They have completely ghosted me while leaving my HVAC system inoperable. It is incredibly unprofessional to abandon a client in the middle of a contracted job. Additionally, I am not that type of person to leave negative reviews, I just move on, and chalk it up to karma. But in this situation, I felt compelled to share my experience. Do not trust this company to follow through on their promises. Save your time and money and hire someone reliable. Just fyi. Upon further information, we found that B & W initially installed the existing furnace. We called them and they promptly came out, looked over the unit, went over everything, showing my husband that what we were told by the other company was not correct information. The ordered a small part and came back today and got everything taken care of in a timely manner! What would have cost us approximately $10,000.00, cost a mere $300.00.
