We enjoy the full bar, decent dining of brunch offerings and solid entrees that aren't ridiculously priced. I also really enjoy the QR ordering style for our party and ensuring that we can order without having to call over a server if we need anything. We like the clean atmosphere and the good sound movie quality in screens, no complaints from us and the rewards system is decent and enough to keep us coming back!

I asked to have another sandwich made with hot French fries, and the second sandwich came back the same exact way as the first. And cold French fries again! This last time I went to the movies. They couldn't find my account where I've been collecting points for several years. Something happened between June 2 when I went to the movies and they found my account with my phone number. Come June 9th, just a week later, my phone number doesn't bring up my account. My email doesn't either. Completely gone. When I got home from the movies I sent an email, asking what happened. They said they can't see anything. I ended up creating a new account. But I lost all my reward points. Now I'm starting from scratch. I did send another email asking if they can search for my original account, or what happened with the points I accumulated over 4 years. Got nothing back and now it's the weekend, so maybe I'll hear back this next week. Who knows. Maybe we are seeing a fall in movie theaters. I have now started ordering at the bar because the food has been incorrect. At least I can talk and explain the food to someone without whispering in the theater, and disturbing others watching the previews or the movie. I ordered The lemon pepper wings with chips and salsa. The chips were stale. Which whatever. I really just wanted the wings, which were great. Nice strong lemon flavor, and the pepper was perfect. Wings are good. French fries are cold, and chips are stale. Mojito was great. My experience just gets worse. There is another movie theater near where I work. So maybe I'll just switch theaters.

So glad we finally decided to go to Doc's and we will for sure go back again!…read moreEasy to buy tickets online and there were staff present when we arrived to make sure we knew where to park. There are lots of options for food- they have a concession stand there with hot dogs, snacks, candy and popcorn and such. There is also a food truck you can order from. We got food from both and were pleasantly surprised at the fair prices, portions and taste. My husband also went to the bar/speakeasy and said it was a really cool spot with lots of beverage options. We brought blankets and pillows for the kids in the back of the truck and then some chairs for us. We had plenty of space and it was a perfect night. Such a fun, nostalgic activity for kids and adults alike!!

The people who took our tickets were both really friendly. The African American bartender was really friendly too but the blonde just seemed like she didn't want be there. Either that or she just doesn't smile in life. We had a really good time playing the murder and mystery game even though there were some hiccups, they had to keep taking small breaks throughout the game to fix things. It was their first one though so I get that they are working out the kinks. I definitely want to come back once they have done the game a few times and really have it nailed down. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I think we were legit ripped off by the bartender. My husband had one old fashioned for $15 and 3 canned beers for $3 each. I had one dirty martini, one Moscow mule and 3 glasses of Pinot noir and our bill , which wasn't presented itemized , came back as $150 which was $170 with tip. The math just doesn't make sense. Plus , the pours were really meh. Especially the wine she barely poured me a full glass. They really need to improve the pours if they are somehow charging $20 a pop for each drink, either that or the bartender really did rip us off. Shame too as other than that experience this please was amazing!

She was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping me find exactly what I needed for our event. Her professionalism, flexibility, and willingness to help made the planning process seamless, and I truly appreciated how easy she was to work with. What really sets Freedom Fun apart, however, is the quality of their people. While setting up for our event, I suffered a very serious accident that resulted in a significant injury and severe bleeding. In those frightening moments, Isaac, DJ, and Adam immediately sprang into action. They did not hesitate for a second. Remaining remarkably calm under pressure, they took control of the situation, did everything they could to stop the bleeding, and stayed focused until emergency responders arrived. Their quick thinking, composure, and genuine concern for my well-being made all the difference during one of the scariest moments of my life. What impressed me most was not only how capable they were, but how compassionate and caring they were throughout the entire ordeal. They stayed with me, reassured me, and handled an incredibly stressful situation with maturity and professionalism far beyond their years. Freedom Fun should be extremely proud to have employees like Isaac, DJ, and Adam representing their company. Their actions demonstrated outstanding character, teamwork, selflessness, and a level of care that I will never forget. Thank you, Nina, for being so wonderful to work with, and thank you to Isaac, DJ, and Adam for stepping up when I needed help the most. I am deeply grateful to all of you and would highly recommend Freedom Fun to anyone looking for a company that not only delivers great service but is staffed by truly exceptional people.

Online booking is very simplistic. You can select seats. As far as I can tell, if you purchased online, you can go in and scan the barcode that's located in the confirmation email with one of the people at the concession stand. For theater setup, it's not stadium seating. But there is a subtle slope downwards. Lighting is a bit dark. Identifying your seat requires you to look at the small unilluminated letter on the side of the seat next to the aisle, and then to look for the number printed part way down the arm rest. The screen is slightly elevated, views seem to be fine no matter where you sit. The seats recline. I was a bit confused at first about the controls, but the controls for your seat are on your right, two sets of "open" and "close". Sound and visuals were totally fine, and tickets are affordable. They also seem to host film festival events here.

They don't just recline... they MOVE. Like actually move with the movie. And I already jump scare easily, so this was a whole experience for me. Every little sound or scene had me flinching AND the chair reacting at the same time. I'm talking double the scare for no reason I was clutching my seat like "okay now wait a minute..." Don't get me wrong, it's cool and definitely adds to the experience if you're into that kind of thing. It just caught me completely off guard. If you scare easily like me, just prepare yourself or maybe skip the moving seats altogether. Overall, still a good theater, just... mentally prepare if you're not trying to be part of the movie

My sister and I went to see "Obsession" at 12:40, yesterday. When we got to our seats, we noticed that it was humid, hot, and stuffy. We had hoped that once the movie started that the air would come on. Unfortunately, it never did. It was so humid and hot that we left before the movie ended. It was so stuffy that we felt tired and sweaty. We were sticking to the chairs. This theatre is within .2 miles of our home. It's very convenient! It's a great theatre and the reclining seats are pretty great! However, if one has to sit in a stuffy, hot and humid room for 2 hours, it becomes an awful place to be. We understand that prices are going up for electricity. However, we bought tickets and concessions. Is the theatre making enough money to use air conditioning? Wasted money and will not be going back.
