. But that's not possible so I give you... a one. AVOID IF YOU HAVE A HISTORY OF EATING DISORDERS. Anorexia and disordered eating was disclosed in the very first appointment- the "nutritionist" still felt it was a good idea to advise an 800 calorie diet for at least 3 weeks. Excellent way to lose weight- by deliberately kickstarting anorexia into high gear. Really makes you question everything about their practice. read more

They are never on time with their scheduling. It is very frustrating and inconsiderate. I understand sometimes appointments run long or things come up, but it is EVERY time we come here. We schedule appointments around work schedules and are usually late getting to work because of the lack of urgency of the staff here. Do better. read more

This is like a keystone cops office where there is absolutely no inter office communication. I had Covid like symptoms so I had a rapid covid test which was negative. They also did a second test. I was told the results for that test would take a few days. This was on a Thursday. The next day, Friday, I remembered I was scheduled for lab work on the following Monday. I called the office and specifically asked if I should come in on Monday for the lab appointment after explaining the rapid test and the secondary test. The woman on the phone said "Yes, come on in you should be fine." I get there on Monday for the appointment that had also been confirmed by a text message that morning at 11 am and was told I could not be in the building and had to quarantine until they got the results back from the second test. I think the problem is they have two or three different offices with different people working them under one roof and again there is no communication between any of them. I will be finding a real doctor's office with an actual M.D. and a competent staff. read more

I went to this place on my primary care doctor recommendation. End result was I lost 85 lbs in about 10 months, got my A1C levels down from 7.1 to 5.3 and ALL of my blood panels numbers that were out of whack were in line to where they should be. I can't say how much better I feel now and the energy that I have. I still have a good many pounds to lose still yet but I have a better understanding now of what I need to do to continue losing. I wasn't the perfect customer but I never felt judged when my scheduled visit results were not what they should have been and instead they just tried to encourage me. Being accountable to a weigh in every visit was a big motivating factor for me. Could I have done this at some place other than Blue Sky? Perhaps, but I don't know because I've never been anywhere else for weight loss. I might add that the people there were very friendly. read more

I cant belueve I wasted my time at this place!! I had my bloodwork done a week early, drove 45 min just to be turned away!!! Told I needed to reschedule because my results of my bloodwork hadnt been delivered. I asked couldnt they make a call & get it faxed to thier office & according to office staff...Dr Brown said no. So, apparently, this Dr Brown has more than enough patients to be concerned with adding 1 more to his patient list. I guess its better to find out sooner than later this is how he treats his patients!! read more

I only gave this four stars because when I arrived for the first time the lady was short with me and acted like I was in the wrong place. When I came back for my second appointment there was a different woman up front and she was very nice and helpful. They offer lots of services from weight loss help, Hormone Replacement therapy, and skin care. All in all Doctor Brown was a great help! read more
