I sat in the room for 30 minutes with no communication that the doctor was behind, nothing. I had to walk out of the room, and go to the front desk to ask to be rescheduled since my appointment was taking so long/delayed. The staff at the front desk could not have cared less, didn't look at me, didn't apologize, nothing. I ended up just saying I'll find another place. Go ANYWHERE but here.

Now the office is telling me I was refunded months ago, but my bank said no money has ever been returned to my account. This is INSURANCE FRAUD. As an extra step to ensure the customer is ok with that extra test being paid for out of pocket or have it separate from the intake paperwork. They know exactly what they're doing. Front desk lady talking about Nikki has been with them for 15 years. Ok and? Nikki caused your office to lose 6 customers in one visit and will never recommend this place to any family or friends.
