DAMAGED MY COACH and refused to repair it. During service, this business damaged my coach to the…read moretune of over $3,000 by denting and scraping the vehicle. This happened either during moving it into their service bay or by parking it amongst the other vehicles in their "lot". Their lot consists of a dirt path in a weeded field. packed with other vehicles at the time. The owner's daughter denied that our vehicle was dented and damaged by her employees implying that we dented it ourselves during an 8 mile trip back to our home. Then her insurance companied also denied our claim. But we discovered that they damaged someone else's coach in the same manner. His coach was repaired, but not ours. This company is no doubt attempting to protect their insurance rates by denying another liability claim. They have lied to me on 2 other occasions during service, although not as serious as this issue.
