This is a lovely, bright cafe with great breakfast and lunch options. The pricing is super reasonable, and the service is great. This cafe benefits adults with disabilities and provides jobs for adults with different abilities and neurodivergence. We love their mission, and we loved the food! Too bad we didn't have time for dessert before going to the movies.

We were in town for a convention and always look to YELP to try new places. We found this gem and we are so glad we did! They will gladly tell you their story but I will say, the staff, the service, the food, the restaurant itself was amazing. Everyone was so nice. If we ever come back to town we will absolutely come back.

Stopped in for breakfast this morning and I think I found my new favorite breakfast spot in town. Located on 17th near the hospital Blue Willow works with amazing people with special needs and offers breakfast and lunch Monday through Friday. We had the breakfast burrito, French toast and hash brown casserole. Both dishes were really good filling but not too heavy. The service was amazing we got to have a good conversation with lady working the counter about restaurant. She was super kind and helpful. Let's fill the seats in this place!

Saw this cafe on a walk decided to stop in for a bite. Lots of tables and nice outside seating available. Nice cafe/diner menu. Easy to order at the counter and food is brought out to you. The has brown casserole was really good. Had great flavor and a nice cook on the hash browns. Eggs were done perfectly as asked and the sausage had nice herbs to it. Great food with even better service. This would be a regular spot for me. Give them a try

Just noticed this cafe and decided to give them a try. Breakfast sandwich was good and staff was very friendly. It was a quick in and out order. Specials looked very good and they had some to go options in their refrigerator. if I didn't already have lunch plans I would have definitely picked up some of the broccoli salad in there. It looked delicious! I will come back to try more option

This place is close to the hospital, for those visiting the hospital looking for a place to grab a bite to eat. My partner picked up the Portobella Mushroom Sandwich (vegan; $7.50) and a coconut macroon brownie dessert to-go. I liked the ciabatta bread the sandwich used, it was thick and tasted fresh. The sandwich overall was good, but it had a ton of sauce, maybe a bit too much, which made it messy to eat. I couldn't finish the sandwich since it was filling. I liked the coconut macaroon brownie more than I thought I would since I am not a huge fan of coconut flakes. The chocolate chips and rich chocolate flavor made it delicious to eat. The menu doesn't have a wide variety but has some standard cafeteria items.

This cafe has an amazing mission behind what they serve. They provide people with disabilities the opportunity to be fixtures in their communities and serve their peers. They are kind, caring, and personable. The cafe has a light and airy feeling, like you've just stepped in off of the beach for a quick bite. Please use their outdoor seating it does not get enough!!!

It was great weather this night, so we opted for an outside table that was in total shade. Very comfortable. Our server came by for drink orders. We had no appetizers this visit and went right into entrees. We tried the Port City Burger, the Gnocchi with chicken, cilantro lime shrimp quesadillas and the salmon tacos. Everything was delicious. The only complaint I would have is that the Salmon Tacos was a bit small. The dish is two small tacos with a side of tortilla chips. There is no salsa, no pico de gallo, no slaw. I was actually sorry that I didn't get an appetizer. I was still a little hungry after I finished. We didn't want any of the dessert offered this time. Again, everything was great. Service, food, atmosphere, outside patio. Just my dish was a little less in size. I will keep that in mind next time we visit. I'm not sure something like this would be changed on the menu, but I still wanted to voice my opinion. Still a great place with a great menu and service. If the weather is good, opt for the patio. It is really nice sitting out there.

A table arrived after we got our appetizers and got their food, a box, paid, and left before we even ordered our entrees. Each drink took minimum of 15 minutes and were incorrect. The server had to come back and double check multiple orders. We were not checked on once unless we flagged her down. The list goes on. Will not return unless we order take out.

The Chicken & Waffles were the standout. The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and paired perfectly with the sweet syrup and smoky bacon. A great balance of sweet and savory flavors. The Spinach & Swiss omelette was light, fluffy, and packed with flavor. The spinach and melted Swiss worked well together, and the home fries were nicely seasoned with peppers and onions. The English muffin was a simple but welcome addition. The bird & Brie sandwich was another winner. The brioche bun was soft and buttery, while the brie added a creamy richness that elevated the sandwich. The arugula brought a fresh peppery bite that kept everything balanced. Overall, the food was fresh, portions were generous, and everything was cooked well. The home fries were crispy and flavorful across all the plates. Definitely a solid breakfast/brunch spot that I'd visit again.

I worked at a diner for 5 years with fresh squeezed and this was fresh out of a box maybe. They don't have a lot of their menu on weekends which is unique, it's typically reversed. They should have a weekend only menu tho as it's frustrating to order things it says they have and they don't. A LOT of fried or super heavy options. I came bc it said fresh but I guess deep fried fresh food is still "fresh." Plates and majority of glasses are plastic. No matter how fresh or not the food is, you still need to eat microplastics. Sugar on the table is all plastic wrapped fake sugar it was impossible to find just REAL raw sugar. Feels like they hopped on a fresh health trend but have a hard time walking that walk.

At this point it was about 9:15am and I saw Brunch Thyme was open. Not doing a lot of research I walked over and assumed it was a sit down restaurant but quickly learned that it's actually take out. I think the worker saw the disappointment on my face when I walked in and she offered me a small foldable table to place outside which encouraged me to stay. My partner ordered the fish n' grits and I ordered The Frenchie which both turned out to be great choices. The fish was seasoned well, I believe it was whiting and the grits were rich and creamy. It came with a delicious gravy that we didn't notice until the meal was almost finished but ended up spooning like a soup. My French toast and eggs were tasty as well. For drinks they had canned Coke products, apple juice and bottled water. Sitting outside was hot and the bugs were constant but I was thankful to have a place to eat because again, I walked here (about 20 min). I observed many people eating in their cars or simply taking their food to go. With this, I also saw a few groups come and go as they didn't realize it was a take out style restaurant.
