Drove right up. No appointment yet they took us right in. Oil change was what we needed but for no additional charge they checked everything. Put on new wiper blades, added wiper fluid and reset the computer gauges when they were done. The technician said we needed an engine filter but they were out. Told us to come back in a few days and they would have them in and install no charge. Excellent service, great prices and we never had to leave our vehicle. read more

The crew is definitely a dream team. I arrived and as soon as I pulled up I had the whole crew starting to work on my car. I got escorted to the lobby and got told where was the restroom, tv, water and WiFi while they were going to work on my car. They started right away to change my oil and asked if i wanted to change my filter and they gave me a price beforehand. Next thing you know. My car is serviced less than 30-45min. With such great customer service from every individual from the moment i stepped out my car to the moment i stepped back in. I got this coupon in the mail for 15.00 off their premium oil change and it included a vacuum, which appealed to me because I and my husband were going on a trip so it would be one less thing I would have to do. And the forecast was rain. And it was close by. So the day before my husband wants me to call them to find out how much it would be regularly without the coupon. So I did and told the gentleman that I had this coupon and what is the regular price? He proceeded to tell me everything it included ( which I have already read) I said ok but what is the cost? He finally tells me and with the coupon it would be around 25-26 dollars. I said okay and informed him I would be in the next day. (Which I did) so I take my baby in and a guy comes to my window and I showed him the coupon and he was very nice and opened my door and directed me to the waiting rm. After about a few minutes another guy comes in and asked me what kind of oil do I want and I said ' I don't know, my husband didn't tell me' he told me that I my car had high mileage and would recommend that one . I didn't know that so I said okay. And mentioned the air filter was not bad but was getting there and the wipers were dragging a bit and I had a small chip in my windshield and they could fix it all for a price. Told him that I would inform my husband and he could decide what he wanted to do. So they finished up on the car and the cost came to 39.99 which it should of been only around 26. But the high mileage oil must cost more so I paid and went home. When my husband gets hm he didn't realize that I had gotten the oil done and he forgot that he asked me to get it done and I told him it was around 35.00 dollars, he said it was more than I was quoted over the phone and wanted to see the invoice sh I showed him. He saw the mileage and it was way way way off. And proceed to call them and asked if high mileage oil costs more and the guy admitted that it does but not by much. Hubby said ok I'm coming down for my refund. So we went down there and sure enough I was over charged 17.00 dollars and he was very apologetic. And thanked us for bringing that to our attention. And saw that our car didn't have high mileage at all. But said it could of been the car next to us. And gave us the refund and another coupon lol. read more

I will never go here again! I've used them several times in the past with good service but 3 months ago I went in to have my oil changed and it was very different. I had my oil changed as usual but when finished they asked me to pay in cash because they were running low. I said no, I only had a card, and the gentleman helping me asked me if I could go get cash because they were very low and would appreciate it. I thought it was weird and said I'd rather not, it was then dropped, and I was on my way. The next morning I woke up to a puddle of oil under my car. I called and asked if they could look at it and was told to bring it right in. I was there a total of 5 minutes that visit. They pulled my car in and 1 minute later came to me and told me that my car had an oil leak and it was nothing they did. At that point, the employee helping me opened the door and motioned for me to leave. I asked if it could have been the oil being over filled and he reply no, it was my car that was the problem and I needed to leave. He basically threw me out and I wasn't even being nasty or belligerent with him which I know that I can be so it shocked me even more they way he acted. I left it at that and have been adding oil until I could get it into the shop. My mechanic got it in today and was changing the oil as well as trying to find the leak. There was a small leak due to a seal but the issue was they didn't put the plug back in the pan correctly. If the employees at this Jiffy Lube would have actually looked, which I'm still not sure that they didn't do it on purpose, they would have found the issue. I don't give a lot of 5-star reviews, and I certainly would not have imagined that I'd be giving one to a Jiffy Lube. However, my experience with them today was so unexpected that I just had to give them 5-stars. The background to my story is that my minivan had been towed into a repair shop in a different town a couple of days prior with some transmission issues. All of the repairs were covered under warranty, but they also told me I needed to have a transmission service that was not under warranty and would have cost me an additional $200-$300. I declined the extra service, but told them I'd have it looked at in my own town. I was within 1500 miles of needing an oil change, so I figured I'd take it to Jiffy Lube by my house and see what they said about my transmission fluid (which this other repair shop had said was "burnt" and needed replacing). As I pulled up, I told the Jiffy Lube guys that I'd like to get my oil changed, and asked him if he could also check the transmission fluid. He checked under the hood and said the transmission fluid looked full and a "nice red color" and wouldn't need to be changed for another 20,000 miles. As I pulled into the bay and they looked me up in the computer, the head technician said that I was still 1300 miles from needing an oil change. I said, "Don't you want my $25?" He said, "I'll take your money, but you just don't need an oil change." I was surprised by their honesty and asked him again if he was sure the transmission fluid was good. He took a second look, brought me the dipstick and showed me the color, and I mentioned that a different repair shop had said it needed to be changed right away because it was "burnt". He said I wouldn't need it, and that it sounded like they were trying to sell me a service I didn't need. They topped up my fluids and sent me on my way. I was blown away by the honesty and integrity these guys showed me at a place that sometimes gets a bad rap for being pushy and trying to upsell customers services they don't need. Jiffy Lube of White City deserves credit today for being honest and not trying to squeeze money out of me -- even when I was ready and willing to pay! When my oil change is due in a thousand miles or so, you can be sure I'll bring my van back to this shop -- I was thoroughly impressed today. Well done! read more

I have been taking my cars to Jiffy Lube for many years. They do an excellent job, warn me if something needs attention but don't pressure me. They have never tried to sell me something I don't need. I trust them. They are always goodnatured and friendly, always attentive. I needed one new wiper blade and they asked if I wanted them both changed before they changed them. Of course I said to change them both. But I thought it was a nice thing to ask. I have no complaints whatsoever. read more

Jiffy Lube in White City = honest business. I took my car in for lube, oil, and filter 7 months since my last visit (I did it myself in between). The guy comes back with the dipstick and asks, "When was the last time you added some oil?" I wasn't sure of the exact date. While I was hesitating and looking at what appeared to be a dry dipstick, he said, "This is the cleanest oil I've ever seen on a dipstick coming in for an oil change." Then, I remembered I had gotten a leak around the oil pump seal fixed recently. Apparently the guys at Upper Rogue in Shady Cove added new oil and a new filter. Jiffy Lube folks checked and filled the other fluids and sent me on my way at no charge. Well done Jiffy Lube (White City) and Upper Rogue Auto (Shady Cove)!!!! read more

We recently took our diesel truck in to have it fully serviced. Service included oil change, transmission flushed, fuel filter, all differentials, basically the works. Their customer service is spot on, best pricing in the valley and only took an hour. Can't say enough about how pleased we are and that we finally found a good home for our truck!!! read more

I personally don't and never use jiffy lube drive thru oil change. But do to this COVID-19 pandemic, I went to jiffy lube for the first and LAST time. Before I went to jiffy lube I checked the level on all my fluids. I was 1/4 quart low on oil, coolant reservoir was about 1/4 to maybe 1/2 of a quart low, transmission was full, brake fluid a lil low, power steering a lil low, battery was full, washer fluid low.And I ask them to off any fluids low. On my receipt they marked FULL "oil on arrival", power steering they marked FULL "power steering fluid", they marked LEVEL OK "brake fluid". I did see them top off the brake fluid and power steering fluid. But on my receipt They should have stated FILLED or TOP OFF on it. During the service they said I have a Front differential, when I REALLY DONT HAVE ONE. I have a 2008 Toyota Corolla 1.8L 4Cyl. I have final drive...not front differential. On the service comments they stated that I have a ENGINE OIL LEAK, I had them take me down to show me and they point to an area that had dried dirt claim that an oil run off caused it. We wiped it off and inspected it to see where the so called OIL LEAK is located. We never found it. They never asked or informed me recommended the appropriate tire pressure, which other drive thru oil change companies have asked me before. They set them 34lbs each tire. I checked them and the MAX air pressure in each tire is 32lbs. I adjusted them when I got home. I asked them "are you gonna check the cabin air filter" and they informed me they don't check them. Even though I checked it myself before I arrived, and it didn't need to be changed. Overall throughout the service I watched all the employees very closely. Towards the end of the service, when we checked for oil pressure a employee asked me to rev up my engine to get oil up quicker. Which in my opinion you should NEVER do. The oil pressure will go up fairly quickly on its own if everything was done correctly. Don't want to blow your engine. During the entire service I didn't see them check my transmission fluid level. I asked them "did you check the transmission fluid level"? They said yes which I know they didn't. One of the employee said we will double check for you. It was full. I've worked in the "Drive thu Oil Change" industry just about 10 years in my past. So I know a thing or two. And in my overall experience at this specific Jiffy lube location in White City Oregon store number: 3415, was terrible. I felt like I was their manager and training them on how to do their job. i don't review a lot places, especially on yelp, but the guys took care of me way above and beyond what they're required to do, from checking and letting me know what needed to be done, showing what was coming out of my truck and how it should look going into my truck, as well as helping me with the price when i mentioned money was a little tight. i left feeling much better and more relieved and i don't think i would go anywhere else in the future. read more

I've gone to this location a few times and have always been pleased. As a female driver, I'm pretty used to going into places and having them try to sell me several things that I don't need, but not this Jiffy Lube. The last time I was in, I was driving an old vehicle and was fully expecting to be told that I needed several things. That didn't happen, much to my relief. Today, I went in with a car that I had recently purchased. Although the mileage was under for the next oil change, several months had passed since the recommended date. They showed me that the oil was clean and full and informed me that the manufacturer no longer considers the date, just the mileage. They asked if I still wanted the change (no thank you), did all of the regular checks and topped all of my fluids. Total cost? Nothing. I'll keep going back to this Jiffy Lube. read more

I absolutely love this jiffy lube! I've been here 3 different times and they are always very nice. My boyfriend has also gone a few times and has never had anything bad to say! They get the job done in a reasonable amount of time and keep you posted on what they are doing. I've never had any rude service. This place really sucked for me. I had a coupon for a $24.99 oil change and the pushed hard to sell me more services. I was warned by the guy in line in front of me. the big problem I had with them was they told me--"Bro---if you have full coverage Ins we can fix you window on the spot, with no charge to you. He said you might get a phone call from your INS company that will ask you if they fixed chips in your Windshield". I went by my agent after they fixed it and they told me it wasn't how the process was done of them covering it. Before the day was out I had a call from Uniglass saying they perform the windshield repairs for Jiffy lube and that if I didn't pay for it right away she would end my bill for they work to collections. Four hours after the "free repair" that Jiffy Lube had sold me was threatened with going to a collection agency to get my money. I didn't even know there was a 2nd party involved in the repair. She called me early the next morning with more threats of being sent to a collection agency. Amazing the bullshit people give you when they don't have to face you and the jerks at Jiffy Lube that sold me a free service and know about it. read more
